Holiday rentals with lake access in Province of Livorno

We enjoyed Franco's house, everything was there to have a wonderful holiday. I would definitely recommend it to others.

A really nice accommodation in a great landscape, right on a lake. The communication with the landlord was very good, he was always available and could give us valuable tips. The house is nicely furnished and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. We will be happy to come back.

The Most Magical Girls Trip at This Dreamy Pink House in Tuscany 💕🍷 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Tuscany for a girls’ trip, this is it. This pink villa tucked away in the rolling Tuscan hills completely stole our hearts. Think sun soaked countryside, cypress lined views, and golden hour dinners under fairy lights. It was just perfect. Michela is so lovely and welcoming. We came here for a girls’ holiday and it honestly felt like something out of a movie. The house itself is full of charm with rustic wooden beams, climbing vines, and a big outdoor dining table where we spent every evening sipping wine, laughing, and soaking up the Tuscan air. The pergola lit up with twinkle lights at night. And you can watch sunset from the other side of the house and see deer and boar.

It was so beautiful! The house, the turtles in the pond, the restaurant in the village… everything was wonderful. Melissa was very friendly, always responded very quickly and described everything well. We hope we can come back sometime. Our children also had a great time, thank you

We found the place quickly and Nataliya was already waiting to greet us personally and kindly, as Nataliya had already asked our approximate arrival time before. Nataliya explained exactly the functioning and handling of this charming house. Nataliya gave us a variety of fragrant and soft towels and plenty of linens. The huge terrace is magnificent, plus there is a beautiful covered outdoor area. Many hikes and excursions are possible from this location. In addition, there is also a quiet and small beach below the house accessible by stairs. On the day of departure, Nataliya came by again to say goodbye in person. We are happy to recommend the place. Thank you to Nataliya, we will be happy to come back.

Hannelore is a super host, very friendly, always available and helpful! The place was clean and really quiet! On hot days the pool is really great for cooling off! The place is very secluded and is therefore really quiet and the scenery just beautiful! We had everything you need and even more :-) Hannelore takes great care of her guests! Thanks to the air conditioning, the nights were also pleasant and you could start the day well rested. We truly enjoyed a wonderful stay at this old villa built in 1897. Truly a gem due to its position: only 15 minutes walk to the sea but also the landscape and the whole area around the property was very nice. Very peaceful oasis where you can go for walks in the nature. Everything was as described. Our questions were always answered very quickly. The staff was extremely friendly. Orsola goes out of her way to make sure you enjoy your stay in Castiglioncello. Ask her for the best restaurants and beaches. We really enjoyed the wonderful place and the hospitality and we are looking forward to come back soon!

we just finished the two-week stay in Assunta's apartment. Like last year we had a great time. Maddalena welcomed us and immediately put us at ease, Assunta pampered us with delicious grapes and figs. The apartment is exactly as shown in the listing photos. Apart from the heat this year, the vacation was very pleasant, with festivals and villages that are always wonderful, even to revisit.

We stayed at the Moreto with a group of 14 friends. It was an extremely positive experience: the property is beautiful, well organized in the three apartments, clean and comfortable. Having booked the entire complex we were able to enjoy the garden and all the available spaces, including the barbecue for a great evening grill. Great location for both relaxing and celebrating together! The hosts were helpful and welcoming and provided us with the contact of a local chef who booked us a great Tuscan dinner on Saturday night. Everything was perfect!

A beautiful, quiet destination in a postcard-worthy Tuscan landscape (cypresses, olive trees and vines). The accommodation is the result of the restoration and division into two apartments of the ground floor of a large house. The owners who live upstairs are very welcoming and attentive. The apartment is well decorated and equipped. Clear instructions are left in a paper guide. You have a private terrace and several outdoor relaxation areas (canopy bench) on the property. The pool is superb, clean and well-equipped. It is to be shared with the tenants of the second apartment. The property hosts farm animals in an enclosure located at the bottom of the land to the delight of children. Our only regret? That we only stayed one night! Happy hosting!

Great place to stay right on the sea. We felt very comfortable!

It is a stone structure divided (from doors) in some apartments. The large garden and outdoor areas are for common use. Dogs can be free with other guests' permission. They've always said yes to us. Kind owners. We were on the ground floor, the apartment is cool too bad the exhaust didn't work very well and also because you can hear the noise of the apartment upstairs. The gate is always open, perhaps a problem for anyone who wants to leave a dog away.
