Thank you for a very nice stay. Alessandro was very helpful and communicative. We used his restaurant recommendations, to which we returned several times. The cottage was exceptionally clean and in addition beautiful views and sunsets from the garden. Next to it is a climatic olive grove. Our dog and we felt at ease in the well-fenced garden. The electric gate and private parking were very convenient.

Except for the wifi and power grid, everything was perfectly exactly as described. Davide was always available immediately if something was unclear. The neighbor Pietro is also super nice and helpful.

Francesca, the owner of the house, is a contact person on site. She is very friendly and interested in the fact that nothing is missing. The house is very new and it's all exactly as described! If you don't necessarily want a sea view and don't mind the highway, you're in good hands! Large garden with sunbeds, outdoor furniture and barbecue! Property fully fenced!

The apartment is superb, well-equipped, the view is magnificent and the village is charming. We had a great weekend. Thank you Anna!

The house is really fantastic surrounded by olive trees and the greenery of the terraces on which it lies,the pool, the terrace and the flowered garden are really well cared for and beautiful, the view of the sea and the view are worthy of a postcard, the services proposed are those described and the privacy and tranquility of the area are noteworthy. We had a really good time at the place and I recommend it to anyone who wants a lovely place away from chaos and lots of privacy with a fabulous view and great amenities. The only precaution to keep in mind is the slightly narrow access road that still allows a car of size in the norm, to travel quite easily. For the rest, fabulous experience, the owners are fantastic and really kind, definitely a stay to repeat in the future. Highly recommended.

Although it was a very nice experience overall, I need to add a few things. First of all, I was notified of the VERY STEEP hill going up to the property on the very last minute. I booked the property 2 months prior, but was given the check-in instructions on the day of checking in. I understand that this is a standard procedure, but I'd have liked to know about the steep hill situation beforehand, so that maybe I would have rented a different car. The check-in instruction said to have a 4x4 car and an experienced driver, which made me panic on the way to the property. Another thing is, when we wanted to turn on the heater, we were notified that it's against the law and we could not do that. Which could have been fine, but I chose this property because it had heater. So, it was an inconvenience for us. Other than these two situations, the property is really pleasant. We had a really good time there. Would recommend, but would have liked to be aware of these details, is all.

We enjoyed staying at this place, very quiet beautiful location with very spacious property and great views. The house was a dream, clean, spacious and comfortable. For the cars there is a very spacious garage. Giacomo met all wishes at all times at short notice. There is a close walking distance to a small grocery store. The beach to Alassio is about 10 minutes by car. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again.

Anna has made a little paradise. We have never been able to enjoy holidays like this. The place is even nicer than the pictures!!! Anna is a wonderful, loving and accommodating woman. There was always fresh salad and zirons from their garden. Herbs are available in the accommodation itself, which is simply a huge gain to cook with fresh herbs. It is always easy to reach because it lives right next door. She also always had great recommendations on what to do and where to dine best. The surroundings are heavenly. There's so much to do. You are within a 10-minute drive by the sea. But you can also reach everything you want to do within an hour We traveled with our dog, who also enjoyed it very much, it has a bowl available and otherwise you can tell that Anna is a dog friend. We will definitely be back ! Thanks Anna for everything!

We were a family of five. The accommodation was very well located with beautiful sea views. Well-equipped with comfortable bedding. The kids loved the place. They were able to see the rabbits and chickens. We ate very fresh eggs from the farm. It was a lovely vacation.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Villa Emanuele! The view of the sea is simply breathtaking – especially at sunrise and sunset. You feel like you are in Olympus, so calm and relaxed, no noise from outside, no cars or people passing by. From here at the top, you are really far away from the noise and stress of everyday life. The pool was always clean and offered a perfect cool-down, the large whirlpool is just as much a highlight, you can spend hours in it and really use it at any time. The entire villa was very well maintained, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday, like at home. The location is quiet, but still not far from restaurants and shopping. The hosts Franco and his mom were incredibly friendly, helpful and always available, best service. We will definitely come back - absolutely recommended!!
