Wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne Zeit in dem Haus! Die Anfahrt ist ein bisschen abenteuerlich, aber das ist für die Region ja normal und man wird sogar abgeholt, um das Haus gleich zu finden. Das Haus ist sehr groß und es gibt viele schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten, alle mit großartigem Blick über die Berge und das Tal bis zum Meer. Alle unsere Fragen wurde schnell beantwortet und wir haben uns wirklich rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und genau wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, die Umgebung ist Naturbelassen und recht ruhig, auch nachts. Auch die Lage ist super. Mit Stefano zu kommunizieren war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich! Der einzige Nachteil waren die Haushaltsgeräte, welche zwar zahlreich waren aber manchmal nicht funktioniert haben. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt super angenehm und den Preis auf jeden Fall wert! Danke Stefano ☺️

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem fantastischen Haus von Giovanna. Der wunderbare Garten hatt uns besonders gefallen. Giovanna ist eine äußerst nette Gastgeberin die sofort geholfen hat. Der Blick aufs Meer ist fantastisch.

Super séjour dans ce logement, très propre et très agréable ! Magnifique terrasse avec bougainvillier, un petit havre de paix pour un moment en famille ! Je recommande !

Abbiamo trascorso dieci giorni splendidi a Bordighera, in un appartamento curato e tranquillo, dove l’ospitalità di Denisia e Giuseppe ha fatto davvero la differenza: gentili, presenti e premurosi, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa fin dal primo momento. Con la Vespa abbiamo esplorato borghi suggestivi come Dolceacqua, Apricale e Perinaldo, e ci siamo goduti splendide passeggiate vista mare tra Ospedaletti, Mentone e Monte-Carlo. Tuffi rigeneranti, panorami mozzafiato e una sensazione di libertà assoluta. Denisia e Giuseppe abbiamo voglia di ricambiare! Vi aspettiamo sul lago di Garda! Grazie di cuore.

Wir haben das Haus und die Gegend sehr genossen. Das Haus ist geräumig, großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Außerdem ist es sehr gut ausgestattet und es gibt eine wunderbare offene Küche. Wir waren nur zu zweit, aber es eignet sich auch perfekt für Familien und Freunde, die gemeinsam reisen. Der Ausblick ist toll, man kann in die Berge des ligurischen Hinterlandes sehen, aber auch aufs Meer. Man kann hier entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Zu Fuß gelangt man in wenigen Minuten in den hübschen Ort Valloria mit einem sehr netten Restaurant mit toller ligurischer Küche. Wer die Natur liebt, aber auch das Meer in der Nähe haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Kommunikation mit Sofia war schnell und unkompliziert, wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

We spent three weeks in August at Nino's beautiful place. The pictures don't do it justice, it was even nicer than we expected. Marmoreo itself is quite small but you can take numerous trips; we went to Castelvecchio, Toirano, Savona, Albenga, Pieve die Teco, Zuccarello, Laegueglia, Noli and many more. Villanova d'Albenga has everything you can need and is roughly 30 minutes away. We enjoyed the winding mountain routes a lot. Liguria and the beaches have been nothing but wonderful. As expected the weather was very hot but the fans in the house do help and there is a nice breeze on the beautiful terrace. One of our highlights was joining la fiesta del buon mangiare in Casanova Lerrone which also has a nice little café and a playground for our daughter. Nino was also very helpful when we encountered a little problem and helped us out. The house was spacious for our family of 5 with various places to sit inside and outside. Bathroom and kitchen are modern. We loved the antique feel!

Sehr grosses Haus in Ligurien mit vielen Zimmern. Fast eine Alleinlage am Berg, daher auch sehr ruhig.

Words cannot describe how gorgeous Anna’s place is. This home exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not stop staring out the windows. From your balcony you can see three countries, mountains, and ocean. It truly is a once in a life time place. You are of course up in a mountain so limited things around you to do but the city center is right at the base and there are plenty of amazing restaurants. For freedom it is important to rent a car as taxis up and down can add up. We found ourselves walking down and then taxiing up to save $ which was a beautiful scenic walk and enjoyable, but not the best option for those less able bodied. We also found it easy to use delivery apps to deliver groceries and food to us on days we did not go down. Unfortunately we were in the off season of tourism, but still found plenty restaurants open to enjoy. Anna is very proactive in helping arrange anything you need whether to call a taxi, or other needs. Do not hesitate to book this stay!

One of the most beautiful houses we've stayed in. Perfectly appointed, amazing attention to detail, gorgeous pool. Richard met us and talked us through everything, and the kitchen was stocked with essentials. The grounds are magical and the house roomy while cosy. We had a great time and will be back!

Dreamy villa set against a stunning Italian backdrop. Perfect escape. The villa has an infinity pool nestled into the most glorious hillside with picture postcard views of the Italian Riviera with distant Ventimiglia yachts in view. The pool was an absolute hit with the kids, teens and even Nonna had a dip on a balmy summers day. The kitchen is next to a dining area and outdoor dining area too which was great for days we had a BBQ. The Villa is steeped in history, a beautiful piano and records to play. Books and card games to play. The rooms are set over two floors. The top room had incredible views over the cypress trees and the ocean. Highly recommend a stay at this gorgeous villa. Leonardo was close by if we needed him too.

Andrea was an amazing host and his place was beautiful and very well located in the city. Perfect place for a big family!

