Nice flat very close to the center

Beautiful house, comfortable, bright and spacious, very well located for those who want to visit Sanremo. We had all the advantages of being a few km from the city without the inconveniences of noise and crowds of tourists. Lorenzo welcomed us in person and gave us the tour of the property, explaining everything about the apartment and the neighborhood. During our stay he was available to answer our questions and to help us organize our outings. Thank you very much for hosting us. 🙂

We have now stayed with Florinda and her family for the third time and are very satisfied. It is quiet, discreet and has a beautiful location. Her parents, who live in the house, are very nice and we felt comfortable. It will definitely not be the last time we book the accommodation :).

From the start, the welcome was very warm, they explained everything to us in a complete and thorough way and we felt almost at home. The apartment is very spacious, equipped and tastefully furnished; despite the climate it still did not allow us to swim in the pool of the complex, we enjoyed the beautiful outdoor breakfasts on the magnificent and huge terrace. The location is strategic but at the same time quiet. Great stay, we recommend it.

If there are people you have to go to, it's their home!! They are remarkably kind and welcoming. Everything is clean and tastefully done!! This is the second time we have rented one of their apartments, everything is there from toothbrushes to towels (for those who forget them like us) We have no complaints. We'll be back without a problem.

It should definitely be taken into account in the case of Apricola that by car the chain of accommodation cannot be too close, and walking on the hilly old city streets can be a little tricky. Also, the property has to be considered with steep stairs inside, but the accommodation is great - clean and modern. Also, that every room is air conditioned and the evenings help to furnish Netflix. The only concern we had was with removing the trash - we couldn't find the containers for public use immediately.

We met Sabrina in person. She was very kind and helpful. We stayed in touch throughout our stay until we got home. Thank you so much for your warm and kind welcome. We were delighted with the generosity and amenities of the apartment. Everything was there, even packaged food and drinks for the first day. The view from the terrace to the sea is very beautiful and the location of the apartment in an old village is very quiet. Parking was unproblematic thanks to Camilla's instructions. The area is ideal for hiking and (e-)cycling. All around a wonderful week in Costarainera!

Piero welcomed us in person and was very kind. The house is extremely clean and in a quiet area. This is an attic that has everything you need. There is a small garden available for guests, which makes it ideal for those traveling with their pet, the area also offers the opportunity to take beautiful walks. Thanks Piero!

We had an unforgettable week in Cristina’s beautiful home, which is fantastically located in the center of Sanremo. The house is very clean, comfortable, with many things you might need. The huge private garden is simply magnificent, I enjoyed watering the plants near the house early in the morning or late in the evening. From Cristina’s home it is easy to walk to the center, to the beach, and also very easy to get out of the city to visit the many interesting places around Sanremo, as well as in France, Monaco. Communication with Christina is very easy. Our highest recommendations for this property. We would be happy to return in the future.

This is a wonderful little apartment, with a fantastic view from the balcony. It's all quite old-fashioned, but exceptional value for money and Andrea is one of the friendliest hosts I've ever experienced on AirBnB. The village is enormously entertaining, we particularly enjoyed hanging out in the village square and watching all of the many many cats.

Bartolomeo's place was our place for 2 weeks, but even more than we felt at home. Elevator, parking, restaurants around the corner, convenient supermarket within easy reach. In front of the house the Mediterranean. Very nice neighborhood in the house. The location is wonderful. Menton Nice monte carlo, Eze in one direction and sanremo imperia in the other. Bartolomeo's apartment is very clean and comfortable. Bartolomeo always responded very quickly and kindly to questions,and discreetly asked every few days if we needed anything else. Checking in with the lockbox was easy. Vallecrosia also has many other beautiful things to offer in its location. Long talked short sense,Bartolomeo's apartment is highly recommended. We recently stayed in the apartment Chill&Hill and it was a fantastic one. The apartment was beautiful, clean and tidy. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The pool was lovely and perfect to relax in. Viki was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others!

Very good location for hiking or cycling. In the evening, the location is not ideal for strolling, drinking cocktails or anything like that. You always have to drive down to the promenade by car. Parking is about 50 meters from the house. The kitchen could use more outlets. All necessary appliances are available (toaster, coffee machine, kettle, etc.), unfortunately not usable together as there are too few sockets in the kitchen. Perhaps extension cables with multiple sockets would be useful. In the evening, it is nice and quiet in the village and a pleasant fresh breeze blows. In the village itself, there are 2 exclusive restaurants (not a pizzeria) with very good food. Reservation required! In addition, there is a take away, which you have to pre-order the food. Lots of cats and dogs. A typical Mediterranean mountain village. Along the coast to the west, beautiful villages. Monaco and Nice are also not far away. Sanremo is a very nice place to shop.

I stayed at Elisa's place with my elderly parents, perfect for us accustomed to large indoor spaces and the garden. It was like being at home. Elisa was an impeccable host: helpful, kind, always available and ready to help. I've given my best to all the amenities.

We had great relaxing days. The price is a bit high, but quite right. The only downside was the very hard beds. With a dog, the property is a win, as there are no meadows. A dog spot about 1.5 km away but very small and for large dogs. We highly recommend it. Nespresso with capsules, a lot of good dishes, everything is available in the kitchen. Cosmetic items( soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.) are available. With the translation app, the communication via Wh….app with Avenola was very great. Reply always and immediately, thank you so much for your super care, Grazie Car was safe on the enclosed property. Neighbors were very nice. We can only recommend everyone to take a vacation there. The balcony is amazing.

We only stayed for one night,but everything was perfect. The treatment of Elena exquisite and very kind with us.Recommending this accommodation. I keep room to park at the door of the accommodation, I leave us focaccia,eggs,bacon,jam.....EVERYTHING PERFECT.

beautiful apartment, immersed in silence and tranquility. Too bad for the hot tub that didn't work, it would have been great to take a relaxing bath. The only thing to review is the cleanliness of the pans and stove. Otherwise, everything was perfect!
