The three of us (2 adults plus child) spent a very nice week there. Anna was very friendly and straightforward. The location of the apartment is great: there is a beautiful, large pool on the terrain and it is about 20-30 minutes by car to the sea. The sun terrace invites you to enjoy a glass of wine or sunbathing with a wonderful view of the sun and in the small garden you can also endure it during the midday sun. It was also very nice that two bottles of delicious wine as well as a basket of fruit were provided by Anna for us. In the same house is another apartment, with separate entrance and garden, but the walls are quite noisy. However, this did not bother us, as we were the only guests most of the time. All in all, a successful week. We would book it again.

Friendly place to stay with everything you need! If you are looking for tranquility, it is the right place to relax, silence and only country noises! The pool is the highlight that completes the work...although condominium is never crowded, large, clean and 10 steps from the private garden of the house, among other things very well cared for with short grass where our dog was able to have fun in peace as it is completely fenced! Very comfortable private gazebo with chairs and barbecue practically in the house you will only sleep there. You will find yourself surrounded by the Tuscan hills, but by car not even 15 minutes away you are in Rosignano, a beautiful city that has all the amenities and beautiful white beaches. The owners are very kind and very available for anything by also giving great tips on how to get around and where to eat well and have been flexible on check-in/check-out I recommend it and hope to be back soon

Great place to spend a weekend with three friends. House clean, well furnished and equipped with everything you need, a fifteen-minute walk from the beach. Good flexibility for check-in and checkout times. Also great for longer length of stay!

Clean, well-maintained and very functional apartment. Large patio where you can dine and beautiful terrace with breathtaking sunsets. Mrs. Anna is very kind and always available for anything.

Very clean place located in a quiet setting, real relaxation! No WiFi ! only flaw!!! but x disconnect a little bad doesn't make it!!!!x everything else is fine! Well organized,nothing is missing!

We spent 4 nights with family with two children aged 11 and 9. The house is spacious, nice and well equipped. The terrace is very nice at the end of the day (in the shade) and there is a swing right in front for children. The pool (shared with the other residents in the hamlet) is a big plus to cool off at the end of the day. Finally, Antonella is very responsive and constantly cares about the well-being of her guests.

Enrico is a precise and punctual host. Attentive to the requests made to him. Very quick in answering and available to give you directions to reach the accommodation, which is as shown in the photos, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. I want to give a note of merit to the availability of bicycle use. With which you can visit far beyond the Cecina seafront. But also the beautiful pine forest that connects Cecina to Bibbona A special place for the eyes and that allows you to access unique and uncrowded stretches of beach I recommend it to everyone

This was my first time as a solo female traveller sharing accommodation with the host and I felt very safe and relaxed. Roberto has a beautiful home which is well equipped and spotless. At the end of each day I loved to sit outside on my balcony. I thoroughly enjoyed my 6 night stay and if I return to Pisa I know where to stay. Thank you Roberto for being the perfect host.

Filippo has always been very helpful and the accommodation is very well kept. Very appreciated the refrigerator for guests, the only flaws are the very uncomfortable location if not by car (the means are few, no Sundays exist) and mosquitoes! Being practically in the countryside, I highly recommend bringing mosquito remedies.

Very impressed by Michela’s responsiveness and attention to detail in the apartment. It is well decorated, and had everything from ice cubes to mosquito repellant to a welcome package and coffee cups ready when you arrive She did everything in her power to make us have a great stay, even when unfortunate circumstances presented themselves. Nothing but a warm recommendation to stay with Michela.

Wow, a hidden gem! Such a beautiful home with all the Tuscan charm yet delightfully modern, fun in design & functionality. Kitchen was exquisite and fully equipped. Bed was super comfortable & the top floor was dedicated, open plan, super indulgent dressing/make-up room complete with a lovely walk in shower and toilet! And Really liked the fact you have your own off street parking, particularly nice for hire car piece of mind. Linda the host is wonderful, I cant say enough about her. Equally Linda can’t do enough for you, she is incredibly helpful and super responsive if you need anything. She was so flexible and accommodating with check-in as my travel arrival plans keep changing. In short, super beautiful pad, 15minutes from the airport, 25minutes to central Pisa, 30minutes from the beach….what more do you want?! I will definitely be returning very soon.

House as described, very clean ,immersed in the pine forest , a short walk from free and equipped beaches. Marina was very kind and available to answer our questions.

Ingrid is a great host, friendly and always available to give help and advice to those who stay. The location of the place is great for Lucca comics given its proximity to the station. Beautiful stay experience!
