Sandra was an excellent host. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and located perfect for where we wanted to go. The beach is just a short walk. A nice bar is right out front and Sandra has a beautiful dining area for local cuisine.

We WILL go back again! We were a group of friends with the goal of exploring the entire Tuscany. Daniela's place is a 1-hour distance from the airports of Florence and Piza by car. IF you have a car and you are a confident driver, you found your gem. Its strategic place will have you driving through wonderful nature to the most interesting villages of Tuscany nearby. When we arrived there delayed, we met Mr. Dino, a wonderful man, very helpful, kind, and cheerful. Our entire communication was perfect! The place itself corresponds to what you see in the pictures, it is super clean and well-maintained. What pictures miss is how beautiful is the property outside! We liked our place so much, that we spent more time than expected there. The only tiny negative thing was that it was the end of March and the two right rooms were a bit cold. Mr Dino allowed to increase the heating as pleased! I cannot stretch this enough: picturesque scenery, wonderful people, and great wines close, book it!

Thank you for everything Francesca, if I have to go back to Naples I will offer you a coffee and I will show you the secret gardens of the historic center! Greet us the lady peacock, my girls are wondering if the children will be male or female 😄

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The views and grounds are absolutely stunning! Gorgeous view of the Tuscan hills from your window and all around! The staff are super friendly and we’re so kind! There was a wedding on the property the first night we were there, and the staff notified us in advance and offered to upgrade us or comp our breakfast. We went with breakfast, and it was a delicious spread! Plenty of food and drink options. Dinner at their own restaurant was exceptional! And they had the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had! The location is so close to local towns, we visited 3 in a one day drive (Pisa, Volterra and San Gimignano). Pisa was the most far away but just 1 hour to get there. Overall, you can’t beat the incredible views and amazing service here! Do yourself a favor and book it and get ready for a relaxing and beautiful stay!

The location is unbeatable. Merely one street from the sea, and surrounded by excellent food and great sights, this is a wonderful place to stay during your time in Livorno. The room and bathroom were clean and the building felt very safe. Communication was excellent and Dalila was very helpful when I had unexpected changes in travel plans. I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location. Good and nice restaurants and bars in close proximity. Very nice terrace to have breakfast on and to have a glass of wine in the evening. Fast and good communication on the chat. Overall, a perfect accommodation if you want to vacation in Pisa and surroundings. I can only warmly recommend this accommodation.

We loved our stay , everything was beautiful and just as described, Christine and Monica we’re both great host and made us feel at home. The countryside is beautiful. The recommendation for restaurants were all great, I would definitely go back again !

Excellent accommodation only with 3 beautiful bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom. Very clear instructions and easy to get to and park. Clean with beautiful salt pool shared with the neighborhood. The bedding is perfect. We couldn't connect to the wifi but we didn't mind. There is a hot and cold water dispenser for very convenient drinks. A small coffee machine would be missing. It was not disturbing as there is a cafe next door but closed on Sundays. I would not hesitate to come back because it's really nice and original! Very friendly hosts

Simone is a very kind, precise and friendly host. Great suggestion for a great dinner nearby. The rooms are beautiful, cozy and tastefully furnished. The swimming pool is a small refreshing paradise and a good and delicious morning breakfast. Excellent location of the B&B for visiting the art cities but also for quick access to Livorno. We will keep this as a reference if we return to the area.

Nothing to say! Fantastic experience, very nice room, very clean, very friendly staff at the reception and in the breakfast department, they were very kind! Very varied and very good breakfast. I would have liked to stay more nights but unfortunately it was all full, if I come back to Livorno I will definitely stay here again!

We spent two days swimming, drinking the beautiful Dianella wine, eating food at the restaurant, exploring the area and fully relaxed. Absolutely recommend if you're looking for a tuscan escape only half an hour from Florence!

Place was amazing and match perfect the description. Francesca made us a fenomenal breakfast and delicious coffee, Fabio also was always there to check if we needed something and helped us made the check in. Definitely recommend the place.

Clean and good air conditioning. Not a lot to do in the town and the only way to get around is expensive taxis, but the stay at the hotel was wonderful.

The Dalia accommodation is very nice, it has a double bed, bathroom and emotional marble shower. It also has a small balcony that makes it very pleasant even on the hottest days. I would like to point out that there is, however, an air conditioner. Breakfast is excellent and very complete. I would just suggest simplifying the online check-in procedure a bit, although it was quite quick. Beyond that, the experience was perfect, the accommodation is in the central area and is as charming as the surroundings. Nearby, there is a village bar where I found friendliness and quality. The restaurants are excellent. We recommend

Great hospitality and great location. Everyone is extremely friendly and the room was a perfect size and clean!

We chose Antonio’s space because it is near Pisa and Florence. We were pleasantly surprised to find a wheelchair accessible room in such a historical building and neighborhood surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops. We parked free very close to our door. We felt very secure with a double-locked entry. The room was very peaceful, although when we exited our room, we felt like we had stepped into 18th century Europe! This was a good experience for two Texans who had a lot to learn about lots of traffic on small crowded streets. Another adventure was adapting to the hours of operation of the dining venues.

San Miniato is such a lovely village to visit, especially if you love good food and wine! Palazzo Essenza is the perfect place to stay, situated right in the square, close to everything, but also a peaceful place to spend a few days while you check out the local area. Antonio was super prompt with any queries and support, and the rooms are beautiful, well appointed and generously proportioned. I would highly recommend staying here.
