We really enjoyed visiting the villages of Tuscia. Tuscania is a real gem... Lucrezia's place is impeccable! Extremely cared for in every detail. Truly delicious, comfortable, and super clean. Lucrezia was very kind and very helpful. Top notch welcome. Ready to give us a lot of useful information, directions on places to visit and great restaurants. 5 stars in Lucrezia and the Romatica Suite!!! We'll be back!

apartment on a quiet street but very close to the main streets very convenient to visit the city on foot, everything is nice house as described, to access there are two nice flights of stairs that are a little steep, but beyond this nothing to say, the children really liked the mezzanine with the hammock. In fact, it is a very nice space. The only downside is that the adults x access it. You have to be careful not to bump your head at the beams a little low. Overall a good experience.

Loved staying here! A welcome quick stop on a bike trip. The place is very cute and Maria was very friendly and easy to communicate with. She also left some breakfast options which I appreciated.

Lovely little place, thank you Francesco and his dad who had loads of stories to tell about Guardea. Just a note, I understood that the garden was shared but thought that the two parts of the house had private terraces let's say. But no the whole garden is shared, by including table etc. which is nice, but also better to know, for who has a dog for example

Thank you Claudia and Carlo for the wonderful welcome. As soon as we entered the house, we found a donut made by the owner, which was really delicious. The house is equipped with everything and the reality is superior to the photos. The house is located in a beautiful countryside half an hour from Lake Bracciano. The places are enchanting and after a day spent outside, it was very relaxing to come back and find yourself in an environment in contact with nature and animals. They gave us valuable advice for visiting the surroundings, which we took on the fly. We will definitely come back to visit you because we still have a lot to see.

Although the apartment is quite old and you can see, the location is excellent, Pierpaolo is very kind and always super available for any need! We stayed in 4, with a toddler and 2 little dogs. But since there is a rather uncomfortable and a little ruined spiral staircase that leads to the second room, which is an attic, Pierpaolo offered to give us a second room totally free 20 meters from there, but we preferred to adapt to that one. But if you need only one double bed and the space for a child and pets, it's perfect and highly recommended! The garden is beautiful and with bunnies and geese roaming freely! Beautiful despite the fact that it's being accommodated! The area is in the historic center and close to everything! I'd love to go back!

If you have an idyllic vision of a beautiful Italian villa perched on a hilltop, with sweeping views of olive groves and ancient villages, then Casa del Picchio is the perfect choice. This place exceeded all our expectations, with its huge grounds, gazebo, barbecue, pizza oven, and stunning swimming pool — all completely private. The villa is surrounded by nature, and the only sounds we could hear were birdsong and the occasional chime of bells from a nearby hilltop village. At night, the garden filled with fireflies, giving the whole place a magical atmosphere. The town of Monte Castello di Vibio is just a 10-minute drive away. We dined at the restaurant Adagio, where we felt warmly welcomed and very well fed! We also visited the nearby olive oil mill, I Potti de Frati, and took a tour followed by a delicious picnic. Todi is also close by - perfect for an afternoon passeggiata and aperitivo. We had an unforgettable week that we’ll remember forever and I’m sure you will, too.

Fabio (the actual host) was great. We got delayed arriving due to flight and long queues at the airport. He was very accommodating. Explained everything. A few things didn’t quite work at the house or we didn’t have things we needed. He came back to get it resolved promptly Very help and responsive. Would highly recommend. The property itself if beautiful and exactly as in the pictures. The town is very friendly and we as a family had a great time.

Casale di Vulci is a Villa with all the comforts, well equipped and with an outdoor area wonderfully cared for in every detail. The two pools, one with thermal water, complete the exceptional amenities such as a gym and sauna. On top of that, the hosts are extremely professional and incredibly kind. One of the best villa experiences I've ever had. Highly recommended.

We stayed in this beautiful house with a group of friends and had a great time. The castle is very impressive and really such a special place !

With 5 people we had a wonderful stay. The house is located a little away from Montalto di Castro and is very well equipped. There are several beautiful areas in the garden where you can sit, lie down or eat. In the pool we were able to cool off wonderfully. Miranda is a very helpful and likeable host. She gave us very good recommendations for excursions and restaurants.

it's a amazing place a quiet a place and private so no nosy neighbours and we had a amazing swimming pool with alot of water and a diving board and deep water clean kitchens clean house basically so I rate this a ten out of 10