Villa Itati is great for a big family holiday. The view is stunning and the house + amenities are nice. Although a little worn it’s very cozy and nice. Irene and Mr Benito did everything to make our stay special.

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful house and spent wonderful autumn holidays. The pictures and the description were correct. The location is beautiful and very quiet. The equipment in the house itself is of high quality and very pratcical. You can tell that the hosts are there themselves from time to time, because everything is there and there is enough of everything you need. Especially in the kitchen it can sometimes be a challenge - here in this house there was really everything you need if you like to cook. The internet is fast enough and Netflix helps when travelling with children - but also pleases the adults. Communication with Tanya was smooth and quick. The handing over of the keys and the necessary explanations on site were impeccable. All very flexible and solution-oriented when necessary. We can recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

Le Logement est dans un emplacement idéal ! Il n'y a pas de vis à vis et il y a la possibilité de faire le bruit que l'on souhaite ! La piscine est tous les jours nettoyée par David, et c'est une bonne chose! Mis à part quelques soucis logistiques, David a su y répondre à la minute et nous a toujours mis dans le meilleur confort possible ! Merci ! David a toujours été disponible! Petite note pour la sécurité, nous avions des enfants et on doit faire attention, car il n'y a pas de barrières, ce sont des cordes et la chute est possible. A noter, que les chambres ne sont pas toutes réunies, il y a 2 chambres, coupées du reste, au sous-sol. Donc il faut laisser la maison ouverte la nuit pour que les gens puissent aller aux toilettes. (ce serait bien de le stipuler) Si non, tout a été super !! Il a mis à disposition le charbon pour des grillades et du bois pour un feu sympa en soirée. Pour faire la fête c'est un endroit parfait que nous recommandons ! Merci pour les citrons :)

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit großartiger Aussicht auf die Stadt! Das Haus ist ausgezeichnet ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht, sodass man sich gleich zu Hause fühlt. Toller Pool. Die freundliche Nachbarin die darüber wohnt hat auch immer darauf geachtet, dass die Wasserqualität gut ist. Die Autobahn sieht auf der Landkarte näher aus als sie in Wirklichkeit ist. Sie hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Einzige Nachteile: WiWi leider nur im Parterre und die Regelung zur Müllensorgung ist kompliziert und nimmt viel Zeit in Anspruch. Auch das Handtuchwaschen am Schluss ist lästig. So etwas sollte in der Endreinigung enthalten sein. Trotzdem tolles Haus und jederzeit wieder!

Our family (two adults, four kids) stayed at Claudia's house for 5 nights and we had a great time. The first experience is to get there as we had a big family van and the streets are both steep and very narrow. The first time you drive up is a little daunting but then you notice that the local drivers are very understanding, friendly and helpful. The appartment was very clean and very well equipped. The location and views are much more special than you would expect from the pictures, it's a magical place. The pool area is the highlight, we spent most of our time there. The appartment has a huge covered balcony (with views of the pool and mountains) perfect for dining with up to 6 people even on rainy days. Claudia was always available and really does her best to make sure you have a great time, we loved everything and will visit again. Grazie mille Claudia!

Beautiful house in peaceful surroundings. Amazing pool and the house exactly as described with everything you could need, everything had been thought of and provided. Devil is a very attentive and helpful host. We loved our stay!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Personen, und das Haus war perfekt für uns. Genug Platz um sich frei zu bewegen und sich zu erholen. Das Haus ist abgelegen auf einem Berg, was richtig toll ist. Es hat uns vor der Hitze der Stadt gerettet. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß, man fühlt sich sehr frei und es gibt genug Platz zum Spielen. Dario ist super lustig und offen. Er hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert. Außerdem war er bei Fragen immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison, la terrasse et la piscine sont très bien agencées et bien entretenues. Merci encore pour votre gentillesse et ce cadre reposant.

Ho recentemente soggiornato in questa splendida villa e ho trascorso un’esperienza meravigliosa. La proprietà è esattamente come nelle foto: pulitissima, arredata con gusto e curata nei minimi dettagli. Ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza sono stati gli host: gentili, accoglienti e sempre disponibili ad aiutarci con qualsiasi esigenza, dai consigli locali al farci sentire come a casa. Uno degli highlights della villa è sicuramente il giardino: ampio, tranquillo e con una vista incredibile. La zona piscina è perfetta per rilassarsi, e ogni angolo degli spazi esterni è pensato con cura. La posizione è molto strategica: a pochi minuti dal centro di Imperia, e a brevissima distanza dal mare, ma abbastanza appartata da garantire pace e privacy. Che siate in cerca di una fuga tranquilla o di una base per esplorare la Riviera, questo posto è una scelta fantastica. Lo consiglio vivamente e spero di poterci tornare!

Das Haus ist ein Traum und der Kontakt mit Nikolaj und Lærke war perfekt. Der etwas gewöhnungsbedürftige Weg zur Unterkunft (über Bergstraßen und italienische Verkehrsmanieren ;)) ist es absolut wert und beim zweiten Mal klappt alles gleich viel besser! Im Haus fehlt es an nichts, vor allem die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich vorstellen kann. Den Pool haben wir täglich genossen, der Ausblick ist einfach sagenhaft (auch für Sternschnuppen!). Wir haben uns wirklich rundum wohlgefühlt und freuen uns, wenn es mit einem zweiten Besuch irgendwann klappt. Danke!
