We had a very nice holiday here. The house is authentic, clean and has all the facilities you need. The terrace, garden and pool are amazing. You can really unwind here. There are also many nice trips to do in the near surroundings. Carlo, the host of the house is the proud owner of the house and will be ready for you. Gives nice tips and is very friendly. We really enjoyed it and would recommend this cottage to other families.

Just the perfect place. Perfect to visit Orvieto and other beautifull hill towns, to discover lago Bolsena, and to rest by the fantastic pool with a stunning view. The village is so beautiful, welcoming, and the house is just lovely and well equipped. We'll be back without any doubt!

Very nice apartment with a kitchen, bedroom and a small but well-stocked bathroom, it also has a comfortable solarium with an outdoor shower, two sun loungers and an outdoor table where you can eat. The apartment is practically a minute's drive from the beautiful beach of Montalto Marina and is very comfortable as a base to see the beauty of the area: churches, monuments, necropolis, museums... In short, as I imagined, ours was a wonderful vacation, equipped with the kindness and availability of Patrizia (and Domenico). Thank you very much

Beautiful apartment, as pictured. Located in a very recent complex of houses that create almost a small village. Although it is located (which can be a plus for those looking for tranquility) a few kilometers away there is a small center with everything you need. Friendly and helpful host, recommended.

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Pasquale’s place in Orvieto. He was very communicative and helpful. The apartment is multi level, so must be ok with stairs. But so cute! Everything we needed for an enjoyable stay in the old city. Would love to come back.

5 out of 5 stars, because for what the house offers, for the cost, there is everything: elegant "tower" house just renovated, with a nice kitchen in the style and full of options (juicer, modern microwave, many kitchen utensils, nespresso coffee machine, etc.); the 2 spacious rooms and the two bathrooms with great showers and sinks; also nice the living room and then the most beautiful part: terrace below the main tower of the village and that overlooks the countryside... in the evening you are uncomfortable (and you can also see the stars!). Wifi is available, although it is not very strong, but we are in the Maremma land! The village is very nice, very good restaurants, super-stocked coop and interesting places to have aperitifs. Geographically you are in a useful location to be able to go to the Argentario in 30 minutes (making a sweet and panoramic road) or in 15/20 min move easily to villages such as Pitigliano, MonteMerano, Saturnia, etc. In short, that's it!
