A place for people who want to get away from the city noise to a quiet place. There is no internet or TV here, but the sea is quite close with plenty of parking spaces that can actually get busy on prime time weekends. The first and second pizzas at easypizza were simply the best pizzas I've ever had, but the next two weren't as good for some reason. So, try their special pizza. Barbecue is available here. The parking place is quite convenient. the house is very spacious. weak pressure of hot water. All linen was very clean and starched. You will have to pay tax, so bring cash with you. U. Simona has many agreements with local entrepreneurs and you will have discounts with them. We didn't use it, but it's still there.

Magnificent experience, I thank Ringo and his family, apartment as from the description, in addition to the front part with garden, the opposite part has a balcony with a sink, awnings, everything you need in the house, a little outside the center but it was great, you can get there on foot in 5 min. the whole neighborhood is friendly, what can I say, if I have the chance I will gladly return. Lovely authentic and traditional villa spanning four floors equipped with nice air conditioning to keep you cool under the beautiful san Vincenzo sun. The villa is located on a quiet street. Ample parking at either end of the street. The national park beach is a short 10-min drive away with easy parking and really stunning. Finally, Gian Paolo is a hero host. He helped me contact my car hire agency and translated for me when I couldn’t get through to them for a punctured tyre on the road. He even arranged a mechanic to come to me and fit a spare tyre. Thanks so much Gian Paolo! This host goes above and beyond! Highly recommended.

We were Paolo's guests for a week in September, cozy home and close to the Reale beach, beautiful sea. Roberta, who welcomed us with her husband, was always available and attentive to every need, and we found ourselves conversing pleasantly with her and her husband and their little Zeno, a special life companion, ready to welcome every cuddle. The location of the house is very good. We and our small dog enjoyed the yard and garden very much. Alessandro and Cecilia are always reachable and always had good tips for us. The communication was very friendly, courteous and helpful. During the bathing season, the location is probably even more valuable. We will be happy to return.

Very comfortable accommodation with a beautiful view of the sea (from above) in a very quiet area. The interior of the structure is impeccable; the well-equipped outdoor space with table, chairs, sun loungers and umbrella is also very much appreciated. Plus? Washing machine (in common area). The host is also available to give us suggestions (about beaches/walks/typical restaurants...). A 6-night stay on a fantastic island: the favorable weather, the few people, and the spring blooms certainly played their part. Already advertised the structure (and area) to friends!

Roberto's house and its garden is in the middle of olive trees and nature and even cows come to say hello close by every day :-) It is really peacefull and calm place but at the same time only few minutes drive from Suvereto that is a lovely village with a very nice atmosphere and historical charm. We recommend the winery opposite to the church where you can taste wine and get some snacks and sit on the staircase under the church and listen to music, the ice cream nearby is also delicious :-) The house was really beautiful, spacious and clean and very well equipped, we had everything we needed. Roberto and his wife were so friendly and their hospitality and helpfulness was very kind. Kids loved the garden and the 3 cats that came to cuddle from time to time :-) Great spot to visit the beaches in Barratti, San Vincenzo or Marina di Alberese that is by the Maremma National Park and is the top beach destination with only few people, keeps its wild character and we really recommend to come and enjoy. We did also visit beaches in Follonica and its aqua village as we travelled with 2 kids (5 and 8 y.). I can only recommend, we really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely place, the house has everything you need is cozy and especially out of the chaos but at the same time you can easily reach all the villages and beaches of the island by car. Ilaria is an excellent Host. I am sure that if I still return to this beautiful island, Ilaria's house is definitely my first choice.

We had a great stay in the apartment. It was very clean and the furniture was up to date. Also well located and the private parking was great! Communication with Francesca's husband was always quick and uncomplicated! Thanks for the great vacation - we will be happy to come back!

Enrico is a precise and punctual host. Attentive to the requests made to him. Very quick in answering and available to give you directions to reach the accommodation, which is as shown in the photos, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. I want to give a note of merit to the availability of bicycle use. With which you can visit far beyond the Cecina seafront. But also the beautiful pine forest that connects Cecina to Bibbona A special place for the eyes and that allows you to access unique and uncrowded stretches of beach I recommend it to everyone

Proactively responded to any type of request Home: Same as described in a true way What I loved: 1) terrace in the kitchen, very spacious for dinner, breakfast 2) parking very close to the house 3) very quiet and quiet area, but only 10 minutes by car from the beach (in Punta Ala there is never traffic...) 4) the beach club is among the most renowned in the area, so it is a gift that has its own value

Very impressed by Michela’s responsiveness and attention to detail in the apartment. It is well decorated, and had everything from ice cubes to mosquito repellant to a welcome package and coffee cups ready when you arrive She did everything in her power to make us have a great stay, even when unfortunate circumstances presented themselves. Nothing but a warm recommendation to stay with Michela.

House as described, very clean ,immersed in the pine forest , a short walk from free and equipped beaches. Marina was very kind and available to answer our questions.

Sandra is very responsive and her apartment is pleasant to live in. Everything is easy and the kitchen is big with the comfort we need to cook easily. the location of the premises is accessible on foot or by car . The medieval region is very beautiful and quiet and peaceful... all shops are near the dwelling . Good access to all the regions of Tuscany.
