The area is quiet and peaceful, but at the same time close to everything. In a short time you can reach the highway and from there you can move where you want. I have known Imperia for many years, I find it beautiful, with wonderful beaches , walks and sea. People are hospitable and make you feel at home. Paolo's house is perfect for two people, in the heart of downtown, on a beautiful square. A few meters from the sea it is very convenient to parking, restaurants and shops, but everything in absolute peace. Impeccable cleanliness. Thank you for hosting us. Soon

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Bordighera! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location is very convenient — just outside the house there’s a bus stop that takes you directly to the main train station in only four stops. If you take the bus in the opposite direction, you can reach Sanremo, a beautiful nearby town that’s definitely worth a visit. There’s also a lovely sea-facing restaurant near the port entrance, and a large supermarket about a 15-minute walk away, which was super handy. Helen is an excellent host — very communicative, friendly, and always ready to help. She made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Bordighera!

This home is filled with good energy and thoughtful touches. The location is really special, including the magical balcony. The owner was very responsive and helpful during my stay. I would recommend and come back.

AnnaMaria and her family were a wonderful host. We were delighted to meet them and to have discovered that their family also pridely make one of, or the bes Pigato wine of the region. The entire family was just wonderful, friendly, and accommodating to our needs. Specially travelling with 2 medium size dogs. It was such a treat to get to meet most of the family. The home is just beautiful!!! the landscape was just perfect and what we needed for our vacation. Will definately come back to their home and I have already recommended their home to other friends. Perfect location, accommodation in perfect condition and very clean, comfortable bedding, nothing to say everything was perfect.

We felt right at home in Nicola's slice of heaven! The space was efficient, well appointed, and the views from inside and from the terrace were nothing short of amazing. If you are looking for remote, quiet, and private this is your place. The town is a short walk away with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops to choose from. Bring your binoculars to watch the fishermen and other sea activities.

Carlo's apartment is fantastically beautifully located near Imperia and many super tasty restaurants. With a view of the sea. Excellent value for money. A living/living space in addition. We loved everything and had a great stay. If you like absolute sleep, Friday and Saturday night is a test in the middle of summer, as there is a beach bar that has activity late into the night. But it didn't bother us that much. Wake up a few times, but immediately back to sleep. Scary view of the sea. Everything nearby: bakery at 10 meters, supermarket at 100 meters. Road bike blissfully along the coast. Cipressa, Poggio, San Remo. Had a wonderful vacation.

As avid sailors regatta we've visited Imperia many times before for about ten years, and this is the very best apartmentwe ever rented. We spent Christmas 2024 in Nonno Vaporetto and totally liked it. Super easy communication with Gianna and there is really *NOTHING* to worry about the access to the bathroom over the balcony since the bathroom is easily warmed up. More generally, there is nothing to worry about viisiting Nonno Vaporetto in winter. It is well equipped with radiators all around (much in contrast to the apartment in Imperia we rented ealry December and where we froze our feet off). We'll be back :-).

A pleasant surprise!! The services offered are valid and of quality. The house is equipped with many amenities and the outdoor spaces are large and well-equipped. The hot tub after a day at the beach is a healthy touch

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Alies's place. I would even say that the pictures don't do justice to the apartment—in reality, the place is even better! It’s a true palazzo: extremely spacious, filled with stunning antique furniture, and decorated with impeccable taste. The terrace and the view from it are priceless. For me personally, the place exceeded my expectations, and I would love to return!

Very good location for hiking or cycling. In the evening, the location is not ideal for strolling, drinking cocktails or anything like that. You always have to drive down to the promenade by car. Parking is about 50 meters from the house. The kitchen could use more outlets. All necessary appliances are available (toaster, coffee machine, kettle, etc.), unfortunately not usable together as there are too few sockets in the kitchen. Perhaps extension cables with multiple sockets would be useful. In the evening, it is nice and quiet in the village and a pleasant fresh breeze blows. In the village itself, there are 2 exclusive restaurants (not a pizzeria) with very good food. Reservation required! In addition, there is a take away, which you have to pre-order the food. Lots of cats and dogs. A typical Mediterranean mountain village. Along the coast to the west, beautiful villages. Monaco and Nice are also not far away. Sanremo is a very nice place to shop.

We loved staying in this apartment with our 3 children in such a peaceful area and so close to many activities. Must do: the visit to the old town of Ventimiglia, the bike ride to Sanremo, Imperia or see the collection of the magnificent collection of cars from the princes of Monaco….We 'll come back to San Stefano!!! We stayed in Simone's beautiful and clean house. Good location 15 minutes from the city center with a quiet walk. The house is equipped with all amenities and immersed in the greenery of the condominium garden. Quiet and relaxing.

Beautiful and clean apartment, equipped with everything you need and an enchanting view, immersed in an oasis of peace just a few minutes' drive from the sea. But nothing compared to the hospitality of Manuela and Alessandro, who made our stay really special. Highly recommended

We recently stayed in the apartment Chill&Hill and it was a fantastic one. The apartment was beautiful, clean and tidy. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The pool was lovely and perfect to relax in. Viki was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others!

Excellent location! Really a delightful place with excellent services! Very clean apartment, with sea view and terrace with barbecue. It's a true paradise for children, they've really thought of everything to make them happy. Our four-legged friend Lemmy also enjoyed the garden. Really exceptional experience, we will definitely be back!

Dear Carla, Dear Gigi We would like to thank you for two wonderful weeks in your apartment. We received a very warm welcome and were given many valuable tips for restaurants, beaches and cities. We were able to visit the market in Imperia on Wednesday morning and were also in Sanremo on one day. It was so hot that we spent our days by the sea or by the pool at the property in the complex. The small old town of Imperia was so cozy with the harbor, there were also very nice restaurants and bars, such as ice cream parlors and shops where you can find everything you need including supermarkets with groceries and fishmongers and butchers. We could cook inside on the gas stove or outside on the grill that was then reserved just for us. There are two seats so you can eat in the front or back or relax on the lounger. We were able to relax well and had a very pleasant time with you. We say thank you and look forward to seeing you again. Until then, all the best and thank you again for everythin

The apartment was beautiful, very clean and also the garden including pool was fantastic, but you share it with the other residents. For 4 people, the apartment is sufficiently large. It's modern and very stylish. At night, there was construction work on the street, but the windows were very well insulated. Rita was incredibly generous (breakfast for the first few days was available and there was a bottle of Prosecco on top). You can walk into the city, which was a bit too far for us, as we had a pregnant woman with us. Therefore, we always drove to the old town by car and were able to park there quite cheaply in the parking garage. There are many, very tasty restaurants in Sanremo with reasonable prices. Overall, the apartment is highly recommended.

Beautiful well-kept accommodation with a beautiful outdoor area and views. A little difficult to reach but definitely worth it!

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo.
