This is a sunny studio like apartment with new split AC, private entrance, private bath, kitchenette with sink, small private deck with pretty distant water views...gentle breezes. This extra large area IN MY HOME is perfect for a summer or weekend getaway. Walk to Easton's Beach just about 3/4 miles away. Second Beach is close at 1.5 miles away. Downtown Newport is about 2 miles from house. There are several steps which lead to door so you must be able to walk up about 15 steps.

You'll love this basement apartment in our home in the quiet neighborhood of Common Fence Point. Parking is available in the driveway outside your private entrance to the apartment. Full-size windows for fresh air and lots of natural light. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and the living room has a trundle bed which makes 2 twin beds. Occupancy per the town ordinance is 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. There is a small beach and shoreline for your enjoyment.

Highly recommended property! We had a wonderful stay @ Aleksandra’s home from check-in to check-out! The home is located on a quiet dead-end street, next to a big grassy playground and a short walk to the beach. This sweet house was very clean and pleasant. Everything required for a pleasant stay was provided: fresh towels, coffee, etc. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the covered porch with Adirondack chairs. Loved that there was a grill with tables/chairs in the fenced in backyard for outdoor dining. We enjoyed Localz restaurant, ice cream, clam cakes and fried clams, all just a short walk away at the beach. If you’re looking to escape the summer crowds in Newport, this is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. Great stay. We will return. Thank you Aleksandra!

Christina’s place was immaculately clean and beautiful. We love the beach theme throughout. It was the perfect relaxing getaway. The view is beautiful and the area was so quiet and peaceful. No bugs! My husband just had a hip replacement so we couldn’t take advantage of the kayaks. Next time. Clearly, Christina paid attention to the details and everything we needed was there. Stores and restaurants close by. Easy ride to visit Newport for the day. We will definitely come back. Wonderful place!

This cottage was BY FAR one of the prettiest and most peaceful places that we have ever stayed! The place was equipped with every amenity you could think of. Our favorite part was the backyard where we spent most of our time grilling, sitting by the fire pit, and just relaxing with the sounds of nature around us. This was our first time visiting the Newport area and I can confidently say that we will be returning!

Rebecca’s place was wonderful. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and comfortably fit all 5 of us. Rebecca was extremely responsive offering early check-in, late check-out and assistance with whatever we needed. Just a short drive from downtown Newport and Newport Vineyards, Rebecca’s place was perfect for our girls weekend away.
