Family-friendly holiday rentals in Procchio

Beautiful place, loved the pool with lots of Sun loungers. Table tennis table, pool and swing helped to keep the kids entertained. The place was spotlessly clean and attention paid to details. Nice and quiet. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. As others have mentioned, there are a lot of cats! There is a smell of cat poo by the loungers in the grass, but if you stay at the loungers by the pool you can avoid it. There isn’t a lounge and the kitchen is a small area - but it was fine for cooking basic things and was very well equipped. The private veranda was lovely, however we were there in august and it was quite hot until later in the evening. If you don’t mind heat you will be fine. Superb place and I recommend!

Florence was an amazing host and her home is spectacular. My family and I had the best time . It is centrally located on the island to drive where ever you want to go. My 2 year old son was with us and there were all sorts of toys for him and things to explore. She even helped us book activities on the island and was always available to help. Grazie Mille Florence!!

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect – quiet and peaceful. A special thank you to Maria, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Her hospitality truly made a difference. Highly recommended – I would definitely stay here again!

Marco's apartment is has a wonderful garden and in the apartment is very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, we found everything we needed. We did have a bit bad luck, as the weather in the middle of March was very cold (between 3 an 9 degrees only). The apartment does have a heating - the radiators are heated throught the fireplace. But it takes at least an hour until they get warm. However we would still recommend this apartment and might come again.

Everything was alright. Maura and Francesco were available whenever we needed. They helped us find a vet for our dog, brought a slide for the kids, recommended places on Elba. The house is clean, the plot is huge, the pool is amazing. Thank you

Beautiful large house with enough space for up to 8 people and large plot. There is nothing negative to report about amenities and cleanliness. The landlady is very busy and has taken care of small problems quickly and reliably. The location is great if you are looking for a good compromise between a quiet location but still not far from the shot. The beach is reachable in 5 minutes and a few smaller shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. However, if you want to experience a little more in San Vincenzo, you are dependent on the car. Small downer: The beach section is not necessarily one of the most beautiful on the Mediterranean. The entry into the water is sometimes a bit rocky and uncomfortable. In addition, the dog beach is in the immediate vicinity, i.e. you meet many guests with dogs; you have to like it. But overall it was a nice and relaxing stay.

Heidi's villa is a small jewel, located in a quiet and reserved location but very close (5 minutes by car) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and cozy, perfectly according to the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our dog loved the garden and dog beach right below the house! The only small mole in terms of our habits was the fact that it was not possible to completely obscure the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in the places and, although distant, available at any time we needed her.

Diana and her family are very quick and friendly to everything, very good service. The apartment is located slightly above the beach on a street, which you hardly hear at all and therefore does not disturb it. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We grilled in the garden, which also worked great. We had a nice cat in front of the door or in the garden at all times, which did not bother us, but perhaps worth mentioning with allergies. All in all, a great stay.

What can I say! Daria had prepared the apartment for everything. We needed for our arrival, milk, tea, coffee, cleaning products, snacks, drinks. Having stayed in Tuscany for the last 25yrs these little touches are hard rare and so welcomed after a long day travelling. We really were blown away by the location and how perfect the apartment was for our stay! Everything from the cleanliness, responsiveness, Daria really couldn’t do enough for us. I spent 14 days there and felt very comfortable from the beginning. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and responded quickly and supportively to questions. They were the best hosts I've had so far and I'd love to come back. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine. I also really appreciated that there were enough dishes and pans to cook something for myself. The small apartment with a covered seating area and small front garden is located on a quiet neighborhood street. The sea can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot. The path leads through the campsite along olive groves and vineyards. Nearby is a small shop where you can get everything you need and I also found some very good restaurants. At the beginning, the hosts gave me good tips about restaurants, hiking trails and excursion options. I had two wonderful weeks there.

We had an extremely wonderful holiday in this apartment. The communication and booking process were pleasant and very quick. All my questions were answered quickly in advance. A beautiful apartment with a great terrace overlooking the sea. Everything you need is there. You can enjoy peace and quiet here. Down in the bay, there is a small jetty and a cosy bar. There are many hiking trails nearby. Bread and other small items are available in the next village (1.5 km away). It is recommended to have a car (parking spaces are available). I can only say ‘thank you’ for the great, relaxing holiday. We and our dogs had a lot of fun.

We read all the reviews prior to our booking and they all describe the place perfectly. The location is just perfect and we had a wonderful time! Best sunsets ever, wild beach on walking distance, peace and tranquility.. what else do you need?

Beautiful house in the hills. Absolut privat place with a clean and modern house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything to start in the holiday's. The large terasse is covered and perfect for a beautiful evening. With bike or car you can reach the city in 2 minutes. The marina has a variety of restaurants and bars directly at the sea.

Il Casale di Giovanni is truly an oasis of peace and tranquility where you can recharge your batteries after a year of work. Just a 10-minute drive from the beautiful free or equipped beaches and numerous characteristic villages and hamlets that are worth a visit. The house is just like the description if not better, spacious and equipped with all the comforts. Giovanni is a punctual, precise and discreet host. In one word: super recommended!!

A wonderful stay in a beautiful place! Enjoyed the cottage, the surroundings and the lovely swimming pool that has views over the hills/mountains! Magazine worthy. Sabrina and her family are incredibly welcoming and friendly. We loved our stay! Wonderful place to relax and cool off! Close to the sea too! And lovely bed :)

Filippo's accommodation was as described…Beautiful view, sometimes even dolphins visible from the terrace! Since our stay took place at the end of May, it was very quiet, the pool facilities and restaurants were still closed, but Filippo had already informed us and we enjoyed the quiet of the pre-season/nature! The accommodation was clean and everything was at our disposal. The way to the sea is easily accessible on foot in 5 minutes.... A beautiful beach awaits you!!! A car is definitely an advantage to explore Elba, as the accommodation is rather remote, but that did not bother us as it is located in a beautiful natural area. The accommodation is also well suited for dogs, and the beach is great for dogs! We had a wonderful time and can only recommend this accommodation!!!

The apartment is nicely located, overlooking the sea! There are also several pools in the complex, but they are only accessible from June 1st, was no problem...we went to the sea. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, you can prepare small meals well.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

We had a wonderful week in this charming bungalow and felt very comfortable from the beginning. The entire residential complex is quiet, clean and extremely well maintained – an ideal place to relax. The kitchen is excellently equipped; dishes, pots, cutlery and everything you need is available in sufficient quantity. We often and gladly used the pool - we only missed parasols there.
