Rachel was an excellent, helpful host. The house was in a quiet, lovely neighborhood, a short drive to beach. It had a terrific deck overlooking a beautiful, heavily wooded backyard. The kitchen was very large and made it easy to cook. We had a terrific time together. We had an infant and the pack and play, sheets hig chair, play toys were all provided! Excellent home for an infant. Child friendly streets for walking down to nearby harbor.

This place was great, an easy drive to all the hotspots and a quiet neighborhood vibe.

This home is gorgeous and filled with timeless artifacts and family heirlooms. Beautiful spots to sit outside with a morning coffee. My partner and I made a point of staying in and cooking one night because we felt right at home and wanted to appreciate the ambiance. We enjoyed the privacy and proximity to Newport very much as well. Well outside any potential chaos of downtown yet only a couple minute drive to Easton Beach. Thank you so much!

We had such a peaceful stay at this home! It stays nice and quiet at night for the most part since you are outside of Newport, which we enjoyed. It’s a quick 20 minute drive into downtown. Half the nights we just enjoyed dinner outside by the water, which was so relaxing. Albert had most of all the basic essentials we needed for the stay. Do note- the shower is pretty tiny. We didn’t mind it, but it is small if you are traveling as a couple. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay. Super quaint & worth every penny.

What can I say! Perfect experience, soup to nuts. Jenny was gracious and thoughtful. We have stayed on the island once before and we didn't quite realize how cumbersome it might be to get more supplies once we were there last summer. If you stay at Jenny's place-- she's got you covered. Forget your shampoo -- not to worry! I've never stayed in a home where the host so generously shared the little things. Fantastic place for kids. Comfy! Games! Views! I went over my budget in booking this place and it was worth every penny. The golf cart!! The beach chairs! Soft beds. CLEAN. Loved the kitchen. If you choose Jenny's place, you can leave your worries behind and just show up. I mean-- bring your supplies for sure-- but you don't have to carry the board games on your back and the bottled water. She's got you SET UP!! Enjoy.

Molly was an exceptional host! She sent clear instructions on getting inside ahead of check in, recommended local attractions, and even set out a high chair and pack and play for us since she knew we were traveling with littles. The home is beautiful, just as shown in the photos. The only downside for us was that the bedrooms were very close together with no true doors to keep sound out. We’d absolutely stay here again once our kiddos are a bit older!

Beautiful location, a great weekend getaway! This was our second time staying at Jesse’s place and there’s a reason we come back! Right on a beautiful cove. The back patio is great and there are kayaks to use to explore! 30 min drive from Newport! Great kitchen for cooking. Great communication. Excited to go back!

We had a really sweet weekend stay here. The location was super convenient — close to Newport, scenic drives, and great food options. The space was clean, cozy, and felt private while still being part of a friendly neighborhood. The bed was comfy, the AC worked great, and check-in was smooth. It had everything we needed for a relaxing trip.

I stayed at Larna’s place for just one night and regret not booking for longer. This has been my favourite location I’ve ever stayed at and gave me a new love for Newport. The place encapsulates Newports charm with a coastal and updated theme in such a historical and amazing building. Larna and Dan supply quite literally everything you could think of if you forget to pack it. There were toothbrushes, body wash, snacks, extra blankets, even fresh muffins from the local bakery. The house felt so cozy. Dan was incredibly welcoming and kind helping with luggage upon arrival and showing us around the rooms. I recommend for groups of 2-4 people, I’d say 5 if someone is willing to sleep on the couch…which I would do as it was wicked comfortable! I highly recommend booking this stay, I wish I had more time spent here and will look forward to booking again and recommending to other people. I feel privileged to have spent time in such a fascinating location with such amazing history!

Friendly, welcoming host. Beautiful neighborhood, all the amenities you need when away from home. Stairways a little steep and could use additional lighting however, that was not a dealbreaker and I will stay there again and again when visiting Newport/Middletown. Great job Ryan!

Reda’s place was absolutely perfect for a week-long stay - I felt so at home. I was visiting family who live just down the road, but needed a space of my own to work and relax between visiting with family; it fit my needs to the “t”. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils (even a can opener!), so I was able to cook a great meal after a long day of work. The neighborhood is peaceful and accessible; I loved going for a run over to New Bedford and back. Reda was always around to say “hi”. My family and I will definitely be back! Thank you, Reda!

Melissa was great. You can easily sleep 5. Walking distance to great seafood restaurant (1 block). Walking distance to casual restaurant/bar. (2 blocks). Parking was not an issue. If you like boats, Bristol Harbor is steps from the house. Great experience!!!

Walter's place was an excellent location for us as we explored Newport and surrounding areas. The instructions to access the place were very helpful - I especially liked the photos to help guide you up the exterior stairs to the entry door. The neighborhood was quaint and felt very safe. Inside the space was clean and stocked with all of the essentials to make our stay very pleasant. The proactive communication from Walter was especially appreciated, so that we knew what to expect and how to get in.

Carmen was readily available. The energy was great. Beautiful home, area, and surrounded by nature. You have everything you could need and more!

LOVED THIS PLACE! We've stayed at many ABBs and this was easily one of our favorite spots. Newport is a must-visit town and this location was fabulous. the entire apartment was so charming, great decor and a wonderful space. the private balcony is a bonus. Restaurants nearby were delish. the host was super responsive and easy to work with. can't recommend this place enough. we'll be back!

Host was responsive and helpful, instructions were clear. The apartment was clean and very nice, we enjoyed eating dinner on the porch. It was easy to drive to downtown Providence and Gillette Stadium. It was easy to get to and a lot of space for parking (we all arrived mostly separately and there was space to park all 3 cars). Also, we were all very impressed by the shower and the water pressure lol. A great location and great Airbnb!! I would def recommend this spot and would come back! 😊

This place was great! It was wonderful to stay in such a historic building. The apartment was very clean and tidy, the check-in/check-out instructions were very easy, and the host also provided suggestions for nearby restaurants. I definitely recommend this place!

Great place for a few nights in Newport! Location is perfectly situated off of a main shopping street but was very quiet. Was more spacious than shown in the photos! Roof deck was nice as well. Had a small issue w a fire alarm going off but Liliane was easy to communicate with and was able to resolve it within a few hours. Beds were super comfortable and it was great for our group! Parking across the street was convenient for $25/day. Would highly recommend!

I could have lived here in a dream world! What a perfect place full of charm, character, and all of the modern amenities. The kitchen and bath were pristine. The floors, the doors, the windows, the creaks, the history- perfection. Waleed was a great host and even accommodated a last minute early checkin request! Would stay here again and HIGHLY recommend!

This is a great location for accessing the heart of Providence. The apartment is charming, located in a historic, through-block arcade - the pre-cursor of the indoor mall. We enjoyed the quirky charm and the personality of the space.
