Apartment holiday rentals in Province of Pisa

We really enjoyed our stay here. We arrived on a late flight and the apartment is only a short walk from the airport (and the train station.) It has all the facilities you'll need for a stay in Pisa and is close enough to the city centre to walk in. It's in a quiet neighbourhood. Giulia was extremely helpful and responsive and we would recommend this apartment for your stay in Pisa.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. It is exactly like the photos and is in a perfect location. Ionut and his team were extremely helpful and responsive and provided a list of local recommendations. The only downside, the apartment can be a bit noisy at night from other neighbours but besides that it was perfect and we would highly recommend to anyone!

Beautifully modernised interior with some traditional features. Very quiet. The alleyway is rather scruffy but the apartment is perfect inside & felt very safe. Super comfy beds! The air conditioning was vital in a hot spell in June. Only a stone's throw from the main shopping street, & a short walk to the Cathdedral & Leaning Tower.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Pisa. Our host was truly exceptional – such a kind and interesting person, with a deep knowledge of the area and a real passion for sharing its stories and history. Talking with him was one of the highlights of our visit. The apartment itself was absolutely charming – spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and full of authentic Italian character. It felt like a little home away from home. The location was perfect: very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk from the train station, the historic center, and the airport. Despite being so central, it was completely silent at night. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

Luca did a great job in receiving us and was extremely helpful in providing suggestions on what to do. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for, with a clean and modern apartment very close walking to the main sights, while also easy to reach by car.

Amazing little apartment. In good proximity to the City Centre and all the main attractions. Very clean and well-kitted. Damiano and Helena were always at hand to support and advise when needed. For example, there was a power-cut in the neighbourhood and both of them were very quick in responding to our questions. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone thinking of visiting Pisa and the surrounding region.

A great location for the airport - we walked there late at night with two children after a delayed flight and it was a safe and quick walk. Luca was so responsive over message, replying quickly and politely to every message. Check in was fast and easy via the lock box. There’s lots of space in the apartment, with two separate sleeping spaces. It was spotlessly clean. I would absolutely recommend to stay and will hopefully stay here again myself!

Very satisfied with the accommodation, clean functional house, beautiful decoration and ideal location. Easy exchanges with Christiano, very responsive! We would definitely recommend it!

Francesco’s place lived up to the hype for sure! While there were some issues with the amenities it was fixed right away! We appreciated the central location to the main station as well as the walkable distance to Leaning tower of Pisa. Would definitely stay again :)

The flat was nicely furnished and comfortable. It is around a 20 minute walk to the centre of Pisa and 35 minute walk to the tower or you can take a 20 min bus. There isn’t much around but that wasn’t an issue for us as we spent our time in the centre. Something to note is that the flat is up 6 flights of stairs and the lift was broken which can be an issue for those with heavy luggage or accessibility requirements. Best to ask the host before booking if it has been fixed.

Very much enjoyed my stay at Alessandro’s. Really recommend this place because it’s located in the older part of Pisa, with lots of things to do in the surrounding area and with the tower 10 mins away, yet it’s disconnected from all the crowded streets of town so it’s very peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself, is very cozy too. Additionally, Alessandro is one of the most responsive hosts I’ve ever interacted with; every time my friends and I would need something, and messages him, he would reply on the spot. Alessandro was also very attentive and sent us a lot of recommendations for restaurants and things to do, which is always appreciated.

Franco was the best host we’ve ever had! He was very polite and helpful the whole stay. He organized a pasta cooking class and even dropped one of the guests to the airport. The house was amazing, especially the pool area. All in all we would absolutely recommend this place and host!

Cozy apartment with tons of character, and nice outdoor garden. Located 45 minutes from Florence and 40 minutes from Pisa. There are restaurants and stores all within a 5 minute drive. Be aware that most of the restaurants do not open until after 630. Super responsive and polite host, we lost the keys on our city tour and she brought us the spare set.

Our stay was fantastic! As a couple needing a break from a long start to the year, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax. Nestled in between fields and olive trees, we felt completely at home, the view from the deck was stunning and listening to the different sounds at night, from our private hot tub with a bottle of wine was perfect! We made several day trips to Volterra, Lucca and even Florence from the cabin, though definitely wake up early if you’re planning to venture further out! Would definitely recommend hiring a car if you’re going to stay here! 10 out of 10 stay! Thanks Pino!

We were delighted with the accommodation, the beautiful town of Peccioli (!!!) and the great Tuscan surroundings! The accommodation is great and nothing is missing... the beds are cozy, the decor is very nice and in the beautiful grotto we relaxed after eventful days. The location of the accommodation is great... Florence, Pisa, Livorno, Lucca... all easily accessible within an hour by car! ...and we only met Alessandra briefly on arrival, but that was very nice and everything uncomplicated! Definitely a full five stars and a clear recommendation!!! This is how Tuscany works 👍

It was an all-around great experience in a beautiful place surrounded by the nature of Tuscany. The contact in advance of the trip was straightforward and there was an accurate description of the arrival. Marcella welcomed us very well on site and told us a lot about the accommodation and possibilities of leisure activities in the area. Good restaurant tips were also included. The apartment is very nice and simply furnished and is complemented by its own small terrace where you can sit in the sun in the morning. We would love to come back anytime and highly recommend this Airbnb! :)

The location is great, the silence is wonderful. Federica and her family welcomed me in a warm and friendly way. Highly recommended experience for those looking for an immersion in nature and tranquility. I'll be back
