It should definitely be taken into account in the case of Apricola that by car the chain of accommodation cannot be too close, and walking on the hilly old city streets can be a little tricky. Also, the property has to be considered with steep stairs inside, but the accommodation is great - clean and modern. Also, that every room is air conditioned and the evenings help to furnish Netflix. The only concern we had was with removing the trash - we couldn't find the containers for public use immediately.

It was a perfect stay for those looking for nature and tranquility! We loved having breakfast on the terrace with a view of the mountains. The place was really cute - and Manuela a great host who prepared lots of tips for discovering the region and responds quickly when needed! We recommend, thank you so much ☺️

We stayed as a couple for two nights. Reaching the apartment involves a 10-minute walk from the public parking area along a steadily ascending stone path, followed by three steep staircases inside the building to reach the bedroom. Just be mindful of how much luggage you bring. Maybe it makes sense to visit the apartment first without luggage? Everything was described in perfect detail and worked seamlessly. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with every modern comfort. The Wi-Fi was stable. Maria was an outstanding host – quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and genuinely attentive. Her communication style is straightforward and warm. We felt completely safe and welcomed. It’s the perfect place to relax and explore. Thank you, Maria, for creating such a lovely base within that unforgettable setting. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already dreaming of coming back.

We, a family of four, realy enjoyed the place; eating in the very beautifull garden with the anaxi g sea view Angela gave us perfect insteuctions and tips for activities. We went to cycle from San Stefano to San Remo, wonderfull activity. We went swimming in Cervo, made a visit to Menton and walked along the beach to Alassio. We recommend the place in the sping season!

Anna's house was perfect for me, my daughters and our two dogs. The location with this view beautiful, The house is clean, there is everything you might need and more again! Anna even offered an aperitif with homemade foccacias Thank you very much... she gave us very good advice on restaurants. this large house is perfectly enclosed and secure which is great for dog owners. Just one thing, you have to think about planning for the tourist tax, which is not mentioned on Airbnb.

Peaceful and quiet location with stunning views. Everything is perfect. We all enjoyed our stay. Maria Elena is a really good host, very responsive and friendly.

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

Angela is an excellent super friendly and extremely correct hostess. She answered all questions immediately and she was personally on site as quickly as possible when we needed her. The place is very well maintained, clean and everything is very nicely designed and furnished. We felt very comfortable right away. The mill is picturesquely located in a large beautiful garden, surrounded by nature, above is the church of Moltedo with its beautiful bells. Returning home in the evening and driving along the driveway was like in a fairy tale, beautifully with the illuminated mill and garden, the church and the houses in the villages above. The sea could easily be reached in 10 minutes by car, Dolcedo Montegrazie and all magical places are also quickly accessible. We'll be happy to come back! Evelyn

Highly responsive host! Impeccable accommodation with nothing to say and the magnificent view! Small accuracy, a train passes below and passes regularly during the day, it generates a bit of noise! But otherwise we had a great time! I recommend rafaella!😊

Beautiful place, incredibly serene. Better than the pictures. The view is gorgeous. Love having three bathrooms too. The balcony is where you will want to always be. And we loved Coco beach club which you can walk to easily! Super spot!!

Fantastic nature with great trails for mountain biking or hiking. Judith's house is very nice and very well equipped. The view from the terrace is wonderful, we enjoyed the time very much. Thanks very much.

We miss the days and the beautiful view from the terrace. We were almost exclusively on foot to the city center of Ventimiglia about 15 minutes (to the market hall, to the ice cream and to the train station) and by train (ride to Menton and Monaco). Perfect for us. The small beach below the house was charming and we went swimming almost every evening. Claudia is a top hostess. We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything, dear Claudia🥰.

A pleasant surprise!! The services offered are valid and of quality. The house is equipped with many amenities and the outdoor spaces are large and well-equipped. The hot tub after a day at the beach is a healthy touch

I stayed at Elisa's place with my elderly parents, perfect for us accustomed to large indoor spaces and the garden. It was like being at home. Elisa was an impeccable host: helpful, kind, always available and ready to help. I've given my best to all the amenities.

The stay was very nice and pleasant. The apartment is very clean and modern. In the kitchen, you have everything you need. The view is really beautiful and something special. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time in the apartment.

My girlfriend and I stayed for only 2 days at Maria Vittoria's place, but it was like feeling at home! The experience was really pleasant, the apartment had all the comforts as described and Maria Vittoria was very helpful and courteous. The location is great for reaching the beaches, the center and the various walks/bike path comfortably on foot in a few minutes; this is a plus as you can also get around the surrounding areas with great ease. Special mention for cleanliness as everything was clean and there was also the necessary to keep it tidy. Overall very satisfying stay!
