Farmstay holiday rentals in Province of Livorno

The house is in a splendid location: on a hill close to the woods, it faces the sea and the row of cypresses of Bolgheri. A unique place, the view and sunsets are priceless. The main beaches can be reached by car in a time ranging from 15 to 30 minutes depending on the destination. If you're at home, ping pong is a great resource for children (and adults). Wild boars (these only beyond the net that borders the forest), badgers and hares run around nearby and you meet them daily. The close presence of the main house is both reassuring and very discreet, you have total privacy. Inside, the house is very well organized and extremely pleasant to live in. Marina is very helpful and attentive. We had a wonderful time!

Spacious and quiet place at the end of a short dirt road, where you can hear the birds and watch the sun setting over the Tuscan hills. Massimo is an amazing host, very warm, respectful and clean and he had great recommendations for us. We had a very relaxing stay, the pool was great to cool off and the kitchen was fully equipped. We cooked a few meals and enjoyed them from the balcony. Bellissimo!

As we are from tropical Singapore, and my parents are in their 80's, even in mid-May, the stone house was too cold at night (after some rain) for my folks. Nicoletta rushed a kerosene powered space heater to us even on a Saturday, within hours of my message. we congregated mostly on level 2 where the fireplace and kitchen/dining was. however the toilets are on level 3 or ground. so that's a little troublesome for the old folks as they need to climb a flight of stairs. else everything is amazing and authentic. it's like living in a museum or a drand duke's mansion.

We had a lovely holiday, very quiet, easy to get to everywhere we wanted to be. Super nice cottage with all necessary equipment. Very friendly host stefano and his two dogs who were extremely affectionate. Nothing negative to say, close to beaches, shopping and sightseeing. In Tanya's Airbnb, we immediately felt at home. The accommodation is simply perfect for those who – like us – are on holiday with their dog. The tranquility of country life just a few meters from the beach and the sea - a true paradise for us. Since it is an agriturismo, we particularly appreciated the opportunity to buy fresh eggs and vegetables. A straight A with an asterisk – we will definitely be back

Great view, very good accommodation. Unfortunately, only the wallbox did not work. All in all, 5 stars anyway, if we go back to Elba, then to this accommodation.

Elba is a beautiful authentic Italian island where you will find everything that makes Italy so attractive. The location and the apartment were wonderful; spacious, fresh, beautiful view over the sea, in nature. The host/hostess are very nice, sweet and helpful. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday and would like to come back!

Pretty stone house, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The environment is peaceful with great views. Shops, restaurants, beaches are a 15mn drive away. We had a pleasant stay. We recommend it.

What a beautiful place! Paola was very helpful and always quick to respond with anything we needed or had questions about. The owners of the Airbnb were very gracious, welcoming, and helpful! The Airbnb was exactly as represented in the pictures and description. The only issue we had was that we couldn’t find the Airbnb with the address provided. We had to have them drop a pin which ended up being different than the original address, but we were able to get right to it following the dropped pin. Paola was wonderful to work with and her quick responses made it that much easier! We would definitely book with her again.

Fantastic villa, the interior was furnished beautifully and was much larger downstairs than anticipated. The outside was also large with a number of different areas, all with shade available. The pool was a highlight, naturally, and our 3 children loved it! Francesca was always responsive and available for any support/recommendations. Be aware that the villa is in the Tuscan countryside so there will be many insects flying around - nothing that can be done, but good to be prepared and does mean that all windows and doors need to be shut, which leads me to my only issue - air conditioning! We went in August and obviously very hot, the air conditioning is only in the bedrooms and is charged separately from the cost of the villa - at €0.90 per kWh which felt excessive, especially as we only used at night but resulted in an extra cost of €137 for a week!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Chicca was so friendly and helpful. We felt right at home. The gorgeous pets (two dogs and a cat) were a special bonus! I highly recommend this Airbnb 😊

Operativa is a small dream in beautiful Tuscany. You can reach various great beaches and visit small villages in a maximum of half an hour by car. The highlight of the accommodation is not even the landscape or the house, it is Marina! She was at our side with advice and action and booked tables for us at the restaurants, recommended places and locations and provided us with everything we needed. It was wonderful! I appreciate it. We spent a great five nights here. The garden is beautiful, full of olive trees and rosemary, as well as several fruit trees. The outdoor kitchen functions well and fully equipped with crockery, pans, cutlery etc. The flat itself is fairly small but fine for a couple. Two beaches are walkable from the property, Zucchale and Barabarca. We didn't bring a car but it would have been easier to visit other parts of the island if we had, as the bus service isn't the best. Overall we had a lovely stay in Elba and would recommend to friends - grazie!

We have just returned from our Italian holiday and would like to say a few kind words about our wonderful host Pietro. Pietro is a very friendly and warm person - thanks to him we never felt like strangers. He gave us a lot of helpful information, even before we had to ask. We were delighted with the products from his garden and took fresh fruit and vegetables as well as olive oil from his own cultivation with us when we left. As soon as you enter the accommodation, you will be greeted by the beautiful olive trees in the courtyard - simply fantastic! We very much hope that we will see each other again one day. We really enjoyed our stay in the house. It was exactly what we were looking for. A charming place equipped like a home with everything you need - even an EV charger. The house keeper was very helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. We would be happy to come back another time.

A very nicely located house, we were there with the children - a clear recommendation! In-house playground, play kitchen, pool, that's all a child needs for a week. Particularly noteworthy is the town of Montescudiao, not far from the property. Italy at its best! A small Italian idyll with a butcher, baker, coffee house, tobacconist and trattoria AND a very good upscale restaurant - Il Frantoio! The only thing was that there was no contact with the homeowner, as everything was handled professionally by a home care company. But it wasn't too bad, we bought wine and olive oil from the surrounding farmers and enjoyed a nice time in Tuscany...

Our stay on the farm was fantastic. Beautiful rooms and lovely large garden with beautiful views. We enjoyed it!

As stated in previous reviews, ideally located in the heart of Tuscany to crisscross each day to a different place. Parking in front of the house, there is not always space, there is another parking 200 meters away. I came 8 days at the end of December. When I arrived, it was 8 degrees in the apartment. The apartment should have been at a good temperature for my arrival. So first very cool evening... A welcome document and information on the functioning of the house, the management of the garbage cans, the surrounding sites... would be appreciated. No contact with owner. Lockbox and no welcome or intermediate message during the stay. The apartment is large, functional and has lots of charm. Excellent bedding. Quiet and very nice view of the Appennins.

We had a wonderful time in this holiday home in Tuscany and were completely satisfied! We would like to especially highlight the great service of the manager Cristina – she was always available, warm and helpful. The house was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The garden is lovingly landscaped and offers plenty of space to relax. The pool was pleasantly large, ideal for swimming and cooling off, and the view of the Tuscan countryside was simply breathtaking – especially at sunset. A perfect place to switch off and enjoy. We will be happy to come back!

Antonio and Carmela were both exceptional hosts and made us feel right at home. Despite the language barrier, both of them were incredibly warm and invited us into their home for a home-made Italian dinner that included three different pizzas, focaccia and salad. The views and vibes of the area were truly beautiful and we would highly recommend this place to everyone, even if only for one night.
