Leann's home is the quintessential Airbnb! So many personal touches, she over communicated and was available to help with trip planning and give recommendations on what to do in the area. The couch was legit the sinkiest, most comfortable couch EVER. The bed was great and the outdoor shower was so refreshing! Leann also had beach chairs, towels and an umbrella which made our beach day SO easy. Would highly recommend and please know you'll be in great hands if you stay here!

From the minute we pulled into the driveway, our family was highly impressed with the views from Kristen's home. We ended our 2023 summer with a bang. This beautiful home had everything you could ever need on vacation. We enjoyed the backyard with nightly fires. Our teen daughter rarely left the bunk house. We loved the fact that our own private beach was just a few steps away & the public beach was less than ten minutes away. The kids and adults enjoyed the beach trampoline. Kristen was delightful to deal with. She was a SUPER host. So many little details and extras she puts into her beach home. Already thinking of our next visit.

Great house for our girls weekend. Jamestown is so cute and we decided to eat out for the weekend but the kitchen was stocked if we’re to stay in. SteveO is a great host and great communicator. The hot tub was perfect. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

My husband and I booked Brady Cottage for a week at the end of May to take a break from our very hectic lives. The pastoral setting in quiet Little Compton was exactly what we needed. We enjoyed woodland hikes on conservation land, cooking at the cottage, Grey's Daily Grind in Westport (amazing baked goods!!) and the amazing Polled Hereford cows and calves behind the cottage. We had a few nice meals out in Tiverton. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The cottage was clean, cozy, charming and comfortable for us and our little dog.

Cute, quaint and quintessential New England cottage. A perfect place to rest, relax and unwind. A very quiet, private and peaceful retreat from the craziness of everyday life. Richard was extremely responsive and helpful for the few questions I had. I did not get the chance to meet him but maybe next time, I’ll certainly be back! If you love the proximity to the hustle and bustle of summer in Narragansett but prefer to be a few short minutes in the quieter bubble of Bonnet Shores, this is your place. 7am walks to the beach and 6pm wine on the patio for sunset. Pure heaven!

The cottage is located on the same property as three other rentals, a large house and two smaller once. Depending on how many of them are occupied, privacy can vary. During our stay the two smaller homes were rented as well. Unfortunately the backyard is not completely fenced, but there was on piece of fence that allowed us to block the one open spot, so our dogs didn’t run away. The cottage is big enough for two adults. The bathroom is fairly small, but is enough for a short stay. The living room and the kitchen are adjacent and are nice for cooking or spending time when you are not discovering Newport and the surrounding area. The location is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet spot after a long day of discovering Rhode Island, Martha Vineyard, Block Island and many other beautiful places.

I recently booked this lovely cottage on West Island in Massachusetts for a weekend getaway with my mother to celebrate her 80th birthday. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The cottage was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped for a relaxing stay. Greg is a gracious and considerate host. He provided helpful suggestions for nearby walks and accessible ways to enjoy the beach—especially thoughtful given my mother's limited mobility. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding. The neighborhood is residential and the neighbors we encountered were friendly and kind. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this cottage again. It was a perfect setting for a special weekend.

My family and I really enjoyed Taiji’s place. It was exactly as was described andTaiji took the time to be very communicative with me before and during our stay. I would definitely stay again!

John was extremely communicative even before the trip! He was quick to respond and the house was stocked with essentials. John even went above and beyond by adding seat covers to the outdoor seating for us to have a family event in the backyard, which is an awesome space! If/when we come into town again we will definitely look to stay here again!

Jonathan’s place was fantastic. It was cozy, clean, and exactly what we expected. We would definitely stay there again. After checking in, I had a question, and Jonathan answered within minutes. Great host!

Perfect stay in Middletown! I loved waking up and having my coffee every morning on the front porch. I enjoyed walking into half town and to cliff walk and to St. George’s easily. Quick and easy drive into the main part of town for tons of restaurants. The cottage was exactly as described and very comfortable. Craig and Suzette were lovely hosts and great communicators.

Exactly as described... And Sloane was incredibly proactive. The community had a water outage the morning we were due to check in and she contacted us immediately -- it was completely resolved before we checked in and she stayed on top of everything for us. Highly recommend visiting this cottage! Thank you, Sloane!

Our stay in Narragansett was phenomenal and staying in The Cottage was a large part of that! The Cottage was super clean & neat! Everything looked so new & bright. It was very welcoming & relaxing to return to The Cottage after a day of wedding activities and/or sightseeing. Being at the end of the street, there was no traffic & it was very quiet. The landscaping was equally impressible! We really enjoyed watching the hummingbirds dart from flower to flower, along the bumble bees, and other birds. Marla was excellent with her proactive emails, which were very helpful. She is indeed a professional!

Really enjoyed this place able to exactly like the pictures perfect size for two couples. We enjoyed the seafood festival and going to visit the mansions in Newport would definitely recommend staying here. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Stayed at Johnna’s cottage for my daughter’s URI graduation. I bought the property a year in advance and once o found out that her graduation was scheduled for Sat at 9am I contacted Johnna inquiring if I could cancel the second night even though the posting said that there was a two night minimum. Johnna immediately replied that there would be no issues with editing the reservation. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for the night. There was a sign when we first walked in welcoming up and congratulating our graduate. What a great touch! I wish that I had found this property four years ago. Would 100% book again. Wonderful stay in a wonderful cottage- pristine and so well equipped ! Attention to detail was appreciated. Very comfortable bedding, all the amenities for a nice stay. Appreciated the welcome guide for recommendations of activities and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and calm, walkable to stores and food. The outdoor space was very nice with already stacked wood. 100% recommend
