SO GREAT I MADE IT MY HOME TAX FREE BRKFST INCLD

I bought the place as an investment property. After extensive renovations I fell in love with it and named it "ALBA" which means Italian sunrise. I was inspired by Stevie Nicks' song "Italian Summer". It is located at Beach Point, an east side neighborhood of homes and cottages. There are views of the ocean and Ptown, with ready access to the semi private beach. The sunrises are phenomenal, sunsets awesome and refreshing sea breezes. I invite you to share my utopia. This is a shared space.

Please read: Beautifully decorated lower level apartment with windows and french doors leading up to the garden. Private entrance. This newly renovated space has a separate kitchen area with table and chairs, a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker (coffee and tea provided). No stove. NO cooking permitted. The bedroom has a double bed, a comfy couch, bureau and closet, and a full bath ensuite. Perfect for a couple or single person. NOTE: The small building is my gallery.

Howards End - Room 2-3 (Private Bath & Terrace)

The room is about 140 sqft, and it comes with a large private deck with a great view of the Pilgrim Monument. It has a king bed, private bathroom and private entrance. This room is good for people who are allergic to cats. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. This cozy, budget friendly room is located in the center of Ptown and on the beach! It is part of Lotus Provincetown Inn, a staple of the town since the 80s. It shares a bathroom with 2 rooms. 2 minute walk to the Wharf where ferries dock and paid parking available. Also, available is a dry sauna located at our sister property steps away. Easily access all the town's amenities - galleries, dining, shops, shows, nightlife - while enjoying the quiet retreat of this cozy room.

If offers a TWIN-sized bed & shared bathroom (9 rooms on 2nd floor shared 2 full bathrooms - 8 of the 9 rooms have in-room sinks) with in-room sink, A/C, TV, cable, WIFI We don't offer parking this year. Due to covid only continental breakfast served. Residential area, walk to beach, parking for one car. Pool on premise must never swim alone. Enjoy some of tips on places to shop, dine, beach and just have fun.We have been at this for 35 years and still enjoy greeting guests. Come enjoy Cape Cod at Salt Winds other rooms available. sorry no pets allowed
