The apartment is amazing! Very well maintained, nicely furnished and clean. A quiet and ideal location within walking distance to the sea, plentiful street parking including their private parking which was made available to us. A lovely nearby store for the morning cappuccino and pastry, a close by supermarket and don’t forget to try the Stuzzicheria di Mare ristorante in town! Lorenzo was friendly, gracious, an excellent communicator and very helpful to accommodate our requests. We highly recommend! 5 Stars!

The apartment is perfect! Alejandro was super communicative and the arrival at the apartment was very simple and fast. The beds were comfortable, large and there were towels for all guests. Everything was perfect!

I was lucky enough to use Silvia's place for a month. Except for not having laundry in the building, everything that I ever needed was there. Her kitchen is much better equipped than any other Airbnb that I've stayed. This place very much felt like home.

The apartment is in a top location, everything is within walking distance, very well-maintained house, apartment sparkling clean and very modern and funny furnishings!!! We felt very comfortable and would book exactly there again at any time!!! Great!!!

My husband and I had the great pleasure of spending 8 days at this beautiful Airbnb. Truly, this is the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in, and we travel a lot! With big intentions to explore the Tuscan area we essentially did nothing and stayed put. Why? It's just that beautiful. The view is spectacular, and the accommodations are very comfortable. The hosts have provided everything you need for a deep relaxing holiday. Of course if you choose to explore, there is much to see and do in the local area. We'll save all of our exploring for next time! Thank you Sylvia and Julio for a magic vacation.

We had a wonderful vacation time in this very nice apartment. The location in the small village up in the hills of Tuscany is so authentic and typically Italian. The pool and the view are a dream. The rooms are very clean, large and nicely furnished. The bed was amazing. I haven't slept this well in a long time. The kitchen is well equipped. The only thing missing was a nice salad bowl and a toaster. The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring Tuscany. The well-known white beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Parking is available everywhere. Shopping is possible in the small village at the bakery and in the corner shop or down in the city at Lidl and Coop, etc. Restaurants are within walking distance. We loved the snack bar opposite the butcher's shop in the village. You sit idyllically in the square in the middle of the village. Thank you for the nice time.

Starting with a warm welcome to the unfortunately much too quick warm farewell (we were there 10 days) we felt more than comfortable in Nicoletta's wonderful property. This wonderful, stately house from the 14th century is a gem, located high on a ridge with magnificent views, which is designed with great taste by Nicoletta's artistic style from a gem of the historical to the modern to the artistic. If you want to live in such a mansion, the two high floors should not be a problem. But over time, a certain training factor sets in here. Upon entering the park-like property, a beautiful iron gate opens, and you are greeted by a square surrounded by oleanders, palm trees, and flower beds. We had a great stay at Lorenzo and Francesca's, in a small peaceful village where the locals are friendly. The accommodation is atypical with all the appropriate comforts. A change of scenery is guaranteed, with a magnificent sunset and a region with sublime landscapes... Thanks to Francesca and Lorenzo for their good advice. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Sandro and his lovely wife once again for the warm welcome! We had a wonderful time in her house! The owners are very, very friendly and were flexible, despite our last-minute booking. We were greeted and bid farewell in person. The two are great landlords! I have 3 large dogs (2 Weimaraners, 1 livestock guardian dog) and it was absolutely no problem to bring them. Of course, my dogs are also well-behaved :) but in the past I often had to experience that other landlords only accept 1 dog or small dogs - here it was absolutely no problem and no prejudice, as often happens to me! I can absolutely recommend this accommodation!!!! The house is very clean & beautifully furnished. Thank you very much :) we will come back!

Daniel's accommodation is as described in the pictures and in the listing and completely sufficient for two people! Everything was very, very clean and well maintained. Daniela was also always personally available to us and very flexible when it came to check-in - thank you very much for that! We had a great time and can recommend the accommodation 100% 🙂

Excellent welcome, the host made herself available to all our expectations by messages. Impeccable, functional (there is Netflix), spacious accommodation. I 1000% recommend this accommodation ☺️

Babette and her husband are very nice and friendly. The apartment is very suitable for 2 people, the kitchen is superbly equipped with dishwasher and large fridge. Warm duvets are available for the cooler autumn season! Very nice terrace overgrown with vines. In addition, a small additional terrace at the back with morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The apartment is quietly located, a little off the beaten track, surrounded by vines and olive trees. Therefore, not easy to find. The last stretch of road leads partly through a forest on an unpaved road.

A lovely cosy apartment. We loved it. Patrizia was so helpful. Great location and 15 minute walk to tower. Shops and cafe around and only 5 minutes from station.

We had a fantastic stay at Martina & Paolo’s lovely home! The house is beautiful and was perfect for a peaceful break after a few days in Florence. The area is stunning and all amenities are as described, but the real highlight was Martina & Paolo’s kindness and hospitality! Martina was responsive and flexible during check-in and throughout the stay, and gave us a very informative tour of the house on arrival, along with some cake and a bottle of wine! They gave us recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and were more than happy to help with any questions we had about the house or the area. They clearly cared a lot about making our stay comfortable and enjoyable, and even offered us snacks and drinks after a long walk! They did a great job of making us feel welcome, and it was lovely to chat to them and get to know them a bit while we were there! Overall, we highly recommend this place and would suggest saying hello to Martina & Paolo if you do stop by!

We had a wonderful time staying at Claudio’s accommodation! The house itself is very nice, well-equipped with everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. The large garden is a real highlight, with a lovely outdoor dining area, plenty of space to relax, and a barbecue. The pool is fantastic and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape—perfect for a peaceful afternoon. The location is also ideal. It’s just a 20-30 minute drive to the sea and beautiful beaches, and many of Tuscany’s top cities like Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, and Volterra are only 1-2 hours away by car. It made for great day trips to explore the region. We really enjoyed our time. Grazie Mille, Claudio!
