We had an unforgettable vacation at Villa Lavanda. The accommodation is really great - fantastic location, very well equipped and perfect for us. We were on site with a group of 6 adults + kids. For the kids, there are toys, a swing, baby beds & chairs, which is really great. We also loved the perfectly equipped kitchen, as we couldn't go to the restaurant with the kids and cooked a lot. On the last evening, we used Amanda's service & had a private chef (Patrizia Mollo & her husband Frederico - highly recommended!) come - that was a great ending. The food was very tasty, full of regional specialties & enriched with interesting information about the region. Another highlight was the support from Hortencia. She was always very quick to reach & provided us with all the necessary information. The interim cleaning was also a great service, which we were very happy about.

We had a great stay. The house was very clean. The patio area had phenomenal views. The yard was spacious and all fenced, which made it a great place for the kids to play. The host was quick to respond to all our questions. Check in was easy. Finale Ligure, Finalborgo and area are beyond words beautiful with fun activities for both kids and adults. We’re already making plans for our visit next year. And yes, we would love to stay again in Marina’s vacation home.

We stayed in some of the two houses near Camogli. The house is very nice and tastefully decorated. On our arrival we found a variety of food as well as beverages. Thanks again for that. Access is feasible with a normal car - contrary to some other comments. The house is quiet and private and offers a good base to relax there or make excursions on the Ligurian coast. We can recommend the house and also the caregiver and would come back there. There is a way to charge the EV at the house - but only with 1 kW, i.e. it works, it just takes.

Beautiful, lovingly furnished house in a quiet mountain village with great views over the mountains and in the morning also over the passing clouds. The neighbors are very helpful and warm! The kitchen is very well equipped (e.g. salad spinner, hand mixer), so I cooked a lot. In Aulla (10 min by car) there are a few restaurants, but more is going on in Sarzana (20 min) and the towns near La Spezia (30-40 min), here there are also beautiful beaches. Christiane was very helpful and quick to reach. All in all, I had a very nice three-week workation - I'd be happy to do it again. :)

Very helpful hosts, great location, comfortable stay.

Plenty of space and towels. Very clean! The view is lovely! The main beds and soft bed was very comfortable. Great to have a washer and dryer available. Nice to have a bath for each bedroom, worked well with extended family. Stefano was a super kind and helpful host. He welcomed us into his beautiful home with spectacular views of the Gulf of Tigullio: a real painting between sunrise and sunset, difficult to leave! The house was very tidy and well-kept, and in the morning he made us find a warm Ligurian focaccia for breakfast, a very special thought. It was a very pleasant stay, we hope to be back soon!

Words cannot describe how gorgeous Anna’s place is. This home exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not stop staring out the windows. From your balcony you can see three countries, mountains, and ocean. It truly is a once in a life time place. You are of course up in a mountain so limited things around you to do but the city center is right at the base and there are plenty of amazing restaurants. For freedom it is important to rent a car as taxis up and down can add up. We found ourselves walking down and then taxiing up to save $ which was a beautiful scenic walk and enjoyable, but not the best option for those less able bodied. We also found it easy to use delivery apps to deliver groceries and food to us on days we did not go down. Unfortunately we were in the off season of tourism, but still found plenty restaurants open to enjoy. Anna is very proactive in helping arrange anything you need whether to call a taxi, or other needs. Do not hesitate to book this stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Paolo's place. The place was very clean. The garden was wonderfully maintained and the neighbors were also very friendly. The pool was clean and the location very idyllic and perfect for hiking. The approach is a bit winding but feasible. We often grilled and enjoyed the wonderful view. Paolo was always helpful and the check-in and out also worked smoothly. We highly recommend Paolo's house!

The villa was incredible. It had an amazing view and excellent ambiance. The house it self was well furnished and the property felt very private even though it was just a short drive down the hill from the train station to Cinque Terre. Sarah was very helpful and very prompt on answering any questions we had. We did the pasta making class and had a wonderful experience. Booking this accommodation was not only booking a house but also, booking unforgettable memories.

I'm not usually one to give a rave review but, if you're looking for a private retreat surrounded by natural beauty so you can focus on time with your family and/or friends while still having easy access to the local towns, this place is perfection. It marries old world charm with modern amenities seamlessly. We are already thinking about our next trip back so we can stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful old house. The property has much character, original details, and a peaceful, timeless atmosphere. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really made it special was the view — absolutely breathtaking. Whether we were enjoying coffee on the terrace or winding down in the evening, the scenery was a highlight. The host was responsive and friendly, and check-in was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet retreat with charm and great views. Would definitely come back!

Eliana was fantastic. She assisted us with a personal emergency that occurred during our visit. She was compassionate, helpful, quick to reply to every need. Our home was beautiful, comfortable, and easily accessible for the train, bus and ferry. It was close to lots of great restaurants and shopping, including local small food markets. In addition, the location in Santa Margherita is perfect for quick hops to various nearby ports of Cinqué Terra, Portofino, Camogli, Rapallo, etc., but it is not as crowded as the more popular areas and yet it is equally beautiful. We loved it.

We had perfect days in Borganzo!! A wonderful stay from the first to the last minute. The house is beautifully and quietly located, it is super well maintained and has everything you need. The garden is a dream and the pool is just sensationally beautiful, is very large and also has a very nice depth. (From flat to over 2m) Stefano has taken care of everything very well, has always responded immediately to requests from us and is also a very likeable person! We hope to be able to travel to Borganzo again soon!

Beautiful accommodation right on the amazing coast of Alassio. The ocean views are truly spectacular and breathtaking. The house is well furnished and exceptionally beautiful! Andrea is a very likeable host who gave us many tips and recommendations. He welcomed us very warmly and very kindly showed us the accommodation. An exemplary host! We had a great weekend in the house. The views of the sea and Levanto Bay are amazing. All this, in a very quiet location. In short, a great place to enjoy the dolce vita.

Nice location. The house and terrace has plenty of space and good places to sit and eat. We enjoyed also the pool. We were there for biking and cycling 10days. Good place for both.

The accommodation is in a great location! There is no one opposite and you can make as much noise as you want! The pool is cleaned every day by David, and that's a good thing! Apart from a few logistical problems, David was able to respond to them in a minute and always put us in the best possible comfort! Thank you! David has always been available! Small note for safety, we had children and we must be careful, because there are no barriers, they are ropes and falling is possible. Note that the rooms are not all together, there are 2 rooms, cut off from the rest, in the basement. So the house must be left open at night so that people can go to the toilet. (It would be good to stipulate this) If not, everything was great!! He provided charcoal for grilling and wood for a nice fire in the evening. To party, it's a perfect place that we recommend!
