Comfortable, private, quiet setting, felt like home. Great communication from Missy. Easy check in and out. Convenient to Shenandoah National Park entrance. Murphy bed was very comfortable. Lots of yummy snacks for our hikes. Highly recommend staying here!

Kim was an outstanding host! She responded in a timely matter and ensured we had everything we needed to fully enjoy our stay. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a beautiful and peaceful getaway just outside of Charlottesville.

Beautifully situated in a DC area neighborhood, this home was comfy and everything out family of six needed for a trip to DC. Just a ten minute drive to park and ride at the Van Dorn Metro station. Stacey was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs.

Had a wonderful stay at Mona's place. We were in town for a softball tournament and her place was perfect for our visit. Close to fields, beaches, and restaurants. Mona was so nice and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer her place was so peaceful, spacious and super clean. We would definitely return.

T’s place was absolute perfection! It was beautiful, tastefully decorated and the homemade muffins and cookies were amazing! She and John were so lovely and accommodating. Relaxing on the dock on the river was a sublime experience as well! I really can’t say enough about my time spent there and if I’m ever in the area again I will definitely be staying at T’s! Why would you stay anywhere else!?

My daughter and I stayed only one night unfortunately. It was a breeze for my first Airbnb stay. Donna was very responsive and clear about directions to her place and the three ring binder in the bedroom has all the info and instructions about your stay. Highly recommend staying here we will be back for a longer stay. Thank you.

We were celebrating my son’s graduation from Bridgewater College this weekend, and Charles’s place was perfect for our family of six. Although there are only two bedrooms, there is an extra twin bed, an inflatable bed, and plenty of linens and blankets. Charles has thought of everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay in Bridgewater. His place is clean, quiet, and private. Thank you, Charles, for another wonderful stay at Caprica.

If you like clean, cozy nooks, this is the place for you. The bed: a super-soft nook. The couch: an L-shaped nook that you can squoosh into the corner of. The desk: an adorable work zone nook. The reading nook: a nook. Jennifer was communicative, friendly, and even cleaned the place ahead of time so that I could check in early after my loooong train ride. I will definitely stay here when I'm back in town.

We had a lovely 2 night stay. Comfortably slept 4 adults. The house is well appointed. The fully fenced yard was amazing to have with our two dogs who loved sniffing around and exploring. It’s easy to drive to Culpepper or many of the breweries or wineries in the area. We’d definitely consider staying again.

Place was as described and looked like the photos. Host supplied essentials in case you forgot anything. Towels were nice. Clear instructions were provided for accessing the space. Unfortunately my door code didn’t work upon arrival. I messaged Mariah and I don’t think I waited 5 mins so host was very responsive and provided an alternate code just in case. Much appreciated even though she verified the code was re-programmed and working. Fan on beside table is much appreciated for those used to sleeping with a fan on like me. Overall a good experience and would book Mariah’s place again if back in Charlottesville.

We absolutely loved our stay at Antonio’s place! It was the perfect studio for just the two of us. The apartment had everything we needed for our weekend visit. Everything was super clean. Antonio was responsive & helpful. We would stay again!

My fiancée and I loved Aliya’s place & will definitely be booking again. It has all the entertainment you need under one roof that you don’t have to leave the house to spend any additional money. She has the home theater with the popcorn , massage chair, pool table, video games, & board games just something for everybody to enjoy. This is one of the best AirBNB’s I’ve stayed in thus far.

Extremely clean, and a comfortable bed! This place was an added unit to the side of a house, and you can tell an expert builder did the task. The unit is very large, I absolutely wanted to take the bathroom and closet back to my own house. The house was very cute and tastefully decorated. I highly recommend. The house is only 10 minutes from the beach, and it's close to several good coffee shops.

Cozy place set up for two. Very comfortable, spacious king size bed. Lovely rain shower. Great fenced in yard for our two dogs who were definitely ready to run around after a day in the car. Door to our unit was on the side of the house. Gate to back yard was just a short distance further. Although the yard is a shared space, we had it to ourselves. Porch on side of house and patio roof looked newly constructed (and well done). Whole unit had a newly decorated/painted quality. It was quite nice.

I chose this property because of its location near Long Bridge Aquatic and Fitness Center where I was competing in a swim meet. Being near the pool made it easy to participate. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this property was tidy, quiet and nicely decorated. The host was very attentive any time I had a question. The location also made it easy to visit the sites in DC. I highly recommend this quaint garden unit for any stay in Arlington, VA.

Huge basement even better than the pictures. High end mattress, pillows, and linens. Large bathroom and kitchen. Extremely comfortable.

We loved this home, perfect location and the creek down below was so peaceful. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The homeowners live above, so if you are disturbed by hearing footsteps early in the morning this might not be the place for you. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

My wife and I were extremely happy with everything about the studio. It was a cute little studio that had a comfy day bed and tv in one area, while the other area had a bathroom with a washer and dryer. Everything was super clean and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. Wynn and her dogs were super friendly as well! I will be recommending this place to friends!

The place is absolutely beautiful. We were celebrating that we had just graduated and she wrote congratulations and even had a pillow set out with congratulations on it. She was quick to respond and super sweet. We actually got to meet her in person too, she was absolutely the best host ever! The purple room is absolutely worth the money and the stay!

Overall a very positive experience. Kelly’s home was perfect for a one week stay for just one person and both Kelly and her husband were very kind. One of the big reasons I picked this location was for the cozy backyard space, and I think it lived up to my expectations. That said, a couple things to note would be that there is no designated parking spot. I was given a parking pass for street parking and some days I had to park a couple of houses down. This also isn’t a “central” downtown Fredericksburg location. There are still cute restaurants, but for most you’d have to walk a mile plus to get there. You also have to walk and cross at least one busy intersection to get to the Rappahannock Trail that is a main attraction for the area. That said, there IS free parking in downtown Fredericksburg and I don’t mind a little sunshine so that didn’t bother me, but I know it might be a deal breaker for others.

Good location to where I needed to be and places I wanted to see.I just wish it had two beds insead of one.This was my frist time using airbnb,I would use ut again since I now how it works.
