Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Province of Livorno

Hannelore is a super host, very friendly, always available and helpful! The place was clean and really quiet! On hot days the pool is really great for cooling off! The place is very secluded and is therefore really quiet and the scenery just beautiful! We had everything you need and even more :-) Hannelore takes great care of her guests! Thanks to the air conditioning, the nights were also pleasant and you could start the day well rested. We had a great time at Hannelore's place and can absolutely recommend it to anyone of peace and nature! Thank you so much for the great time Hannelore and all the best to you and your husband :-)

We truly enjoyed a wonderful stay at this old villa built in 1897. Truly a gem due to its position: only 15 minutes walk to the sea but also the landscape and the whole area around the property was very nice. Very peaceful oasis where you can go for walks in the nature. Everything was as described. Our questions were always answered very quickly. The staff was extremely friendly. Orsola goes out of her way to make sure you enjoy your stay in Castiglioncello. Ask her for the best restaurants and beaches. We really enjoyed the wonderful place and the hospitality and we are looking forward to come back soon!

Very quiet location near the beach that you can reach immediately. Beautiful and clean accommodation, with a beautiful garden in front. For us, it was a wonderful relaxing and peaceful stay. Gulf residences highly recommended!

Great! We really enjoyed the suite! Everything is provided: bathrobes, towels, kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, pans, utensils, dishwasher, wifi, parking space. The apartment was great, clean. Check in process was flexible and easy to follow. The location is quite good, everything is walkable, sea is 2 min walk. For the car parking there is public free parking within a km, nearby parkings were always full with machines. Micbela was great, she was very responsive and every ask was satisfied. Thank you, will stay here again in future

Ilaria's apartment is well organized and in a great location for driving both to reach the beaches and on foot to visit Porto Azzurro, whose center is 5 minutes away. Impeccable cleanliness and availability make the stay from Ilaria pleasant and advisable.

Very good stay. The house is very nice and the view is magnificent. From the house, we were able to visit Pisa, Siena and Volterra, three magical cities. We were amazed for a week.

Optimal location for walking to the beach. You have a view of the sea, a beautiful terrace with outdoor barbecue and much more. The beach is wonderful. We had an e-bike with what you need if you want to go uphill to the best baker. We highly recommend the place.

After being scammed by a con artist who advertised a villa that was derelict we found ourselves with nowhere to go to celebrate my mother in laws 60th birthday. We had a Grandmother over 80 and two children under 3, nine people in total and absolutely no idea where to stay. After a desperate search on air bnb, we found this beautiful villa. Having auto-booked it, we crossed our fingers and hoped we wouldn’t be disappointed when we arrived the next day. I can safely say, we were not. The house is absolutely phenomenal. Beautiful, spotlessly clean and so stylish. It manages to be spacious and airy while retaining a coziness and Tuscan charm that we were originally looking for. Our host, was charming and accommodating. He gave us the privacy to enjoy his home while still being on hand for anything we might need. The bedrooms are beautiful and the beds were very comfortable with crisp linens and fans in each for those hot Italian nights. The swimming pool is enormous, perfect temperature and CLEAN thanks to both the man who came to clean it for us and the little robot that chugs around the bottom when we weren’t using it. The kitchen facilities are top notch and our gorgeous host left us a basket with ingredients to make fresh Italian pasta with basil for our first day. He also popped down with a bottle of champagne for the birthday celebration. So kind and thoughtful. The house is in a wonderful village with an exquisite little restaurant nearby that serves some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. Situated under an hour from Pisa, Florence and Lucca it’s ideal for day trips. We had an absolutely unforgettable time and if you come to Tuscany I can not recommend this property enough. Great stay. Eva was very kind and very helpful. Air conditioning only in the living room and fans in the bedrooms. We had a good time in June. Very well-equipped accommodation. Very well-kept and pleasant garden/patio. The pool wasn't open yet. We really like this area because of its proximity to the sea, characteristic villages and excellent restaurants.
