Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Procchio

We had a great holiday in a very spacious and clean house. The small rather little visited bay is right behind the accommodation. But here you should definitely think of sanding shoes, as there are large pebbles on both the beach and in the water. Giacomo has been a very friendly and helpful host and was easily accessible at all times. Thanks a lot!

Fede and Rosy are wonderful hosts – warm, helpful and simply likeable. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment! The location of the apartment is fantastically beautiful, and the view is breathtaking. We could hardly get enough of it. The beach is just a few minutes away and looks like something out of a picture book - quiet, idyllic and totally romantic. The house is well equipped, very well maintained and sparkling clean. We really lacked nothing. I'm sure we'll be back and look forward to next time!

The personal contact with Giacomo was very pleasant and friendly. The house is in a beautiful location outside of Marciana Marina. From there you have a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. We quickly got used to the steep, narrow road and also the access to the parking lot. We liked the house itself and the tasteful furnishings very much. A tip: In addition to the difficult access directly from the parking lot, there is a 2nd access a little further above the street. This makes it easier to transport luggage, for example.

Welcome, hospitality, communication, view, terrace, parking all perfect! Small things, such as lime on the faucet, uncomfortable sofa in the living room could be improved. Overall a good stay!

We read all the reviews prior to our booking and they all describe the place perfectly. The location is just perfect and we had a wonderful time! Best sunsets ever, wild beach on walking distance, peace and tranquility.. what else do you need?

Silvia's house is very nice, equipped, clean and unique location: terrace with sunset overlooking the sea, really very evocative. Mr. Marino was kind and helpful: he gave us useful tips for taking nice walks (ring walk of the old cellars of Chiessi: marvel for the eyes: which I highly recommend!) We had a great time on everything: magical island, impeccable house, the town center a few steps away, the places are very welcoming ... in short, good vibes 🤗 We will definitely be back ⛵️

Check-in kindly early in the morning. Recently renovated cozy apartment, equipped with all amenities, from the coffee maker to the dishwasher. Within walking distance of the sea and the center of Marciana M. Free parking near the apartment, always parked without difficulty. Very available and super attentive host with advice and tips for our vacation, in fact during our stay he inquired several times if everything was ok.. we will definitely be back!

Danilo is a very welcoming host who gives a lot of useful advice. The house is very clean and large. The terrace is beautiful and very well maintained. The bikes available are a plus. By bike the beach is 5 minutes away. There is a very good restaurant a 3-minute walk away. We had a lovely stay. Marino di campo is a good base for the south and east of the island.

We had a lovely stay at Giorgio and Elena’s beautiful property. Giorgio was very kind and responsive. They both made us feel at home and gave wonderful recommendations of things to do and see. A hidden gem not far from Portoferraio with a car! We would be thrilled to stay there again and would love to go back soon.

The entire outdoor area is very spacious and designed with a lot of attention to detail, Chris really has style and obviously enjoys offering her guests a perfect accommodation. The pool for only 2 apartments is really unique, extremely clean and of high quality material. The special thing about it is that the water heats up to almost 30 degrees during the day and is still 25-26 degrees in the evening, and that in early June. 15 min. walk to the sandy beach Lido, the cities Portoferrairo, Capoliveri, and Porto Azzuro can be reached in less than 20 min., all in all a perfect accommodation, 100 percent recommendation.

Beautiful place right by the sea. The view from the bedroom is particularly impressive - the sound of the waves makes for a good night's sleep. Anyway in the low season it was wonderfully quiet. Parking right at the property was a big plus. We will be happy to come back!

Super apartment in prime location in the center of Piombino. Edoardo is a young enthusiastic host, and can give you many tips. He also rents boats to sail to Elba, for example. We are quite critical, but even after a stay of 7 nights, we have no negative things to report about the apartment, Edoardo or Piombino. People who love a balcony, terrace or garden should look a little further. Because this apartment doesn't have that, we knew that of course). We would go again in a heartbeat!

Diana and her family are very quick and friendly to everything, very good service. The apartment is located slightly above the beach on a street, which you hardly hear at all and therefore does not disturb it. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We grilled in the garden, which also worked great. We had a nice cat in front of the door or in the garden at all times, which did not bother us, but perhaps worth mentioning with allergies. All in all, a great stay.

Paola's accommodation was really nice, very large, spacious and bright. The kitchen is large and there is everything you need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bathroom is also equipped with all comforts, including a washing machine, hair dryer and detergents. Also, the room from the bed is very large and the bed is really very comfortable. I have absolutely nothing to complain about this place and will definitely be back in my next stays. I personally met the owners and they were really very kind, polite and also nice;) the accommodation includes a convenient internal parking lot, really useful. Really nothing to say, 100% recommended! We will definitely return here on our next trip to Elba ☀️

Our stay in Marcella's home was even better then we expected it to be! Our first time to Elba and Capoliveri was made all the easier in having such a comfortable, clean and relaxing place to stay only a couple minutes walk from the absolutely charming downtown with all of its shops and resteraunts and a short drive from some beautiful beaches. the view from the balcony is really breathtaking and every evening we enjoyed a glass of wine as the setting sun cast beautiful colour's onto the mountains and sea. this place truly feels like what Airbnb was like many many years ago when I first started using it, you really feel like you are in someone's home that they love rather then some cheaply cobbled together place. truly a great stay all around!

We had a wonderful holiday week in this top apartment. Nice reception, super furnished, everything within walking distance, beautiful terrace with views of the mountains - just everything great.

Located 3 minutes from the sea, a short walk from downtown and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We made a nice and available host. For us who come 2-3 times in Follonica, it will be a fixed stop
