The location was at a 15-20 minute walk from the city center, where all the attractions were located. The apartment was clean, with all amenities included. Simone was always responsive and friendly.

We loved staying here! the views out of the terrace and even the bathroom window were something I’ve never seen before, right out of a movie. About a 15 minute drive to the closest city, San Miniato, which has great restaurants. This was such a charming & peaceful place to stay in Tuscany, and the visits from the neighborhood cats on the terrace was a bonus! :)

The location is fantastic, with an amazing view of Livorno and Pisa, at sunset it is practically a painting. The location is strategic since Pisa, Lucca, Siena , San Gimignano and Montepulciano are just a snap of fingers. The place, in a tower of an old medieval castle, is definitely out of the ordinary. The garden, spacious and clean, very enjoyable in summer, also set up for the BBQ. Highly recommended experience!

We found the house amazing. In the village there is a bar with terrace and a shop that opens a few hours a day. The people were really very friendly after introducing ourselves. The wifi in the house is limited, as mentioned in the description. We used a hotspot from our phone data to attend meetings.

We spent almost three weeks with our 10-month-old daughter in Franco and Gracia's apartment and had a great time there. The house is conveniently located for excursions in the north of Tuscany, but at the same time quiet and peaceful on a mountain in nature; you have a great view and a great garden! The apartment itself is exactly as described in the pictures; cozy, with plenty of space and a really well-equipped kitchen. With your own garden, you have a lot of private space. Franco and his wife were outstanding hosts. Very friendly, helpful and always available. The instructions to reach the apartment were also clear and understandable. The only small disadvantage of the great location on the mountain is that it is difficult to get away from there on foot (especially with a stroller), but you always have to drive by car. Overall, we are absolutely satisfied and can fully recommend this insider tip; we had a great vacation

Apartment was clean, comfortable, with a good location - 12 min to airport, 20 min to city’s centre. All required amenities for a comfortable stay were available. Hosts were very polite. Highly recommend!

The stay was wonderful! The villa was amazing, the views, the furniture, the rooms and the pool. We were so happy to be there. The rooms were new and clean. Every detail was taken care of. Christina was incredibly helpful and always available. Without her, we'd be lost. Unfortunately, we often had private problems and every time she helped us and brought us solutions. For me and my friends, this stay was unforgettable!

Peaceful quiet beautiful scenic views… right out of a movie. We had a great time and explored relatively close tuscan towns. You have a supermarket 15 min away which was very convenient. The villa was VERY clean and the bed/sheets where very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Lucca! The property is stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside that made every morning feel like a dream. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive—they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great tips for local spots to explore. It was clear they truly cared about creating a memorable experience for their guests. Most of all, the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace or simply soaking in the scenery, it was exactly the getaway we were hoping for. We can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. One of the most beautiful accommodations I have booked on AirBnB so far. We felt at home from the beginning - it is a great balance between privacy and interaction. The pool and the quiet location were a dream. And a special highlight was the organized pizza event. We will definitely come back and recommend the accommodation at any time 🩷

Beautiful apartment with mezzanine bedroom. Large terrace with a magnificent view of the vineyards. Ideally located for visiting Florence, Pisa whether by car or train from Empoli. The pluses, the very pleasant pool after a day of sightseeing and the dinner organized to taste the local dishes 😋 In short, a great stay at Sandra's!

Very nice Italian traditional building with a great view from the balcony. Easy to find and convenient parking space just in front of the apartment. Apartment was very clean and well prepared. Would recommand to any other travellers!

Our stay in Pisa was great! Parking was super convenient—you could pull right in, which made things easy. The host was there to greet us and communication was clear from the start. The location is unbeatable—just a two-minute walk from the Leaning Tower, and you can even see it from the balcony. The place had a charming rustic vibe, which is exactly what we were looking for, and to our surprise, it was spread over two floors. It’s actually bigger than it looks in the photos! Everything went smoothly, check-in was great, and we had no complaints at all. If you’re into that rustic feel, I’d definitely recommend it.

Great location. It's close to Department of Informatics, University of Pisa, where we attended a conference and most importantly the leaning tower of Pisa. The host was also responsive and helpful. Everything was self check in and out.

Francesco immediately showed himself to be a kind and helpful host to us, as having a 20-month-old daughter we needed to be able to make her sleep and immediately tried to do everything to meet our needs! She showed kindness in offering directions on where to go and useful directions to places where to have breakfast! A host I would hope to meet on the path of “travelers”. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay in Marina de Pisa at Alessio’s flat. Great space for a family of four with the bonus of a balcony garden. All of the amenities needed for us. Great location for walks along the promenade and a great selection of restaurants. Local bakeries for breakfast and a supermarket up the road for supplies. We had a great time. Alessio was brilliant. Helped us with local transport.

Firstly what a wonderful person Moira is and an absolute pleasure to meet. We were contacted by Moira who advised that she had a meeting later in the day and asked if we could meet early to check-in; excellent. Moira was really friendly and greeted us warmly. She showed us around the apartment and explained where everything was. We paid our occupancy taxes and she went to her meeting. Our initial look around demonstrated that the furnishing and presentation of the apartment was exactly as described in the wording on the site and the photos illustrated. The bed and sofa were both firm but comfortable and the kitchen had all the pots, pans, plates, cups and glasses etc that you would ever need. The shower was nice and hot and well ventilated. The addition of an outdoor space is a real plus as an additional somewhere to sit and leave clothing to dry. The location of the apartment is excellent; within easy walking distance to bars, shops and restaurants - we will certainly plan to return.

Very friendly host! We arrived earlier than checkin time and kindly kept our luggage secure while the place was ready and we roamed around! Place is pretty nice too! Retro style decor/feel. Comfy bed and situated infront of a nice green plaza to chill and relax.😌

I recommend! Very clear and well-equipped apartment. Walk 10 minutes to the train station, 20 to the airport, and 10 minutes to downtown. Super host!
