Yi & Greg’s bnb was the perfect accommodation for our stay in Provincetown. The location couldn’t be better, steps from the heart of Commercial st, but tucked away on a quiet block. The unit was clean and cozy, with a private entrance from a landscaped patio. Yi & Greg were extremely helpful in coordinating parking and our arrival. We’ll be back!

We stayed a few nights and the inn was quaint and cozy. Perfectly located to restaurants and shops. Our host Jeanette was friendly and very helpful. The continental breakfast was served in the cutest dining area and her homade coffee cake was delicious.

Bill was super helpful under challenging circumstances. He confirmed the reservation really quickly, which was needed. And when i needed extra assistance, it was provided without hesitation. It is a beautiful location, right on the beach. And the price was really reasonable for what we needed. Altogether a great experience!

I have stayed here many times. it is a historic place that has not been totally upgraded. That is why it is affordable. I hope it never changes. I always love staying here.

David was friendly, google maps navigated us to the wrong place at first, we ran into David through the back door of the house and he helped us find the right spot.Nice clean room with heater inside, we slept comfortably.There were bagels and coffee in the morning, I got up late and only had coffee.The house is nice and quiet around and has a few restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Daniel's place is lovely. Very cute and well appointed. Check-in and communication were simple. We didn't interact with Daniel that much, he's a very hard worker! So it really felt like having our own place that felt very much like a home. Would definitely stay here again.

I couldn’t have been more thrilled with Carol’s gem of a place. I was in nearby Halifax for a dressage competition at Fieldstone Show Park and was looking for a place that was close and comfortable. Got really lucky in finding Carol’s place in that it had everything I wanted. Privacy, comfort, and amenities. Was thrilled with the snacks, coffee, and water provided, the microwave, and much, much more. (And the bed was very comfortable.) Carol and her husband Rob (I’m also Carol and my husband is Rob, so this was meant to be!) were friendly and charming and while our chats were brief, I really enjoyed them. Will definitely try to book this place again when I am back in town for a horse show!

Irene and Roger were extremly responsive and considerate even if our arriving was past midnight. We were impressed by their attention to detail, and the morning breakfast they served. They also provided excellent tips on local restaurants and attactions.

Beautiful beach house with access to a private beach, kayaks, and the backyard. perfect for enjoying some time on the property and also touring around Falmouth and making a day trip at Martha's Vineyard. Lisa is a very warm and friendly host. You'll have a wonderful stay here!

Most places in Provincetown cost an arm and a leg. This place is not only affordable, but it’s peaceful, quiet, in the center of town, and you couldn’t ask for nicer hosts! Mauricio seems to work night and day to keep the house spotless, and is an incredible host. It’s not fancy, but has all the character of Provincetown. This is now my go to spot! Stay here and spend the money that you saved treating friends to drinks and getting a nice meal! I’m so thankful to have found this place.

We absolutely loved staying at Lavender Bay and wished we could have stayed longer! Bill and Tami were wonderful hosts, very responsive and helpful! The breakfast each morning on the little balcony was delicious. But what really stood out to us was the beauty of the place. It was so peaceful and quiet, and Bill’s and Tami‘s garden is gorgeous. We would absolutely stay here again and can recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Cape Cod.

A friend and I spent one night at Carol and Jeff’s inn. We had a lovely room with access to a porch, where we spent quite a bit of time. Carol and Jeff are very welcoming hosts and have have thought of everything for furnishing their rooms for guest comfort and convenience. The included breakfast was truly excellent, everything freshly and skillfully prepared. Now that I know they are there, I will stay with them on my trips to the area.

Everything was wonderful! The place was clean and a perfect location. Hosts were extremely communicative, friendly, and helpful. No negatives at all! Would absolutely stay here again next time!!

We loved staying at Ships Knees Inn! It was beyond our expectation. Denise and Peter made us feel safe by taking proper COVID precautions around the inn with sanitary wipes and sanitizers at every corner. The breakfast was lovely and were paper bagged with our name on it, felt very safe and clean per covid. The location was perfect, just around the corner from Nauset beach. The room itself was lovely, charming and exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly, helpful and wonderful. We hope to come back soon and really recommend staying at this lovely inn-- it sure made our labor day weekend that much more enjoyable.

Our host was incredibly friendly. The communication for our late check in (after dark) was clear and easy to follow. The room was very clean. Enjoyed our stay and will consider this location again.

This is now my THIRD time coming to this AirBnB! And everything is just as amazing as I remembered it. I brought another friend of mine and she absolutely loved it. It is so peaceful and it’s the perfect place to have some downtime. As usual, Greg and Jackie make an amazing breakfast in the morning of either pancakes or French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit salad, yogurt, etc. And I always enjoy my conversations with them. I’m definitely returning this summer!

Great price for a nice room right in the center of the action on Commercial Street. The room was comfy, the shared bathroom was clean and was right down the hall, so it wasn't a major inconvenience.

This is exactly as described. Super easy to get in, extremely clean. Great special touches: Robes in the room, Coffee, and lots of attention to detail. Remember that this is somewhat communal - you’re sharing a bathroom, and maybe people go to bed later than you or wake up earlier than you and make their normal noise, so there’s that. But the location was literally right across the street from where I needed to be. Since there are a number of units in this building, this listing feels a little ‘managed.’ The mattress was firm, for those who care about that kind of thing. When there was a problem, I had to go through someone other than Tonn, and the original attempt to fix things wasn’t what it should have been, but the second one was. Overall a good stay!

The best of Airbnb, the room was spotlessly clean and quiet, in a beautiful idyllic home on Cape Cod. Nelly was pleasant, available, responsive, and made all elements of the stay very easy and comfortable. She expressed genuine interest in helping me enjoy my time on Cape Cod, and we had a lovely conversation over a delicious breakfast. Exactly the experience I seek on Airbnb, highly recommended.

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend getaway. Breakfast was great, the room and view was beautiful, and we enjoyed conversation with the hosts. It is very peaceful and relaxing. Just a short drive from the gardens and great restaurants. Even though it was chilly, we still enjoyed walking on the beach which was very quiet, we almost had the whole beach to ourselves. We would definitely stay there again.
