Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! This is, hands down, the BEST place to stay in Orvieto. The view is the best spot in the entire town- no joke. We walked the entire town and not one single view is better. Tourists and locals would walk down to this private area to catch the sunset or marvel at the vineyard views. We knew they were jealous as they saw us open the door right there and go inside. You will also not find a more helpful and gracious host. The streets in Orvieto are VERY NARROW and difficult to navigate but Elisabetta rode eith us in our car to help us park. We had intended on using this as a base for driving around the area but we loved it so much, we left the car parked and just walked the town for two days. Book this now! You will not regret it. It is far better than the photos that don’t do it justice.

Luca is a polite, helpful and direct guest. The house perfectly met our needs and the description. The location is convenient for those who want to enjoy a base to visit the province of Viterbo. On the Cassia but in a secluded position so as not to be bothered by traffic. And for those who prefer the train, it is a 10-minute walk from Montefiascone station. The environment was clean, tidy and functional. Luca, as already mentioned, has always been available for any eventuality. 10/10

We had a very nice stay at Gianfranco’s Apartment. It had everything we needed for our short stay. It was situated close to the center of town, about 5 minute walk. The bed was firm but nice and there were mosquito screes on the bedroom and kitchen windows which provided a nice breeze. The road below was a bit noisy with car traffic since it was one of the roads out of the walled city. It did settle down during the night until morning. Overall we had a great time in Orvieto. Although the apartment was a little basic, it was as described, so perfect for me. The location was excellent, right in the town and near all the amenities. I’m sure I would have had an excellent nights sleep in the comfortable bed, if it hadn’t been for the local dogs barking all night! Although I did not meet Maurizio in person, he communicated well, and was very helpful. A great host.

The area around the house is so beautiful.. It felt really good to stay in a medieval city. The interior of the accommodation is also very tidy and tidy. Also Giulia and her husband were very kind to guide us and made us feel comfortable. Next time I come to Italy, I want to stay there again!!

Our apartment was stunning. From the frescos painted in 1840 on the walls, to the renovated bathrooms, kitchen, etc, it was stunning. I know can see why it was showcased in some architectural magazines. We were sad we could only stay one night. Definitely was of the coolest AirBnBs you will ever find. The medieval town of Orvieto is a gem and we loved all that we were able to see and do in a short stay. Achim was a fantastic host and took care of every detail in our place and even helped with our luggage! We hope to come back someday and will be sending friends his way! Thank you!!

Matteo was a perfect host, who greeted us and walked us through how to use everything. He gave us advice on attractions to visit. The apartment was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The dishwasher, wifi and washing machine all worked well. Parking was secure, just under the apartment. The location was near a lovely park, and about a 10-minute walk to the old town, which was beautiful. There are many restaurants and coffee shops in the historic area, but also a very good kabob shop a short distance from the apartment. We really enjoyed staying in this unit, and our time in Viterbo. we stayed from May 29 to June 1, 2025 The location is really strategic for reaching the city center on foot and then moving around the area comfortably. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable. well cleaned and equipped very cindovil parking space in front of the house The train station and a CONAD supermarket are also just a few steps away. Loved our stay! Great set up, great location, and really responsive host. Check in was easy, we had everything we needed and the views are INCREDIBLE from the house. There’s also a nice coffee place just downstairs that opens early. Highly recommended!

Wow - book this spot immediately! This gorgeous stone apartment feels like a private cave. We spent time on the (shared) balcony drinking wine we got right from the wine cellar in our building! Comfortable bed and nothing beats the view of the hilly countryside when you open up the curtains - truly magical! Luigi was a great host, giving detailed instructions and always responsive. A wonderful retreat in the heart of Pitigliano. The apartment is so beautiful and cozy and very special - you look forward to coming home every time and don't want to leave. Beatrice and her husband are super professional and at the same time very warm hosts. Really a recommendation!

Really gorgeous apartment that is well appointed and comfortable. Bathrooms have huge showers which can be hard to find in Europe, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the views from the balcony are gorgeous. Also very convenient to be able to do laundry on a long trip with the washer and dryer. Highly recommend for families or groups of friends who might want a nice place to gather and spend some nights in cooking and socializing. Town is charming and has good restaurants and coffee bars. The surrounding countryside is beautiful!

We had a really lovely stay at apartamento Mia. The apartment is beautiful and is in a great location to see all the sights of Orvieto. It was also great that there was parking available, and Juna gave us really helpful directions to avoid the limited traffic zone! Everything was within walking distance and Juna gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to see nearby. Grazie Mille Juna!

Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment, we stayed for five days and felt at home. It is in an excellent location to reach the main tourist places. We appreciated the reserved parking space. Definitely recommended.

It is a great place to stay and feel the quiet and peace of Tuscany! My family and I really enjoyed it. The apartment is really nice, with a unique style inside an ancient house. And without a doubt, it has one of the best views from the kitchen and terrace that I have ever seen!
