Perfect stay! The owner was extremely kind, helpful and precise in every detail. The apartment is in excellent condition: clean, tidy and equipped with all the necessary comforts. A very positive experience that I would recommend without hesitation!

The house was comfortable, spacious, well equipped. It was very peaceful to relax, wine and dine outside the house overlooking the beautiful sunset view of Tuscany vineyards. Veronica was friendly, responsive and gave us lots of recommendation to go around. Her mom welcomed us when we arrived, walk us through the whole place. She even gave us a bottle of wine! Veronica's parents live next door to the property which was very helpful when we have some questions. Her dad helped us hose down the dirt on our car wheels.

It would be simply impossible to overstate how fantastic our stay here was. We're a well travelled family worldwide, and can honestly say we've never experienced anything quite like this week. The property is a hidden gem nestled in the side of the beautiful ancient village of Peccioli, surrounded by rolling hills of olive groves and vineyards as far as the eye can see. Enjoy breakfast/coffee in the private courtyard & gardens with morning sun pouring over you, or settle in for an evening listening to wildlife with a glass of Tuscan wine. The property is well equipped and boasts clean, tasteful sleeping area which my girls greatly enjoyed sleeping in the ceiling/mezzanine space! However, the big differentiator is Elena herself. You would be lucky to meet such a beautiful, warm, kind and sincere lady. She helped us enormously with local knowledge & advice about places we'd never have found, and can now say we'll never forget. Elena made this stay amazing, and we'll be coming back!!

Everything was absolutely perfect! ⭐️ Location: Ideal base for exploring Tuscany — you’re right in the heart of it all. Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

We stayed at Giovanna's house for the 1st time. We immediately felt comfortable. You can tell that a lot of love was put into the house. We will be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay recently…. It’s in a great location not far from the station and close to many bars and restaurants and a lovely cafe with superb coffee and brioche just around the corner..as Pisa is such an easy place to walk about it’s also very convenient for visiting all the sights of this charming city..the apartment itself was clean tidy and had everything we needed and also very private.. thanks again Richard and Vanessa

Our stay at Andrea & Stefano’s place was lovely. The apartment is very spacious, beautifully decorated with perfect outdoor space as well. Andrea was very friendly and responsive, sending a great list of recommendations for our stay. Would highly recommend.

It is so nice for Joan to find his neighbour to help us for our check-in. His recommendation of restaurants is excellent and my family enjoys a lot. With this proactive and engaging owner, I would love to visit Pisa and stay in its accommodation again

We arrived in Pisa late in the evening and Ida responded immediately, for which we are super grateful. The apartment was excellent and sparkling clean ✨️ We felt right at home and the self check in went super smoothly. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend this place highly enough! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. The location was perfect just a short walk from Pisa train station, which made getting around super easy.

Beautiful place close to everything, only a short walk to the main attractions, great area. The apartment itself has everything you need for a stay in Pisa. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. We had a slight issue out with the hosts control and it was rectified immediately. Quiet apartment in the middle of a lively area. Many options for food and easy access to Livorno's attractions. Good value for money.

Ideal location- sightseeing, restaurants, train station etc. Francesca there to check us in even though flight was delayed. Always available to contact.

We had a pleasant stay in Ilaria's apartment. It is conveniently placed. Next to the train station for trips outside the city and, above all, next to the Tower of Pisa. The apartment is clean, matches the photos perfectly. Very charming and peaceful. Ilaria is responsive, welcoming and warm. I highly recommend this charming apartment.

The apartment corresponded to the photos and description, the equipment met our needs for a shorter stay. The location was excellent, about 10 minutes walk from the train station, 25 minutes from the leaning tower, 25 minutes from the airport. It was quiet and peaceful, we slept well. There are cafes, restaurants, and a small supermarket in the vicinity. Good value for money.

Michele’s place is everything you need for a pleasant stay, close enough to the center of the city, the train station and the airport! Would recommend 👍
