Apartment holiday rentals in Procchio

We spent a wonderful week on vacation with Roberto and Lisa. The place is exceptional, we felt at home. The apartment overlooks a large terrace and the garden with a sea view, there is everything you need, all in impeccable condition. The beaches of Sorgente and Sansone are just a few minutes' walk away, Portoferraio is ten minutes by car, and the central location offers an ideal starting point for exploring the whole island of Elba. Roberto and Lisa greeted us personally and immediately made us feel welcome. They have always been available and very kind. We already want to go back!!!

Great experience. The house is small but really has everything you need. Annalisa is always available and extremely kind. The location is also fantastic.

Mafalda could not have been more helpful. We had everything we needed in a small compact area. The terrace overlooking the sea was wonderful to eat our meals on, the rocky cove and the gemlike water a permanent draw in such warm weather! Our thoughtful host collected us with our baggage from the top of the hill at the bus stop on our first day, perfect after a long journey. We were so grateful for that support. We very much hope to return, perhaps when the weather is a little cooler so we can explore more.

Beautiful place right by the sea. The view from the bedroom is particularly impressive - the sound of the waves makes for a good night's sleep. Anyway in the low season it was wonderfully quiet. Parking right at the property was a big plus. We will be happy to come back!

The hostess Chiara was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to questions. The apartment is really spotless and everything is available and in good condition. It was a very beautiful appartment, well equiped and super close to the beach. Make sure to bring some oil/balsamic, salt/pepper and some cloths and cleaning soap if you are planning to use the kitchen. Unfortunately there was nothing and we had to buy everything. There are a couple of appartments in the house (two storey). We thought according to the pictures that we get a groundfloor one. To our surprise it was the top one with a smaler balcony. Otherwise everything was great!

I spent 14 days there and felt very comfortable from the beginning. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and responded quickly and supportively to questions. They were the best hosts I've had so far and I'd love to come back. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine. I also really appreciated that there were enough dishes and pans to cook something for myself. The small apartment with a covered seating area and small front garden is located on a quiet neighborhood street. The sea can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot. The path leads through the campsite along olive groves and vineyards. Nearby is a small shop where you can get everything you need and I also found some very good restaurants. At the beginning, the hosts gave me good tips about restaurants, hiking trails and excursion options. I had two wonderful weeks there.

We felt very comfortable: super beautiful apartment with very nice overgrown patio and fence outside. Our dog was welcome; in the evening and at night there were plenty of fireflies and nightingales. Uncomplicated, always available and very nice landlady Cornelia. The town of Capoliveri is within walking distance, and we always had the best weather on the entire island. There are great hiking opportunities that can be started from the cottage. (East coast), Beautiful small beaches are within walking distance and the last meters of the access road to the accommodation were easily doable with our Allroad Audi. We will definitely come back

Good location for enjoying Portoferraio and the closest and beautiful beaches of Padulella, Ghiaie, and so on! A good option for someone traveling without a car to the island :)

Super cute and well furnished apartment a stone's throw from the beach and the Procchio course! Equipped with all the comforts. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Kitchen well stocked with dishes! Veranda/ Garden with barbecue and wooden table where we could have a very good embassy! The only downside is the very high humidity that unfortunately we found in every room. It was probably the first rental of the season and the apartment was closed for a long time. despite this, the situation was greatly improved on the third night thanks to the air conditioners/dehumidifiers in each room! I recommend this apartment and will definitely be back!

Very welcoming hosts, great house, secure garden for the dogs, wildlife at night (wild boar and mouflon). Great hikes, nice restaurants and beaches nearby. We will be back!

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect – quiet and peaceful. Marco's apartment is has a wonderful garden and in the apartment is very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, we found everything we needed. We did have a bit bad luck, as the weather in the middle of March was very cold (between 3 an 9 degrees only). The apartment does have a heating - the radiators are heated throught the fireplace. But it takes at least an hour until they get warm. However we would still recommend this apartment and might come again.

Chris is a very warm person and shows it. The apartments and the area are very well thought out. Everything arranged with great attention to detail. The natural pool is a force to be reckoned with, it cleans itself by electrolysis (salt). Our skin immediately noticed and thanked us with smoothness. Fantastic apartment with air conditioning facing the sea and the free beach. Everything new and very clean. Fantastic Jacuzzi! Total comfort for us with a little girl and a dachshund and without a car. Two supermarkets nearby and many nice places to eat or for a simple coffee. San Vincenzo is small but pretty and easily reachable by public transport. Special thanks to Mr. Stefano and his wife for the kindness and attention they gave us and to Christian for the ride and care. We hope to be back very soon! Thanks again, we recommend it for a peaceful and comfortable vacation!

We were there with 2 infants (5.1). There was a pool which was very clean. An excellent kitchen! The staff were always very friendly and helpful. It was very familiar. The location is great. We were very comfortable and would leave again.
