Waterfront holiday rentals in Province of Pisa

We had a very nice stay in Livorno. The apartment is clean, centrally located and has all the things you need for a pleasant stay. We were also particularly pleased with the welcome basket with many snacks and drinks. Highly recommended!

We were here for a couple of days Italy Summer. We chose this apartment because we did not want to go to Livorno main city. We got what we went for - air conditioned nicely made place. Beside not having brand new furniture etc. we really enjoyed being there. Very friendly and fast responding host. I recomment this for people who look for: Having your own place with two bedrooms, equipped kitchen and also terrasse plus garden for yourself - this is really a complete accomondation to use. Cat and turtle included (outside) ;) Thanks for having us!

We are back at Guido's house again and we will definitely be back again! Super recommended!

The check-in was very straightforward. Arriving in the apartment, we immediately felt comfortable. Beautifully bright, spacious, with a nice balcony with awning and only a few steps from the sea. Each room has air conditioning. We were also able to park just around the corner. There are some great restaurants nearby, a Neapolitan snack bar opposite, an ice cream parlor right next door and small shops where you can buy delicious things. You can take a very nice walk along the waterfront and there are plenty of opportunities for swimming. Laura was also very likeable and helpful. If we had any questions, she took care of them immediately.

Absolutely stunning place. We fell in love with the apartment, the house, the whole condominium and the surroundings. Matteo is a very nice person, he was always helpful. The apartment is very comfortable, large, very well equipped, quiet and safe. Trouble-free parking in front of the house, everything inside the fenced area, so absolutely safe. The surroundings are amazing...a short walk to a large and long beach, a short walk to a wonderful large forest, which is great for walks. A restaurants and a supermarkets are also very close. We really liked it here and are already thinking about when we will return there. Thank You.

We enjoyed the week in the apartment. Since there was not such nice weather yet, we were able to heat with the air conditioning. It was nice to have breakfast on the balcony and the beach (which is not so crowded and was a natural beach which we greatly appreciated) was within walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed. We will be happy to come back. You have nature right in front of you and can wake up with the birds chirping in the morning.

Lovely apartment. The lounge /dining area was much bigger than it looked in the photos. Kitchen was very well stocked and the whole place had a nice homely feel. The area was very quiet and residential. It was early in the season so some restaurants not open. Bagno Mary was lovely and we had a relaxing afternoon there. Good location for trips to Lucca, Pisa and countryside and seaside around.

We had a great stay at Villa Palmira! The apartment was very well equipped and is just a few steps from the beach – ideal for relaxing. The hostess was super friendly, always available and provided us with helpful tips. Their family on site was also warm. Everything was clean and cozy – we would come back anytime!

Lamberto and Enrica were very kind hosts and the place was exactly as described. Unfortunately, due to unplanned circumstances, we had to cut the trip short, but they were responsive and understanding

The apartment was super clean and can all the comforts! The host is very friendly and helpful. Top location. Bus stop right at the door where you can easily get everywhere. Meeting the owner's mother. A fantastic lovely woman!

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. Upon arrival we found water, beer and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked croissants. Rachele was very helpful and kind at check-in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there is a supermarket, ice cream shop, housewares shop, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti shop. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and only take it back to leave! We had a good time with our baby and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Only a small flaw is the price, rather high although it was the week of August 15

Great place to stay right on the beach. Just a few meters over the dune and you'll find a wonderful beach. There are beautiful stand bars right next door where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino. The apartment was lovingly furnished with many details. Somehow everything was there, whether for cooking or utensils for the beach. We had 4h traffic jam on arrival and could not reach the check-in in time. Nevertheless, Sharon was there for us at 11 pm. That was great.

We loved our stay at Leonardo and Vanessa's apartment! The apartment is cozy, super clean and quiet, overlooking the sea 😍 There is a super equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes walk and you can climb into the water from a small dock and go swimming. The location is really wonderful, not far from the train station to explore the surrounding cities but also directly at a bus station from where you can go to the beautiful coast in the south. The washing machine was a great plus too! The two hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful, overall our stay was a 10/10!

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment very much. Very nicely furnished, clean and everything we needed was available (detergent, enough blankets, well-equipped kitchen). The AC worked great. Amazing location, right on the beach. Many beautiful beaches are within walking distance, as well as a large grocery store and many restaurants. We will gladly come back. 😃

We had a great stay at this apartement. There were some good restaurant recommendations by the host. The host was thoughtful about our stay. It was just cleaned when we arrived, because it smelled amazing inside. The location was awesome. And we also got a tip about the ongoing festival in the city, which was also great. We loved the apartment and the city, I would definitely recommend.
