Beautiful house and location. Kristina made everything easy from check in to check out. Would definitely stay here again!

Spectacular location! The home had a beautiful view and easy beach access (private entry to private beach)! It was simply gorgeous! Weather did not cooperate with us, but it did not matter because we had amazing views even in the rain! We were able to go in and out on a moments notice because this stunner is waterfront. We will definitely be returning! The host was VERY communicative. We knew exactly what to expect with this property and honestly could not be happier! A+++++++++

Anne’s home was beautiful with lovely vaulted ceilings and nice decorative touches. It was a nice home to retreat to at the end of our action-packed days visiting the highlights of Martha’s Vineyard. The location is unbeatable and within only 10 minute driving distance to the center of Edgartown and ~20 minutes to Oak Bluffs. Given this home’s open layout, this is the ideal place for a family with children.

We had a great stay! The unit is well appointed and clean. Very close to the beach, which my kids loved. Location is very close to a lot of restaurants, etc. There are a lot of rabbits in the yard and my kids loved watching them. Would stay again!

Location was great, very centrally located to everything in Chatham. The space is more spacious than you would expect. It does have shared doors to other units which made me a little nervous since we were traveling with littles but we didn’t have any issues. Only wish is that there was ability to drop off items or an earlier check in since we had so much luggage and I had breastmilk I wanted to keep cold.

Great location, stress free stay, definitely a place to comeback to in the future. Michaela was very attentive and helpful.

The lock-box was very difficult to open, to get keys. It would be helpful to have some brief instructions for dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. Carl was very helpful on the phone and came over twice. WE highly recommend the cottage.

Jenny’s place exceeded our expectations. The quality of the blankets and pillows were hotel level, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the house is clean and beautiful. Our hosts were super responsive when the wifi wasn’t working (not their fault) and went above and beyond to address it immediately. Our stay was so wonderful, thank you Jenny and Ted!

My husband and I were in town for a wedding. Chris’s place was perfectly located - close enough to the venue yet just far enough to offer privacy. Fantastic views, clean, well-organized home! Everything we could have asked for. Chris was a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time. Tomas‘s place is an amazing location. We could walk to shops and restaurants and the beach. We rented bikes and toured an awesome bike trail. There are great hikes within 20 minutes. Cape Cod National Seashore. National Parks Service has trails and maps and bathrooms. It was beautiful.

What an amazing property. All the included things. Kayaks at the pond, tennis rackets, pickleball paddles, and just add bait fishing rods. A grill, nice outdoor space. Plus beach chairs, towels and a cooler. Comfortable beds and great couch’s in the living areas. All of this would be enough, but along comes Hans. An amazing host! So responsive both with questions I had before the trip, but always got back to me during our stay.

the place is a perfect Ptown getaway …. For some people it may be a long walk into town but we enjoyed that part of the experience because it also brought quiet and a peaceful surrounding. - the owners are excellent communicators and willing to work with you anything you need. - great experience and we hope to be back very soon

We had a wonderful time at this place, and enjoyed being close to the beach, restaurants, bike rentals and galleries. We didn’t need the car during our entire stay. The place was very clean and well organized, everything you need is there. The two porches are great, one upstairs in the sun and one nice and shady downstairs. For people having trouble with stairs, the winding staircase may pose a challenge, and for some with a light sleep it should be noted that this place is directly next to the busiest road in PT. It was not a problem for us, but I still wanted to mention it here. Overall a wonderful place in a wonderful town!

We had a really great time here — SO much space, beautiful kitchen, lovely view. It’s even bigger than it looks in pictures. It’s in a great area near some of our favorites (downtown Chatham, Hangar B eatery, the pier, etc) Highly recommend!

We stayed here in 2021 and the house was just as pristine as it was during our previous visit - no wear and tear, great furnishings, strong and adjustable central air. Commercial St. is one block away - so we had easy access to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We spotted two bunnies on the property - my children named them Emma and Ryan and they showed up the morning we left to say goodbye! All in all a truly special experience. We will stay here whenever we return to Ptown.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were 6 adults and one infant in town for a family function. There is plenty of space for all to sleep and relax. (We enjoyed listening to some of Alex’s vintage vinyl records!) I should state, if you have toddlers with you, be extra careful of the many stairways. We were able to catch the Yarmouth fallfest fireworks from the top floor out door balcony. Thanks again Alex, hope to stay again soon.

Perfect location on a nice quiet street 5 minutes from the main town center, easily walkable. The home is very well equipped and has a beautiful yard. Matthew was extremely easy to communicate with and ensured we had a great stay. Couldn’t be happier with our experience!

The location was fantastic- close to harbor, beach, shopping and restaurants. Having TJ and whole food close by was perfect for our Thanksgiving stay! The townhome was newly remodeled and easy to clean. We were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook a nice thanksgiving dinner. Jan and Sofiya are great hosts. They were very responsive and flexible. They made us feel like at home and took our feedback seriously. I have no doubt that they will continue to improve the place for guests. Would stay there again.

I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb in Orleans, MA! The location was perfect—close to both the beach and charming local shops. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided great recommendations for local activities. A peaceful, relaxing getaway in a beautiful part of Cape Cod—I’d definitely stay here again!

Newly renovated, perfect location walkable to many shops, bars, restaurants, bike rentals, groceries and gym. Would stay here again next time I land in Ptown

We had a great stay and would love to come back. Being able to use the pool and facilities was great for one of the rainy days we had. The golf course was nice and Samantha was very communicative and helpful when coordinating checking in.

Whitney & Emma were extremely responsive and kind hosts. They accommodated requests and ensured we had a smooth stay. The townhome is very cute, decorated perfectly to give you a MV feel, with cooling on the second floor and beautiful cross breeze from the outdoor patio. They provide all the little necessities for cooking and cleaning during your stay. Thanks so much for the hospitality and we look forward to staying again.
