Very nice place, very tastefully decorated and with a great view! In the village there is a well-stocked shop and a very good restaurant.

It should definitely be taken into account in the case of Apricola that by car the chain of accommodation cannot be too close, and walking on the hilly old city streets can be a little tricky. Also, the property has to be considered with steep stairs inside, but the accommodation is great - clean and modern. Also, that every room is air conditioned and the evenings help to furnish Netflix. The only concern we had was with removing the trash - we couldn't find the containers for public use immediately.

It was a wonderful stay with a charming environment. Cristina informed us perfectly about everything and an earlier check-in was also possible, which was ideal. Thank you very much for the flexibility and the friendly contact. A doppo!

We stayed 4 nights at Matteo's place, It was his dad Bruno who welcomed us. Very friendly, they recommended several restaurants to us including that of his sister and his niece which is located in Rocchetta, you can go there without a second thought, we are very welcome and we eat very well there! The accommodation is very beautiful and its terrace very pleasant. We had a great time, Thank you!!

We stayed as a couple for two nights. Reaching the apartment involves a 10-minute walk from the public parking area along a steadily ascending stone path, followed by three steep staircases inside the building to reach the bedroom. Just be mindful of how much luggage you bring. Maybe it makes sense to visit the apartment first without luggage? Everything was described in perfect detail and worked seamlessly. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with every modern comfort. The Wi-Fi was stable. Maria was an outstanding host – quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and genuinely attentive. Her communication style is straightforward and warm. We felt completely safe and welcomed. It’s the perfect place to relax and explore. Thank you, Maria, for creating such a lovely base within that unforgettable setting. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already dreaming of coming back.

I received a very warm welcome from Niki’s husband Enrico. It was a very last minute booking but Enrico was still able to wait for me on the main road in the evening to guide me to the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you might need (coffee, mosquito nets in the windows to sleep with the windows open and wake up with the sound of birds). It’s a bit remote so the location is beautifully quiet but the road is narrow so best not to come with a big car.

Umberto gave us a friendly welcome and was always open and available for questions. The property is very quiet and you have a beautiful view of Imperia and the harbor. The size of the property is also more than sufficient, especially recommended for dogs. All in all, it was great. The really only downside is the beds, which in our opinion are unfortunately not suitable for someone with a sensitive back. Otherwise clear recommendation :)

The stay was very impressive for us, especially because of the absolute tranquility. Everything was available in the house,it is a very special place and you have to like the solitude. You can take smaller walks in the village,we have encountered many birds and special wild plants. In the house I would have liked an empty closet, for the 6 nights we had to leave things in the bags,as we had no way to unpack things in the lower area. This place is not suitable for people with government restrictions.

Corrado has once again shown us why we loved our stay the first time round. A very warm welcome and a great accomodation together all in a great location. Despite visiting for the second time, and knowing our way around, Corrado made a point of welcoming us. His knowledge about the local area and his willingsness to share that knowledge so you as a guest have a great time are a great way to feel at home, which you will from the moment you arrive. Follow his tips and his 'big book on what to do' and you're sure to have a wonderful time!

The apartment was very clean and cozy. It is located in a very culturally strong neighborhood and you can also reach the sea on foot. There is parking very close by. The hostess is more than likeable and helps where she can to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Always happy to come back and highly recommended.

I stayed with a friend at Marcello's for one night on a bike tour. The apartment is lovingly furnished, very clean and quiet, located directly in the beautiful Seborga. We were particularly impressed by the large balcony. Everything was great, great value for money. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful place, incredibly serene. Better than the pictures. The view is gorgeous. Love having three bathrooms too. The balcony is where you will want to always be. And we loved Coco beach club which you can walk to easily! Super spot!!

Truly spectacular house with a crazy view, inside the furniture, kitchen and bathroom is all new, I did not find anything out of place, really impeccable, I think I will return in the future

I worked from the apartment for two weeks in early April 25 (workation). Everything was super organized, and I had still asked for power strips, which were also there when I arrived. The apartment is large, very good for two people, and the location is special. The topic of parking is a bit tricky, as there are no parking spaces in front of the apartment. But I didn't get too far away and found something with the help of the hosts. the kitchen is well equipped, around the apartment is a number of restaurants that seem to have only open at the wedding of the tourist season. But I would definitely come back, maybe if it's basically warmer than early April :) Very welcoming and accommodating. Clean.

Cosi accommodation in a soothing setting with a beautiful garden. Paola welcomed us warmly and pleasantly, and was very accommodating. We got lost, and Paola kindly came to pick us up. Thank you again for your kindness and kindness.

Very clean apartment and equipped with every comfort, a stone's throw from the nerve center of San Maurizio, there were 5 of us (three girls) and we were very comfortable! A round of applause and heartfelt thanks to Elena: a great Host full of details and care in the preparation of the apartment, focaccia included!! The only flaw, which I fear cannot be helped, is the neighbors who are not exactly quiet... Well done Elena, keep it up!!

We know Porto Maurizio well and Marcello's apartment is really well located. Tastefully furnished, it is located in a very quiet and picturesque neighborhood. We would highly recommend.
