A Comfortable Ground Floor consisting of a large living room with fireplace, kitchen and sofa bed, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry. The entrance is independent, overlooking the porch and garden of the house's exclusive stones. The accessible olive grove next door is shared with me. The house is in the countryside in a quiet place in Montecchio, a small town a few km from Umbrian towns such as Orvieto, Gubbio, Assisi and Todi. 20 km from the A1 motorway to easily reach Rome and Florence.

Borgo Vecchio

House in an ancient medieval village in Tuscia Viterbo just minutes from Lake Vico. It is one hour from Rome and 20 minutes from Viterbo and its thermal baths. It consists of a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed , kitchen , bathroom with shower and two balconies. It is located next to the castle of Giulia Farnese. Nearby, in addition to the lake with its hiking trails, there are Etruscan ruins such as the zucchini cable, Palazzo Farnese di Caprarola and various routes along the Via Francigena

Casita Blanca - Maremma

Casita Blanca is a small green wooden residence within a larger property immersed in the green of the Maremma, in Pescia Romana. With solar panels and air conditioning, it is ideal for those who want to taste the authentic taste of life in the countryside, without sacrificing comfort. An hour by train or car from Rome, Casita Blanca is just 4 km from the sea, a 15-minute drive from the Terme di Vulci and the village of Capalbio. Nearby are the Tarot Garden, the Burano Oasis and the Argentario.

THE LITTLE HOUSES OF NO TIME

Apartments with independent entrance and parking, which we call "Le casine del non tempo", for the peace they transmit. From the terrace you have a wonderful view over the entire valley. Theapartments consist of a living room kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub or shower and a window and a double bedroom. They have a sofa bed, so they can accommodate up to 4 people each. The casins, with some characteristic stone walls, are tastefully furnished in the Tuscan style.
