Absolutely beautiful setting. Close to town, restaurants and beaches. We sat outside by the plunge pool with our coffee and watched Macaws. We saw a sloth on the property! The hosts always responded quickly. We highly recommend this amazing spot!

Such a gorgeous little spot in the heart of Guiones. Super close to the beach, restaurants and shops, but still tranquil! Check-in was so easy and clear, the communication was immediate, and though I am familiar with Nosara, the host offered a lot of information on the area and resources for potential needs (tours, transport etc.). The place was beautiful, loved the open-air kitchen - fully stocked with all of the appliances and kitchenware one might need. The room and bathroom were immaculate, beautifully designed - loved the bay window day bed! Overall had a wonderful stay, and would absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our relaxing stay at this slice of Costa Rican paradise. The jungle sounds, manicured gardens, jungle trails and the view of the ocean below were spectacular. Probably our favourite part was the daily visits by a family of howler monkeys. We already plan to return.

Highly recommend this place to stay in Monteverde! The host was super welcoming when we arrived and was kind throughout. The place is as described with a beautiful view overlooking the mountains which allowed for a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. To note, having a car or using taxi’s is most likely needed to stay here. There wasn’t really any restaurants or places to walk to without driving into the main township.

No words can quite describe the magical experience of staying in this beautifully crafted treehouse. The view is incredible, but it is the tasteful and rustic personal touches that make the space feel so cozy and inviting. Peter was a welcoming, responsive, and kind host, and all of the love and craftsmanship with which he and his family have created their homestead is evident in every corner of this spectacular place. From waking up and watching the sunrise over the ocean from our crows nest bed, to taking a warm outdoor shower at twilight in the rain, to stargazing at night while lightning storms danced on the horizon, each moment was better than the next. The casita was equipped with everything one could need, and we were very comfortable with the fan at night. Thank you again Peter and Santiago for everything.

Beautiful location, very close to a bunch of good hiked nearby! Very peaceful stay, loved sitting on the back deck looking at the stars and listening to nature at night.

My wife and i spent one night of our honeymoon at Ronan's b&b and we had a great evening. The jacuzzi tub and movie screen was very relaxing after a long day. The birds and hummingbirds were beautiful to watch and listen too. I highly recommend this host as everything was clean and set up nice. Local restaurants also deliver which was a bonus. WIll definitely return in the future.

The stay looked exactly like the pictures. Edan was a great and responsive host and helped coordinate all of our activities. They went above and beyond as a host and made sure we had reliable transportation everywhere and always made sure to check in with us.

Tony was very friendly, helpful and acommodating. He let us upgrade to a bigger place for no extra charge. The views were breathtaking!

Very nice and private cabin right at the edge of the river. The family that runs it (and the trout restaurant up the road) is lovely. The cabin has two bedrooms and a third mattress in a loft that requires climbing a ladder. The futon in the living room also converts into a bed, and that's much easier than climbing the stairs. Location was great for some peace and quiet (except for the noise of the river). Plenty of birds in the morning, and we saw lots of hummingbirds, a few mot-mots, etc. The family runs the restaurant up the road where you can catch your own trout for dinner. Within a 5 minutes' drive to the Chirripó National Park trailhead.

Excellent option for vacationing in the port, it has everything you need, the location is excellent, it has a lot of vegetation around, it makes the place a magical space, the pool was incredible, the cleanliness was great, I would definitely return.

Waking up in a tree house in the rainforest after falling asleep to the sounds of rain on the roof is not a memory we will soon forget. The treehouse was well-equipped and far enough off of the main road, that the only sounds we heard the whole time, were the sounds of the surrounding rainforest, which were MORE than welcome. Hosts were responsive, welcoming and so accommodating. Would not hesitate to rebook this spot in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing a piece of your paradise with us. Pura vida.

Everything's great, just a little bit hot in the middle of the day.

What a great place in the middle of the rain forest. It felt so good to be in the middle of nature, have a house with privacy, to be within walking distance of the local convenience store and local hotel to book our excursions. For just a few bucks the local tuk tuks took us in to the nearby city for some great local cuisine. Felt good to be forced to slow down and relax.

Amazing place in the jungle! It’s incredibly peaceful, perfect for relaxation and disconnecting from the world. However, be prepared for a steep road—you’ll need a 4x4 to get there. Since it’s deep in the jungle, you might encounter some interesting insects. Overall, a fantastic getaway for nature lovers!

Our stay was great! This modern house is in a great peaceful location. We saw many birds right on the property, and the views from the front porch are amazing! The space heaters made our stay comfortable on the cool nights. I made it up the lane in a Nissan Sentra, although when it rains the last few meters are a bit slippery. If you have experience on rough roads you will be on with an automobile, although a 4x4 is ideal. Koen was always responsive and super friendly and helpful! I can definitely recommend this place and hope to go back someday!
