It would be an understatement to say that our staying was beautiful. Although we arrived on a rainy evening, Fiamma was there awaiting us and made us feel right at home from the very beginning. The warmth of the house restored us from the long trip and we couldn't ask for more. In the following days, to wake up to such a splendid view outside our windows was simply superb. Also, Fiamma is a fantastic host, always ready to help and chat in front of a cup of coffee. In the end, we could not have asked for a better place to stay on the island for our week of relax. The elevated position of the house allows very nice views of the village of Capoliveri and the sea in the southwest and northeast. Large terrace, cozy place to rest on the sofa or sun loungers or to eat at the table with panoramic views. Two bathrooms are practical and spacious, the kitchen compact and functional for this apartment size. The village is easily reached on foot, the ascent is also easy to manage after dinner in the village. The parking space in the garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, no bed, kitchen or bath linens are offered, these must be brought along.

A beautiful spot on earth! Jenny, Angelo and their family are incredibly friendly and lovable people who immediately welcome you into their beautiful community. The property is tastefully designed, everything is homemade and the apartment is very clean and has everything you need. A place where you can sit together and exchange ideas, help each other and spend a very relaxed and quiet time. Jenny always gave us great tips and was very helpful. The sea is about 40 minutes away and easily accessible by car. The nearby lake is a great place to relax, and the nearest village for shopping is also not far away. We extended our stay and would have liked to stay much longer. We will definitely come back.

The apartment is very nice and cozy. Perfect for a couple's vacation. It's also well-stocked with everything you might need on a vacation. The location is beautiful, a very nice neighborhood. I read in other reviews that it is a little noisy, I personally did not experience the problem excessively...classic noises of a house that gives a passage of cars and people...but nothing annoying. Wonderful experience and super friendly and super helpful hosts

Strategic location within walking distance of downtown Porto Azzurro and, consequently, very close to all services. Spacious, bright, clean apartment, equipped with air conditioning, surrounded by quiet and greenery. All this made the time in the apartment as pleasant as the time spent around the island! Alessio turned out to be an owner who was always available, smiling, kind and never intrusive. All his advice was valuable and spot-on for two people like us who had never visited the island. To conclude, therefore, our experience in Alessio's apartment and on the island of Elba was unforgettable! We will definitely be back!

Everything matches what is indicated on the site. Marciana is very nice and hospitable. Fulvia's place is tidy, clean, and very welcoming, nothing is missing. Far enough from the tourist center to enjoy the peace and silence of the island. We hope we can come back.

Spartako and Irina are very attentive and caring hosts. They welcomed us very warmly and always helped with advice and recommendations, as well as sweet persimmons from their own garden. Lovely clean house with everything you need, surrounded by a lovely garden in which it is pleasant to relax, and in which we even saw a walking pheasant. Good strategic location from which it is convenient to get anywhere on the island. We will be happy to stay here again if we come to the island again.

Ranieri is a very friendly and welcoming host, he was always very available to advise us during our stay. The accommodation is perfect, very functional and very pleasant with its beautiful and large garden. The listing is exactly as described. The area is superb with these beautiful villages, the sea and the forests. It's great for great bike rides or walking. Merchants and restaurants are very welcoming. Great restaurants in the different villages around Castagneto. We highly recommend this listing for a stay in Tuscany. We'll be back! It was a great time.

We've really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mary. It is a lovely quite place with great view. Sebastiano was very helpful and everything went perfectly.

We spent two weeks with our two children in Mauro and Alba's accommodation and felt very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the large, private garden and the large, covered terrace. The apartment is functionally furnished and offers everything you need for cooking and eating. Even bed linen, towels and kitchen towels were provided free of charge. Mauro and Alba are very friendly and extremely helpful hosts and always responded immediately to our inquiries. For example, a defective kettle was replaced with a new one within a few hours and the hosts even disposed of our garbage for us. The only downside was that we had to clean certain kitchen utensils before using them for the first time, because the previous guests probably didn't wash them clean.

We spent a very pleasant week in the house of Serena and Alessandro, a few steps from the quiet beach of Seccheto. Well-maintained environments, an outdoor space that we made the most of both lunch and dinner despite the heat at the end of July because in shade almost all day! Great outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) used by everyone (including dog!) when returning from the beach. Definitely recommended!

Well, what can I say. If your friend was running an airbnb in Italy you couldn't be more sure of having the perfect trip than if you book with Paola! She looked after us so well, we really couldn't have asked for more. Some people you meet in life deserve six stars but sadly we can't give that on this site so she'll have to make do with five. The accommodation is rustic Italian and the location is beautiful. The rest you'll have to find out for yourself but suffice to say, you don't have a rating like she does for no reason! Nothing was too much trouble, and she welcomed our children with open arms. Thank you Paola, hopefully we'll see you again!

Monica was super helpful, very responsive via message, very useful for tips on where to eat and directions to get around. Flexible also for arrival time for us arriving at the end of the GTE

Babette and her husband are very nice and friendly. The apartment is very suitable for 2 people, the kitchen is superbly equipped with dishwasher and large fridge. Warm duvets are available for the cooler autumn season! Very nice terrace overgrown with vines. In addition, a small additional terrace at the back with morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The apartment is quietly located, a little off the beaten track, surrounded by vines and olive trees. Therefore, not easy to find. The last stretch of road leads partly through a forest on an unpaved road.

We stayed in the apartment for two weeks. Maria Grazia is very kind and welcomed us by making us feel at home right away and responding immediately when we had some requests. From the garden the view is phenomenal and the location is convenient (in 15 minutes by car you can reach the blue port and the Lido di Capoliveri, in 20 the Gulf of Lacona). In a couple of minutes on foot you can reach the center of Capoliveri, which is always pleasantly lively in the evening. Highly recommended!

Even before my stay, I asked if I could keep my bicycle box stored at the house whilst I ride a cycling event, it was no trouble at all. Ettore also went out of the way to take me to the local supermarket as I only had a bicycle to get around. I was made very welcome and comfortable whilst staying at the cosy country house. The house had everything I needed, lots of space to use. I would definitely return back when I’m back in Tuscany.

Sara's cottage is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Immersed in the Tuscan countryside, silence, especially at night, reigns supreme. The garden is very comfortable for dogs, with the possibility of eating outside and freely enjoying the green space, leaving the 4-legged friends free to have fun. Only 10 minutes from the sea, it is in the perfect location! Thanks for the advice and help, Sara was instrumental in solving a "broken battery charger" problem by advising us where to buy it on Sunday! Thanks for the welcome, we'll definitely be back!

It was just great at Kety's. Everything is right in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with a view of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. It also has many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

Great apartment in a very quiet location right on the beach. Equipped with everything you need, especially the kitchen has everything to cook for yourself. Matteo is also a nice host and always available. Gladly again at any time!

The location is great both for touring the island and to go comfortably to Lacona beach on foot, the view is very nice and you are practically a stone's throw from a very good restaurant/bar. The bathroom is large and quite comfortable, the outdoor area is identical and very peaceful. The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable but overall we had a good time. Watch out for the fridge, it doesn't have a freezing space that could come in handy for those like us who had brought ice cream for the fridge bag.
