Massimiliano's apartment is very comfortable and spacious, being an open space with a well-stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. Excellent quiet area, but very close to the center of Suvereto and about 20 minutes from the sea with an outdoor area that is always very useful. Very kind and precise host and very precise directions to the apartment. Overall, a very positive review and we hope to be able to return!

Our stay was perfect all around! We immediately felt at home. The accommodation is not only convincing because of the great location and surroundings, it was also wonderfully furnished and nothing was missing. We would like to especially highlight Ranieri's warm hospitality. He was always available and helpful. We would come back.

Wonderful place to either lay back and enjoy the picturesque-postcard view from the comfort of your front yard or the pool (which was refreshingly cool in June), or to go further explore Tuscany locations within reach. The house was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you could ask for, ie a quiet and air conditioned bedroom, kitchen with a gas stove, fridge and a wood fired bbq and a jacuzzi + comfy seating outside. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, max 10 minutes. Andrea is a fantastic host who clearly cares about providing the best possible stay for her guests, which she did. Whenever we return to Tuscany, we will definitely make sure to stay here at Palaia again.

What a fantastic place and location. Tranquil, stunning views, located perfectly to explore the local area. Lots of character; quaint and quirky. As hosts Isabella and Claudio were amazing. Always helpful, friendly and very responsive when we asked them about places to go to. Apartment was located at the very top of the village and provided us with stunning views whenever we ate outside. Fabulous BBQ area and a great choice of outdoor seating. Highly recommended.

The house appears as described in the listing, an excellent location for those who do not want to stress themselves with parking and traffic, just 10 minutes from the center of Livorno and two minutes from the shopping center, a strategic choice of want tranquility and comfort. Villino Isotta is a breathtaking accommodation, super in every aspect: location, cleanliness, all bedrooms are air-conditioned, kitchens and bathrooms are fully equipped, free parking is just a few steps away and a café is open until late in the evening. Outside, there is a patio overlooking the hills, a barbecue, and a swimming pool equipped with every comfort (hot shower, hot tub, sun loungers, wifi, etc.). Last but not least, the host Andrea, whom I thank for the incredible and constant attention to his guests from the first moment (welcoming us with a welcome aperitif) to the last. Always present but never intrusive, always available with advice to make your stay unforgettable, a person with an immense heart who manages this accommodation with passion and seriousness. It was hard to go home, we will definitely see each other again!

Letizia was already waiting for us at the gate and gave us a warm welcome, she showed us around the house and left a present. Fresh selfmade olive oil and apricot jam! Letizia is a wonderful host and responds very quickly to questions (with W-app). The location is about 10 minutes drive away from the beach and the wonderful inland of Toscane (and lots of restaurants).

We were able to spend four wonderful weeks there. The house is simple, but very lovingly furnished. It has everything you need. The veranda and garden are a highlight. Bakers, mini-market, butchers, various small restaurants, a bar right by the sea are all within walking distance in a few minutes. The people there are incredibly nice! Francesco is extremely attentive! He had provided coffee, a fruit basket, ingredients for a first meal and a bottle of wine, so we didn't have to go shopping right away. And he was always available for questions and tips! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back!

Stayed here for one night on the way to Pisa and it was perfect! Beautiful grounds that are really well maintained, lovely pool and super clean apartment. Really enjoyed our stay!

Catrina was a great hostess. She went out of her way to make our vacation great. I highly recommend her villa as a place to visit. Lovely surroundings with a great pool.

Staying at the castle was truly a dream come true! What a magnificent place, and the village and people were so friendly and helpful! Our breakfast was so fresh and tasty every morning, and so plentiful. Staying at LaSassa was one of the highlights of our entire stay in Italy, and you truly felt like a king and queen! The renaissance details, authentic stone, painting and old touches really added to the charm. I was so sad to leave, and would recommend everyone to stay at this truly unique and wonderful place!! It was so nice to be away from the crowds of Rome and Florence, and the view of the Tuscan Valley from the top of the castle was breathtaking! I can’t say enough wonderful things about staying at the castle. Thank you so much Giacomo and staff for your wonderful hospitality, and making our trip to Italy the trip of a lifetime!!

We had a wonderful time at Lena's. The apartments are very high quality and the view over Tuscany at breakfast is simply breathtakingly beautiful. Those who have the chance to stay with Lena and her beloved 4-legged friends will feel right at home and have a wonderful, very special time, so that in the end you will not want to leave.

The Vitaverde property has everything we need to quickly unwind and feel comfortable: quiet surroundings, great nature (hopefully it will continue to be so) and landscape, it also smells so good there, 😊 the view of the sea ... Many excursion destinations are easily accessible: Pisa, Florence, the sea, … great bike tours are possible here and there are totally sweet restaurants. Tamara and Roger are totally nice and helpful. Nice to meet them.

The villa was as promised. An 18th century villa superbly restored and sleeping up to 14 in a beautiful country location but only 10 minutes from town. Enjoyed the very large pool as well as eating on the covered back porch and listening to the birds. We hiked the hillsides and also walked to town, but a car is also needed. Great host.

Beautiful village with welcoming people, my husband & I enjoyed the few days we had there. They had amazing wine & good food, will definitely recommend.

We felt right at home. The flat has a modern feel with excellent amenities. Very walkable to nearby shops and restaurants.

Wonderful accommodation in a great location! Ideal for people with dogs, you can see the dogs from the sea on the terrace, very cozy and private. Great beach, nice atmosphere. Marina is very warm and has given everything so that we have a great stay. Wau Beach especially for nearby dogs.

We had an amazing stay at Jacopo's place, true paradise! Jacopo is a masterhost and we felt very welcome. The bed is great and we had a bbq in the wonderful garden, very peacefull Tuscan vibes. The cats also roam the garden and are very nice. It is not far from Pisa, about 30 min by car. We recommend this airbnb to everyone! :)

Clean environment and corresponding to the photos located in a quiet residential area from which you can easily reach the center. The crowning glory in a city like Livorno is the possibility of a reserved indoor parking space. What can I say... precise, welcoming, caring and giving advice on shops and businesses in the area. Perfect stay!!

Truly loved staying here! Federico's mother, Cristiana, was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond. The location is near public transportation, which takes you easily to places of interest. The place is neat and clean. I highly recommend!

We were at Tommaso's house at the end of May/beginning of June and were thrilled by the nature: thousands of fireflies floated around the house. It is a good starting point for excursions to Pisa, Volterra and Lucca. Tommaso's dad received us very kindly, although we were over 3 hours late due to a highway closure. In the family restaurant, which is highly recommended, a table was reserved for us, so we could still have a wonderful dinner. The other restaurant recommendations were also wonderful. Tommaso was very helpful and took care of problems quickly and reliably. The way to the house is a steep agricultural road and only partially suitable for cars with little ground clearance (with our car, one always had to get out in some places so as not to get stuck). You can hike and walk the dog. There are shopping facilities in the village of Peccioli; ambitious cooks should, however, have good knives and pepper
