The location of this unit cannot be beat. It's a short walk to virtually all of the monuments, museums, White House, and the Capitol Building. The unit was spotless, everything worked, and the building has some great amenities like a pool and exercise rooms. I wouldn't hesitate to use this unit in this location for another trip to downtown Washington DC. The available parking, in the building, makes it a great spot to just leave your car and spend the rest of your trip on foot.

The place was so nice, just like the pictures and so clean and location is very convenient, near to super markets, pharmacy, metro and bus stations.. The host answers any questions very fast and is very kind. I loved this place.

Stayed in the heart of DC close to monuments so we could see all the sites! This was exactly as described and just what we needed for our vacation—near metro, easy to walk to museums and monuments, and so many places to eat right there!

We stayed Thursday-Sunday and had a wonderful time. This Airbnb was probably one of the cleanest we have stayed in. We arrived via train and walked from the station (20 minutes) to bnb and took an Uber on our way back. Both super swift and efficient. We used the LIME scooters mostly to get around (10-20 minutes ride to museums) and it was super convenient that we were able to park them right beside the bnb. The space was super airy, natural light, and felt very safe -with a code to get into the building and another to get into the apartment. We felt super welcomed by 4 waters in the fridge for us as well. A few cons that are not deal breaker but good to take note of -Lower water pressure -Noisy street (dogs, traffic, city noise) but a sound maker may drain a lot of that out -WiFi connectivity was hard for us (but we did not inquire about it either) -Noisy washer/dryer -but it works well and was so amazing to have!

Location and description was as advertised. Lots to do, so much that we were there a week and didn’t do everything. Every attraction on our list was within 20 minutes. Beautiful area and very quiet.

What a great place right near everything DC has to offer! We walked to the White House, mall, restaurants, and all over town from this great location. The apartment is clean and communication was easy. This is a great place to stay if you want to be right near everything!

Great place, was in town for work trip. Close to three Metro lines. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Very nice place, spacious and clean and updated.

Johnathan's place is one of the nicest Air B and B's I have stayed in. It was beautiful, spotlessly clean and in a great neighborhood. Communication and entry was easy. The space was large and a very fairly priced. We will be back again!

Jonathan's places are my go-to when visiting Richmond! This pristine and smart two-bedroom unit is exactly on brand with the host. The unit receives a lot of natural lighting from the sun which I found to be comforting and relaxing, and the ability to use blackout curtains if needed for extra sleep speaks to the level of attention Jonathan gives to details. The quality of the mattresses and bedding is aligned to luxury hotels, and the bathrooms' amenities are well-equipped and thoughtful. Placing sound machines in each bedroom drowns out the sound from the street activity - - more evidence of attention to details. Shockoe Bottom and Church Hill are historic areas of the city and the vibrancy of this unit speaks to its location. Within a 3-block radius, there's access to grocery, drug and convenient stores; a wide variety of restaurants; wine shops; museums; and walking trails. The experience of renting from this host always leaves me excited for my next visit to Richmond!

Great place to stay! Very spacious and comfortable, and right down the street from the metro station. Martin is also very friendly and made the check in/check out process super easy. Would absolutely stay here again. Very affordable and a great place for anyone looking to stay in d.c.

We were lucky to find this place available. Just amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Close to everything you could need, or stay in and make your own meal. Even a rainy day couldn’t keep us down as we relaxed on the couch and listened to the rain. Thanks again.
