Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Viterbo

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! We just finished out 10-day stay and it was outstanding. Giovanna’s directions were easy to follow and she answered all questions supportively. Property caretaker Wije was amazingly positive and attentive from checkin to checkout. Hiking and biking among olive farms and vineyards and an easy drive to plenty of Umbrian sites. Restaurants and grocery stores an easy drive away. The property itself is gorgeous and peaceful. Spectacular vacation all-around.

Apartment as described, private parking space inside an electric gate, double bathroom, comfortable bed, we stayed for just over a week and had a good time. The most positive note, however, is the host, Giuseppe was very quick to respond, also super helpful and kind. I highly recommend it!

We were happy to start the days for breakfast all together in the large common room, equipped with all the comforts, namely kitchen , sofas, and wonderful views on each side of the Umbrian countryside. The lavender bushes, the pomegranate trees, the flowers around your liking: a natural environment ideal for relaxing and staying with friends! Awesome! And then we had the opportunity to visit the beautiful historic center of Todi not far away and reach other villages in a short time. A unique experience to recommend and repeat. Lucia

Wonderful renovated apartment in the historic center of a very quaint and typical Italian walled town. All the amenities you will need to make a short or long term stay comfortable. The terrace was wonderful to soak in the surrounding panorama and enjoy a coffee, meal, or afternoon drink. Everything was clean and very nicely appointed. Great bars and restaurants within a very short (2-3 minute) walking distance that offer authentic local cuisine and also cater for gluten and lactose free dietary restrictions . Easy 1 hr 45 min drive from Fiumicino and a great access point to visit the surrounding towns and regions. Anders was very responsive and provided excellent recommendations and guidance before and during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at Andres’ place and look forward to returning!

Kate was absolutely incredible to communicate with. Check-in was clear, her house is even better in person. The garden is spectacular. The town of Otricoli and her recommendations are spot-on and it’s an amazing place to visit the rest of the region of Umbria and Lazio!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Pupi. The view is amazing, the garden is the perfect place to relax and the house is just as nice as the pictures show. The house is really well equipped and has everything you need. Communication with Giorgio was easy, he always answered in record time. We appreciated the warm welcome and felt right at home. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at Heathers place. Great communication and close to everything we wanted to see. Beautiful little village and although the house is 400 years old it still has all the mod cons required Amazing outdoor space with large table

Antonella and Quintilio's Borghetto gave us two days of absolute relaxation. Everything is perfect: from the accommodation, to the patio, to the extremely well-kept exterior, to the cats always ready for two pampering. We had a great time! See you soon.

Matteo's house was great to stay in. We found everything we needed inside. The location is beautiful and the grounds are large with lots to do. We enjoyed the short walk to Sutri and exploring the town.

It is a very spacious and comfortable apartment with a large terrace. It also provides a sense of privacy due to the separate entrance. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I am glad that I could be here with my dog. And I am very grateful for the flexibility of check-out.

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

We took very little advantage of the potential of this apartment, because we only needed it for a nightly support, but the house is really nice. Immersed in a quiet and bucolic setting, really well furnished. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for two nights while taking a rest day on the Via Francigena. The apartment is large enough that with just three of us, we all had lots of personal space. The hosts were kind enough to get us fans to deal with the heat, which was very much appreciated! It’s a neat spot with great outdoor spaces.

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

Cannot recommend this Airbnb more. So beautiful and the most amazing hosts. We felt at home and enjoyed every second of our stay. You truly feel like you are living in a dream. The pool was clean and the perfect way to enjoy the scenery.

Very nice and new apartment, spacious and comfortable, very clean and tidy with all the comforts, quiet and peaceful area, it has the plus of private parking inside the complex. Half an hour's drive from Porto Ercole, very easy to reach. Alessandra and her husband are really friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough!
