The condominium complex is very nice and family friendly. Jim was very helpful and extremely prompt on any requests and guidance for the area.

Wow! La maison est magnifique! Super bien décorée et équipée de tout ce qu’il vous faut. Le petit quartier est super joli avec la piscine dont nous avons beaucoup profiter. La localisation est bonne un petit 10 min de marche de la plage. Je recommande vraiment ce logement. Merci pour ce beau séjour :)

We spent a wonderful 12 days at Luca’s place. The garden and pool area was even more beautiful than we expected and we were thrilled with our little side courtyard and hammock. The house was nice inside and adequate for our needs. The walk to the beach is easy for fit adults and older kids, but a little challenging for younger children. Consider renting a golf cart if you don’t have a car. We appreciated how we were close to groceries stores, coffee shops and restaurants and yet slightly removed from the nightlife noise. We would absolutely stay again if we get a chance to come back!

Loved my stay at Danny's. Place was exactly as listed. 5 minute walk to the beach and the bed was comfortable. Loved the organic hand and body wash soap that he provided too, as the quality if it could be felt. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Fue un viaje de negocios que terminaron siendo vacaciones gracias a la amabilidad de Roxy y el lugar donde nos hospedamos. Realmente todo lo que exponen en la página es la realidad, el sector muy centrado para una ciudad como San Jose que las distancias son bastante separadas, desde la casa todo queda a 20-30 minutos, adicional el sector ofrece bastantes restaurantes, centros comerciales, super mercados. El trato de Roxy fue increíble, muy buena host, siempre estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros y de lo que necesitabamos. Me quedaría de nuevo sin pensarlo en este alojamiento.

Completely on accident, i booked the house adjacent to my sister's booking. Same host, same compound, absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and very comfy. I really enjoyed my time in CR!

If you’re wanting to stay in Jaco, you need to stay here! Absolutely gorgeous panoramic views of the Jaco Beach. You can hear the ocean waves crashing at all hours of the day, and made sleeping at night very peaceful. The condo is MUCH bigger than how it appears in the photos, it’s huge! Nice and spacious bathrooms with rain shower heads, closet with fully stocked beach supplies (chairs, towels, etc.), and the MASSIVE balcony. The beds are pretty firm, but I love firm beds, so I had great sleep. Additionally, you’re within walking distance of all the things that Jaco has to offer! Would definitely stay here again and/or recommend this place!

Look no further…this place is amazing!! We were so spoiled by the animals we saw right from the balcony that we were actually disappointed when we went to the national park. The home is beautiful with all necessary amenities. Walkable to so many restaurants and shops. The bus was fun and easy and so convenient as it is right outside the complex. Tara was our concierge and she did an amazing job…answered all of our questions, booked transport and excursions and was available whenever we needed something. I sincerely hope we have the opportunity to return again one day.

Had an amazing stay! Josue was incredibly proactive and helpful throughout, always keeping us informed and making sure everything went smoothly. His recommendations were spot-on! The location was super central—right by all the main spots and great restaurants. The only minor drawback was the steep uphill walk to the villa. It’s doable on foot, but can feel like a lot after a night out—I’d recommend renting a golf cart if you’re not up for the climb. Also, the water pressure in the first-floor bedroom was a bit weak, but aside from that, it was a wonderful place!

The place was a great deal. The neighborhood bars are a bit noisy.

Sehidys place was great!! She was very attentive and helping us with everything!! She is a very nice woman. The place was clean and nice for the price. Will definitely recommend.

Amazing place to stay! Kitchen is excellent and has lots of appliances. Unit has nice decks to sit outside on and has an awesome pool! Rooms are also great. Would recommend staying here to anyone as it is a good location and everything is walking distance!

Jeff is a fantastic Airbnb host! The condo was spacious, secure, and in an unbeatable location, just a short walk to the beach and great local restaurants. I especially appreciated the beach towels and his thoughtful recommendations. This place made for a perfect vacation. Highly recommend!

I like privacy, if I want to go out I will, but if I want to stay in then I wan privacy. This is what I got at this property. Very quiet area, some wildlife flies/wonders around the property, iguanas, hummingbirds, butterflies, red macaws, etc. The house is roomy, a few details that I have feedback, but not even worth mentioning because they were super minor. Our stay couldn’t be better, very close to the beach, very close to grocery stores and restaurants. My little girls were very sad we had to leave.

Muy lindo el lugar. La casa muy cómoda. La habitación principal con aire acondicionado y baño, muy cómoda. Centro comercial cerca, con todo lo necesario. Muy útil.

We really enjoyed it. Was a great spot. We drove to La Fortuna every day but it’s not a bad drive. Kids loved the jacuzzi. We do not regret booking it. Check out el salto and el choyin for sure.

In knapp 2 Min zu Fuß erreicht man einen zauberhaften und ruhigen Strand. Das geräumige und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus ist umgeben von einem tropischen Garten und hat unterschiedliche gemütliche Sitzecken und Plätze zum Verweilen (Hängematte, Terassen). Das Pool ist wunderbar erfrischend und auch Abends dank Beleuchtung ein toller Ort zum Chillen. Der Check-In und die Kommunikation vor der Anreise waren super und sehr flexibel (spätere Abreise). Außerdem habe ich von Petra und Sigrid tolle Tips für Aktivitäten und Restaurants bekommen. Das nächste Mal bleibe ich länger. Danke für diesen schönen Aufenthalt!
