The house is really nice and clean, in a convenient location within walking distance of downtown with easy parking. Riccardo was a perfect and very helpful host, a helpful guy, and he gave us a lot of advice on where to eat and what to do.

We had a lovely time in Christiana’s apartment. The location is great and the host super friendly.

We had an amazing stay! The place was cozy, had everything we needed and was Perfect to relax. The beach is just a 30 minutes walk away and the supermarket a short car drive. The highlight was Nonna Maria—she was the sweetest, always making sure we felt at home. Her warmth and kindness made the experience even more special. Highly recommend staying here!

Thank you Claudia and Carlo for the wonderful welcome. As soon as we entered the house, we found a donut made by the owner, which was really delicious. The house is equipped with everything and the reality is superior to the photos. The house is located in a beautiful countryside half an hour from Lake Bracciano. The places are enchanting and after a day spent outside, it was very relaxing to come back and find yourself in an environment in contact with nature and animals. They gave us valuable advice for visiting the surroundings, which we took on the fly. We will definitely come back to visit you because we still have a lot to see.

We had only one day and night for our stay at Sorano, clearly far too short! The appartement was more than top, TOP-TOP, extremely welcoming, super-clean and cosy, fridge, wonderful bathroom, confortable bed, with much light coming in from window and door and also a little garden to breakfast outside. Silvia and PierPaolo were the TOPPEST hosts we ever had the pleasure to meet!! Their tips for the astonishing sites to visit were again: TOP-TOP, so I should invent something negative otherwise the reader would think I'm exaggerating :-)) No, I'm NOT..!!!!

Petru's apartment is a real wonder. We went by car with our three children and he waited for us on arrival (despite arriving later than initially planned). Communication was excellent. The apartment has absolutely everything you need to have a good family stay. My kids loved the beds, they felt right at home. If we return to the area, we will definitely come back. I recommend it 100%.

Narita and Roberto are great hosts. Very friendly and helpful. The house is tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts. There are many attractions in the area, sea, Tarot garden, Saturnia and Vulci thermal baths, etc. Narita has also provided us with useful tips on bars and supermarkets. beautiful garden and beautiful view. to recommend.

Incredible view and location, having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the most beautiful landscape was a real highlight. The cave inside the apartment is great and you can buy tasty local wine. We had no reception when we arrived but there is some wifi in the apartment. Tiziana and Luigi are really friendly and welcoming and check-in and out was easy. Would highly recommend and love to come back.

The stay was worth more than 5 stars and exceeded our expectations. The whole property is fantastically beautiful and very well maintained. You feel very comfortable as soon as you drive in. It is very clean, the pool is perfect and the chalet is also absolutely perfect for 2 people. In real life, it's even more beautiful than in photos! Supermarkets are very quickly accessible by car. Giorgio made us feel right at home. I'm sure we'll be back!

Definitely one if the best airbnb experiences we’ve had. Jacopo and his parents are the best hosts one can wish for. They are friendly, responsive and warm-hearted. They grow vegetables and breed chickens and they gave us a box of their farm produce upon arrival. The property is wonderful, a huge garden and territory with fruit and nut trees, the villas are huge and have literally everything one may need during their stay and more. We would love to come back

Great place if you want to see the surrounding areas. Patrizia responds fast to any questions you have. Nice clean house with a good view on the lake. Walking to Montefiascone is doable, though you have to walk up a hill. All in all great value for money!

Our stay in Saturnia at FonteNuova was picture perfect. We stayed in the main house and loved every second of our time there. The hosts provided unbelievable recommendations that made our stay even better than we could have imagined. Waking up you truly feel like you were in a Tuscan film. It was the perfect quiet and peaceful location with the ultimate rustic feel. We cannot wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time in the apartment Mirto. Everything was thought of, we were warmly welcomed, there was a huge fruit bowl and wine. The amenities were especially great for families. Even a laundry basket was there. The outdoor area was indescribably beautiful. So much space. So much nature. This tranquility. Heavenly. We slept wonderfully. Beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of cabinets. The furnishings of all rooms are incredibly tasteful. We felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful time ♥️ We recommend a trip to the magical mountain village of Pitigliano, about 1 hour away.

It was a beautiful apartment in a decent building. It had a large terrace where you could see the mountains. The owner is very kind and friendly.

Anna's apartment is small but comfortable. It is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood, very quiet, surrounded by greenery. Nothing is missing, the kitchen is very well equipped, as well as the bathroom and the living room. It's easy to feel at home. We stayed for a week with our little dog, who fully enjoyed the fenced yard. Thank you very much for your attention and care in welcoming us.

Everything was perfect. Luca is an impeccable host and his home has no flaws. Only quality: 5 minutes walk from the central square of the village (but out of the hustle and bustle); a few minutes drive from the main natural attractions of the surroundings; parking nearby; spacious and air-conditioned rooms; ideal for children; large living room with parquet; an extraordinary restaurant a few steps away... and breathtaking landscape!

i stayed 10 days with my husband and my dog. I enjoyed the peace of the place, the wonderful thermal water, the hospitality/friendship of Daniele and his beautiful dogs and I met wonderful people among the other guests. The accommodation is strategic to visit natural and historical places of the Lazio and Tuscan Maremma. I will always take a memory of colors, scents and excellent eaten !!!

What can I say.. we had many great hosts - but Mariastella and her children were the best thing that could happen to us!! We were warmly welcomed and every one of our questions about the place, restaurants and places of interest was patiently and kindly answered. By the way, if you want to sit on the lakeside in the first row, reserve!! Stella is also assisting with this. The apartment and the pool is fantastic and we were even able to make pizza in the wood oven. The house is very quiet and yet you are not lonely:-) in the large garden there is sun and shade places and also our dog Nero was more than happy and satisfied Dear Stella with family, I'm sure we'll come back or book your apartment in Rome A presto M.
