Villa holiday rentals in Province of Viterbo

We weren’t disappointed when we approached S’farina down the long private cedar lined drive . Beautiful stone house over looking rolling countryside and picturesque local hill top village . Lovely terrace and gardens with fabulous infinity pool and pool house with shower:toilet and sauna ( we didn’t use as 37 degrees outside ! We were meet by Veronica who helpfully showed us to the location , she was helped with other few enquires . Well tended pool and gardens by friendly pool man . Inside fantastic characterful rooms and bedrooms all huge with high ceilings and beams . All rooms en-suite and with A/C which was so welcome ! Lots of seating areas outside for quiet reading but also lovely terrace at the back where we ate all our meals . Racquets and bats for a bit of fun in the cooler moments , only disappointment was the bikes weren’t in working order . Orvieto , cascade de la Marmore , Viterbo , Todi, Lake Bolsena all fab . We loved S’farina and would highly recommend it x

Ein großartiger Ort zum Entspannen! Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und bietet viele Bereiche, die perfekt zum Ausruhen sind. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die an heißen Tagen für angenehme Kühle sorgt. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen über Ventilatoren, die einwandfrei funktionieren. Giulia, die uns empfangen hat, war äußerst hilfsbereit und hat jederzeit sofort auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Die Terrassen bekommen sowohl zum Sonnenaufgang als auch zum Sonnenuntergang viel Sonne – ein faszinierendes Erlebnis. Der Pool ist groß und gut ausgestattet, mit bequemen Liegestühlen zum Entspannen. Ich kann diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen! Und wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin, würde ich diese Erfahrung sehr gerne erneut erleben.

Beautiful scenery and beautiful villa. Large pool. Ideal location for our neuro diverse grandson who loved it there and Nicoletta’s friendly dogs. You’ve got to go there to believe it

Tolles Anwesen mit einem gigantischen Pool, der täglich gereinigt wurde. Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig mit großen Schlafzimmern. In Manciano findet man alles was man braucht. Wir waren schon mehrmals in der Region, allerdings war dieses Haus schon weit ab vom Schuss. Das Haus selbst liegt aber direkt an der Straße zwischen Montemerano und Manciano und ist gut zu erreichen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Es hätte für unseren Geschmack ein bisschen sauberer sein können. Vorallem die Küchenutensilien und die Böden. Betten, Handtücher, Bettwäsche war aber sehr ordentlich und sauber. Nach Grosseto oder ans Meer Richtung Castiglione ist schon sehr weit zu fahren. Der direkte Weg Richtung Orbetello ist gut und die Strände da auch sehr schön. Ausflüge kann man viele machen. Besonders empfehlenswert ist Pitigliano.

Ons verblijf in de villa van Loredana was fantastisch. Bij aankomst werden we verrast met een royale welkomsmand, met lekkernijen en heerlijke wijnen. De moeder van Loredana was er om ons op een heel hartelijke manier te ontvangen, ze is echt een schat. Het huis is heel erg ruim en mooi ingericht, met een prachtige keuken die compleet is uitgerust. Naast diverse mooie zitgedeelten in het huis, heb je de beschikking over drie grote slaapkamers en 2 nette badkamers. De tuin is hartstikke mooi en goed onderhouden door haar vader. Ook in de tuin heb je verschillende zithoeken waar je heerlijk kunt relaxen. Het zwembad is heerlijk, alles is erg schoon. Je komt hier goed tot rust in de prachtige omgeving. Very responsive to the few minor issues we had - even went so far as to pay for our lunch via bank transfer at a local Fattoria (farm) that only took bank transfer which was incredibly kind! The house is really special and secluded, epic pool and a pizza oven that was pretty special. I would recommend getting a nice big car to get there/get around in Umbria - some of the roads/tracks are pretty interesting (for a city mouse like me) but it's the price you pay to really be in nature. The kids loved the hammocks and Luca made sure we had a great time.

Platsen magnifik, utsikten sagolik och boendet som sådant levde upp till alla våra förväntningar. En idyll på landsbygden. Fick snabbt svar när vi behövde hjälp och grannen Floriano var en ängel. Vi kände stor avskildhet och fick precis det lugn som vi behövde.

Fantastyczne miejsce w bardzo pięknie utrzymanym domu z pięknym basenem i cudownymi widokami. I do tego cisza i spokój - zdecydowanie polecam !!!

