Central, modern cottage w parking & water view

This modern cottage is around the corner from Commercial St and comes fully furnished with a king bed, 1.5 baths, kitchen, laundry, cable, WiFi, AC, and parking on-site. This house was originally built as a barbershop in 1950 and rebuilt in 2015 with a custom Boffi kitchen island, Bosch smart fridge, dining area, a smart TV, half bath and sleeper couch downstairs. Upstairs has an open-concept bedroom suite with a full bathroom, three skylights and views of the Pilgrim Monument. BOH-24-255

One of the last historic beachfront cottages in Ptown. You will spend the day watching the tide rise and fall and boats come and go. This one bedroom, one bath cottage will transport you back in time with its wide plank floors and porthole windows. This cottage is special and quirky and everyone who sees it falls in love right away. The stairs to the bedroom are steep and there's a pitched roof so you'll need to mind the headspace. Stay here for a perfect Ptown beach vacation.

The Perch is situated in an ideal location for travelers. Located in the west end of commercial street you'll find that the Perch is within close proximity to everything P-Town has to offer. This well appointed 415 sq ft residence sits atop a busy sandwich shop called Pop + Dutch that makes delicious sandwiches. Street facing, the windows look out onto busy Commercial street providing guests with endless entertainment of all the hustle and bustle!
