Villa holiday rentals in Province of Viterbo

We weren’t disappointed when we approached S’farina down the long private cedar lined drive . Beautiful stone house over looking rolling countryside and picturesque local hill top village . Lovely terrace and gardens with fabulous infinity pool and pool house with shower:toilet and sauna ( we didn’t use as 37 degrees outside ! We were meet by Veronica who helpfully showed us to the location , she was helped with other few enquires . Well tended pool and gardens by friendly pool man . Inside fantastic characterful rooms and bedrooms all huge with high ceilings and beams . All rooms en-suite and with A/C which was so welcome ! Lots of seating areas outside for quiet reading but also lovely terrace at the back where we ate all our meals . Racquets and bats for a bit of fun in the cooler moments , only disappointment was the bikes weren’t in working order . Orvieto , cascade de la Marmore , Viterbo , Todi, Lake Bolsena all fab . We loved S’farina and would highly recommend it x

This home is set in a very tranquil area yet is still accessible to the town closeby. The interior is very comfortable and tasetfully. The porch and garden were lovely areas to relax for morning coffee. The host and his family were very welcoming and were a great example of Italian hospitality. Although we had issues with the WiFi during our stay, they did everything to fix it and even reimbursed us for the data we used.

Beautiful scenery and beautiful villa. Large pool. Ideal location for our neuro diverse grandson who loved it there and Nicoletta’s friendly dogs. You’ve got to go there to believe it

Perfect spot for a Tuscany experience. Nicely located between two friendly villages with fantastic restaurants and any supplies that you may need. The swimming pool was well maintained by Luciano and was used by us multiple times a day, for our group it was a highlight of the property. We all came away very happy with our stay and would totally recommend staying at this property.

Our stay at Loredana's villa was fantastic. Upon arrival we were surprised with a generous welcome basket, with delicacies and delicious wines. Loredana's mother was there to host us in a very warm way, she is really a treasure. The house is very spacious and nicely decorated, with a beautiful kitchen that is fully equipped. In addition to various beautiful seating areas in the house, you have access to three large bedrooms and 2 neat bathrooms. The garden is very beautiful and well maintained by her father. You also have several seating areas in the garden where you can relax. The pool is wonderful, everything is very clean. You can relax here in the beautiful surroundings. Very responsive to the few minor issues we had - even went so far as to pay for our lunch via bank transfer at a local Fattoria (farm) that only took bank transfer which was incredibly kind! The house is really special and secluded, epic pool and a pizza oven that was pretty special. I would recommend getting a nice big car to get there/get around in Umbria - some of the roads/tracks are pretty interesting (for a city mouse like me) but it's the price you pay to really be in nature. The kids loved the hammocks and Luca made sure we had a great time.

That was my 2nd stay in this amazing house! I felt again immediately at home and comfortable. Maria’s housekeeper was extremely welcoming and helped us connect our electric car with the house mains.

Fantastic place in a very beautifully maintained home with a beautiful pool and wonderful views. And peace and quiet - definitely recommend !!!

Living areas had great light which is sometimes not the case in old Italian farm houses also great bedroom spaces and lots of bathroom with overhead showers!!…lovely!

We had a family holiday and all of us had a really magical time. We were very lucky to have had wonderful weather, and the views on a sunny day were breathtaking. We have two young kids and they slept very well indeed in the comfy beds. There was plenty of space for all of us, and we really enjoyed having easy access to the wine from the vineyard as it was delicious. Finally, Livia was an amazing host. She did everything she could to meet our needs, including helping us with some shopping on our first day as our flight came in a bit late. Thanks you so much for being so flexible! We will definitely be coming again

It was a pleasure to spend the time in the villa. The last 2min to reach the villa are a bit rough in regards to the street but once it's reached you'll have a great time also with a bigger group

We had an amazing time at this house! It’s super comfortable and in a really quiet and peaceful area – perfect for relaxing. The place had everything we needed, and the whole vibe was just great. Would definitely recommend it if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!

We absolutely loved staying at this villa, we had such amazing holidays with our family of 5. The surroundings are beautiful, the house is great and so comfortable. Alcide who cleaned the pool for us every morning was so friendly and helpful, and Gio (the host) was always available for any questions or recommendations. We will be surely coming back every year! This was an incredible house! Located in a beautiful area close to Todi, full of nature and close to easy hikes. The house is stunning and perfect for families who want an authentic Italian vacation!

I have stayed at numerous Airbnb locations in the US and Europe. This was, by far, my favorite. The location was perfect for exploring the medieval area of Umbria and all the little cities surrounding Amelia. In addition, it was a little over an hour car ride from the Rome airport and a little over 2 hours to Florence. We traveled to Orte to take the train to Roma and Florence. It was easy to acquire tickets with the app Trainline. I cannot say enough good things about the Villa. We learned much about it's history from the owners Daniela and Aldo. The villa was built around 1863 and was totally refurbished to it's current condition. Aldo gave us a tour of their private winery and loved to share it's history. He even offered wine samples. All I can say is that they are the cutest couple ever! The property was well manicured and decorated with blooming flowers. The pool was clean and we enjoyed time in the "recreation" building playing ping pong and foosball. I would go back again!!!

We rented Eralda's property for a family reunion, traveling from both Australia and the UK. The property ticked all of our boxes, with great communal areas with lots of space for different age groups. Will rent again !!

The estate is beautiful, a dream place! Both the interior and exterior are meticulously cared for, with attention to the smallest details and perfect cleanliness. Alice was very kind from the first message, she sent us the instructions for the arrival and many suggestions for restaurants and excursions. The outdoor spaces allowed the children to play carefree, the pool was ideal for both adults and children! Perfect stay, we can't wait to come back. Thanks to Alice and all the staff for the wonderful experience!

The Villa is superb and is ideally located for visiting the numerous nearby attractions. it is also the perfect place if you want to bring your dog - Archie thoroughly enjoyed himself!! We spent 10 wonderful days at Luigi e Lucia's home. They were very warm hosts and I particularly appreciated their help when our car tyre needed to be repaired! The house is in a beautiful and quiet location. The pool is very well done and lovely to use on a hot day. We enjoyed meeting all the cats and three kittens. Thanks so much for a great stay.

We had a truly wonderful time during our stay. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Every morning felt like waking up in a postcard. The accommodation was not only comfortable but also perfectly suited for families, with plenty of space and thoughtful amenities that made everyone feel right at home. It was a peaceful and welcoming place that offered the ideal balance of relaxation and fun for both adults and children. We couldn’t have asked for a better setting for our family getaway.

We stayed at Casa del Fico in April 2025. The house is very nice, clean and well cared for, located in the silence of the countryside behind Marina di Pescia Romana, with numerous beds available. In addition to the dining room on the ground floor, there is also one in the basement, both with long tables that allow lunches and dinners even for large guests (there were 9 of us). In the beautiful garden there is a pool and a gazebo with another large table that allows you to eat outdoors, better if under the stars, clearly visible given the poor light pollution of the area (especially for those who live in the city). There are numerous places to visit in the neighborhood: Saturnia, Tarquinia, the archaeological park of Vulci, Viterbo, Lake Bolsena, the Maremma, just to name a few, plus of course the sea. The owner is very nice and approachable. We can only recommend Casa del Fico to all those who intend to plan a vacation in these beautiful areas.