We had a family holiday and all of us had a really magical time. We were very lucky to have had wonderful weather, and the views on a sunny day were breathtaking. We have two young kids and they slept very well indeed in the comfy beds. There was plenty of space for all of us, and we really enjoyed having easy access to the wine from the vineyard as it was delicious. Finally, Livia was an amazing host. She did everything she could to meet our needs, including helping us with some shopping on our first day as our flight came in a bit late. Thanks you so much for being so flexible! We will definitely be coming again

We had an amazing time at this house! It’s super comfortable and in a really quiet and peaceful area – perfect for relaxing. The place had everything we needed, and the whole vibe was just great. Would definitely recommend it if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!

We absolutely loved staying at this villa, we had such amazing holidays with our family of 5. The surroundings are beautiful, the house is great and so comfortable. Alcide who cleaned the pool for us every morning was so friendly and helpful, and Gio (the host) was always available for any questions or recommendations. We will be surely coming back every year! Dream place!

Fantastic stay at Todi by the Pool (actually the Sunflower Farmhouse). Beautiful place in a beautiful location. Location was up a dirt track with wicked deep drains either side (hidden in the overgrowth). Not as near Todi as advertised - about 10 minutes drive - so not reasonably walkable in the heat. Nearest restaurant was maybe 15 minutes walk, but up a steep hill and again not practical in hot weather. Everything else was as advertised - the pool was fantastic. We visited in 36deg heat, so the cold water was very refreshing. Air conditioning was fairly ineffective ceiling fans, so some hot nights. Lovely terrace for outdoor eating, and an option at the pool too. Kitchen well appointed and the owner Fabrizio was extremely accommodating and very helpful. Would definitely return.

This was an incredible house! Located in a beautiful area close to Todi, full of nature and close to easy hikes. The house is stunning and perfect for families who want an authentic Italian vacation!

I have stayed at numerous Airbnb locations in the US and Europe. This was, by far, my favorite. The location was perfect for exploring the medieval area of Umbria and all the little cities surrounding Amelia. In addition, it was a little over an hour car ride from the Rome airport and a little over 2 hours to Florence. We traveled to Orte to take the train to Roma and Florence. It was easy to acquire tickets with the app Trainline. I cannot say enough good things about the Villa. We learned much about it's history from the owners Daniela and Aldo. The villa was built around 1863 and was totally refurbished to it's current condition. Aldo gave us a tour of their private winery and loved to share it's history. He even offered wine samples. All I can say is that they are the cutest couple ever! The property was well manicured and decorated with blooming flowers. The pool was clean and we enjoyed time in the "recreation" building playing ping pong and foosball. I would go back again!!!

unser aufenthalt war einfach wunderschön! angefangen mit dem check-in, bei dem alles reibungslos geklappt hat, haben wir ursula und ihrem vater kennengelernt, die beiden sind wirklich super lieb. sie haben uns alles gut erklärt und wir haben uns direkt wohl und zuhause gefühlt. das haus liegt sehr versteckt, umgeben von einem riesigen haselnussfeld, feigen und andern bäumen. wir haben die ruhe sehr genossen, viel zeit am rießigem pool, oder auf der terrasse, mit grill und sogar pizzaofen verbracht. es ist einfach alles da, was man braucht. auch die ausstattung im haus war top gepflegt und blitzsauber. wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ❤️🇮🇹

We rented Eralda's property for a family reunion, traveling from both Australia and the UK. The property ticked all of our boxes, with great communal areas with lots of space for different age groups. Will rent again !!

The Villa is superb and is ideally located for visiting the numerous nearby attractions. it is also the perfect place if you want to bring your dog - Archie thoroughly enjoyed himself!! We spent 10 wonderful days at Luigi e Lucia's home. They were very warm hosts and I particularly appreciated their help when our car tyre needed to be repaired! The house is in a beautiful and quiet location. The pool is very well done and lovely to use on a hot day. We enjoyed meeting all the cats and three kittens. Thanks so much for a great stay.

We had a truly wonderful time during our stay. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Every morning felt like waking up in a postcard. The accommodation was not only comfortable but also perfectly suited for families, with plenty of space and thoughtful amenities that made everyone feel right at home. It was a peaceful and welcoming place that offered the ideal balance of relaxation and fun for both adults and children. We couldn’t have asked for a better setting for our family getaway.
