Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Pisa

I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

Giovanna is really trying to offer her guests the best possible! His travel guide for the area is great and we regularly received tips for activities from him. The accommodation definitely matches the description, is clean, spacious and you have a private parking space! The beds are comfortable and you can find everything you need, even toys for children! The kitchen is also well equipped, with everything you need! We liked that the accommodation is a bit away from the noisy city, so you can completely relax after a busy day! Nevertheless, you can be in the middle of the city in about 15 minutes by car! We loved the location! We can fully recommend this property!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

We had a great stay at this house in Pisa! The location made commuting around the city really easy, and the host was very flexible and accommodating. Perfect spot for a family trip—comfortable, clean, and convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Guido's house was absolutely spotless. Clean, cosy, lovely garden, great jacuzzi. The view from to bedroom was fantastic. We loved the company of cat Gianluigi. The house offers everything one needs when on vacation, even more. I absolutely recommend Guido and Francesca's lovely casa. Well done.

We spent almost three weeks with our 10-month-old daughter in Franco and Gracia's apartment and had a great time there. The house is conveniently located for excursions in the north of Tuscany, but at the same time quiet and peaceful on a mountain in nature; you have a great view and a great garden! The apartment itself is exactly as described in the pictures; cozy, with plenty of space and a really well-equipped kitchen. With your own garden, you have a lot of private space. Franco and his wife were outstanding hosts. Very friendly, helpful and always available. The instructions to reach the apartment were also clear and understandable. The only small disadvantage of the great location on the mountain is that it is difficult to get away from there on foot (especially with a stroller), but you always have to drive by car. Overall, we are absolutely satisfied and can fully recommend this insider tip; we had a great vacation

We enjoyed this appartment for 4 nights and 5 days and it was the perfect place for us. We travelled with a 1 yo child and this was suitable for us as Marco helped providing all the nedeed for the baby: baby crib, baby chair, toys for her, even a baby potty :D. The place was clean, had everything you have at home, it was very quiet and so close to the train station (5 mins) which was very helpful for us as we travelled to other cities by train. It is also located 20 mins away from the Pisa Tower. It's a nice walk that I recommend doing. Finally, Marco is very helpul in providing all the necessary info that you need and are always there for you. I strongly recomment their home!

Christine really made sure we felt at home, knew where everything was, how to catch the right buses, knew the local best places to visit, gave us ideas of what to do. She was amazing and her place is safe for my wife and two younger daughters. We loved every minute of our stay at Christine’s place. I’m sure you will too if you decide to visit it too.

Charming apartment in a villa, with an independent entrance and garden, guaranteeing maximum privacy in a very quiet setting. Excellent starting point for visiting the cities of cultural interest on the Tuscan hills and those by the sea. The supplies of dishes, towels, sheets, etc. are impeccable, the description on the listing corresponds to what you will find. Marco and his parents are loving, a welcome pleasure to have met them. Everything is perfect, highly recommended.

Clear and understandable instructions from Matteo. For 4 people it was the perfect apartment in the centre of Pisa, 10-15 minutes from the main sights. The accommodation was clean and tidy, highly recommended.

The apartment is a gem: impeccably furnished, bright, welcoming, comfortable and equipped with every comfort. The location is excellent with restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, a souvenir shop, a pharmacy, a park and the sea 2 minutes away on foot. We stayed with our dog and there is a perfect beach to take her swimming without disturbing the bathers. I hope to return to Alessio soon.

Stunning location, local shop for great quality fresh food. Only a short walk into the old town and the train station for excursions further out.

Wonderful accommodation in a great location! Ideal for people with dogs, you can see the dogs from the sea on the terrace, very cozy and private. Great beach, nice atmosphere. Marina is very warm and has given everything so that we have a great stay. Wau Beach especially for nearby dogs.

Lorenzo's apartment was great. Since there is a baby cot and high chair for babies, staying with our 10 month old son was very pleasant. The apartment is very modernly furnished and clean. Lorenzo was a courteous and friendly host. It is about 20-25 minutes on foot to downtown Pisa. Thanks a bunch

Absolutely loved stopping in Paolo's place. Perfect location for a visit to Pisa, Florence and Lucca, and immaculate apartment. Roof terrace was a real bonus, and Paolo was really helpful and friendly. First class.

Great location and patio.

We (4 adults, one baby) had a great stay. We walked from the station approx 20 mins. Apartment was easy to find and Besi had given clear instructions. The apartment had all we needed. We walked to the leaning tower and went for food near there.

We stayed two nights in this fantastic cottage. It perfectly matches the description, the garden is a peaceful place. In a few minutes on foot you can reach the center of Volterra. Francesca was a super host, providing us with all the information for check-in in a very clear way. In the accommodation we found everything we needed and also some sweets for breakfast. Absolutely recommended

This is a fantastic Airbnb, it is clean and tidy, comfortable bed, and super close to the train station and airport. It is about 20 minutes walk to the leaning tower. Alina was a great host, she gave detailed instructions with photos for checking in, and even messaged to check that I had arrived safely as I was arriving on a late flight. I couldn’t have asked for a better booking!

Great place to stay right on the beach. Just a few meters over the dune and you'll find a wonderful beach. There are beautiful stand bars right next door where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino. The apartment was lovingly furnished with many details. Somehow everything was there, whether for cooking or utensils for the beach. We had 4h traffic jam on arrival and could not reach the check-in in time. Nevertheless, Sharon was there for us at 11 pm. That was great.

We had an great stay at this apartment. The location was fantastic, making it easy to get around. We especially appreciated the very clear instructions provided, and the apartment itself was surprisingly spacious. A truly comfortable experience!
