Giulia is a wonderful host, she made us feel right at home. The place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful, you will find a lot of different spots to relax and enjoy the sound of the birds.

Very large room with artistic taste and air conditioning, clean large towels, clean bathroom and plenty of toiletries, very satisfied with the accommodation

We stated here to celebrate my 30th birthday and to round off our road trip for our honeymoon. We wish we had booked longer here, it was my favourite place I've stayed. Luca, gave us a warm welcome and ensured we had everything we needed and even booked us a restaurant for the evening. He also helped us to naviagte up the narrow road to reach the parking (if hiring a car id reccomend no wider than a VW Golf which we drove up fine). The views were unreal, especially from the roof, and the pool was clean and chic, and set in the olive groves! To add to all this, the bed was so comfy and the breakfast was so yummy :) We will return here someday to stay longer and enjoy more :)

Ester is very welcoming and caring. She speaks very good French. We had a great time.

The best airbnb place I've visited so far! everything was in place, host was helpful and responded fast, place was clean and check in was without a problem. The apartment was stunning and we felt like home. I can't even describe how well we felt there^^ Great place no doubt. Highly recomended!

Everything is fine, exactly as described, pleasant stay, the room is large and with a nice private bathroom. Quiet area, easy to reach the most important cities by car. To find good restaurants you have to take the car, but never had parking problems.

Thank you for everything Francesca, if I have to go back to Naples I will offer you a coffee and I will show you the secret gardens of the historic center! Greet us the lady peacock, my girls are wondering if the children will be male or female 😄

Simone is a very kind, precise and friendly host. Great suggestion for a great dinner nearby. The rooms are beautiful, cozy and tastefully furnished. The swimming pool is a small refreshing paradise and a good and delicious morning breakfast. Excellent location of the B&B for visiting the art cities but also for quick access to Livorno. We will keep this as a reference if we return to the area.

WONDERFUL!!!!! My husband and I stayed for 1 week, and it was super relaxing and fantastic!!! If you are looking for relaxation and tranquility, it is definitely the right place!!! The pool immersed in a huge lawn shaded in part with beautiful trees has made our stay with our dog something we will remember over time! Breakfast with a wide choice is served under the trees and is definitely a great start to the day! The rooms are cozy and very clean!! Highly recommended!!!

Benedetta was an extremely attentive, helpful and polite hostess!!! She was available around the clock and always had a smile on her face!! She was more than friendly and the breakfast was also fresh and well prepared!! We were totally surprised that Benedetta even made our rooms during our stay!!! What a great service!! Selma and Marco really made our stay the most enjoyable and worth while. They made us feel very welcome in their home, introduced us to their friends and their life in the countryside. She made us a really nice organic breakfast, which was a big plus for us. She showed us which local spots she gets those biological products from and when we visited the makers they definitely gave us a special treatment since we came from Selma and Marco's airbnb ;) We definitely recommend Podere Orzale, and maybe when they finished the pool we will visit again in the future!

It's a gem 💎 and the Edouard's family are so friendly & kind. it's like grandmother house, but refreshing. Every detail is so thoughtful. Marie Cristina has done a fabulous job of creating an incredible Italian villa on top of a hill outside of Chainni. From the moment you enter the gorgeous gates, past the beautiful gardens you are welcomed with wonderful Italian hospitality! We had ridden bikes on the Tuscany Trail for 53 miles in both heat and rain and this home was a welcomed haven at the end of our journey. The home has recently been restored and they have missed no details in the furnishings, the monogrammed linens and towels, comfortable bed and the restored olive press on the ground floor. Maria Cristina will accommodate you if desired with breakfast and/or dinner or make arrangements for you to dine in town. She is a splendid cook. The home made yogurt was delicious along with the cappuccino and chocolate torta! I would highly recommend you include a stay here on your next visit to the Tuscany area. I would give it 10 stars if I could! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
