Monthly Rentals in Poncha Springs

This place was thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated. There are so many cute spots to relax and the river is right there wherever you choose. The hottub was amazing with 2 reclining seats. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was amazing. Easy to find, close to Poncha and Salida restaurants. The house is well appointed, high end appliances and kitchen, beds, couches, TVs, etc. host was super friendly and responsive. We will stay here next time we’re going to Monarch!

We have been using Air BnB since 2019, and have traveled multiple states. The Allen house has so far been the best place we have stayed! It was very clean and well appointed. They thought through everything and had their home stocked well with everything we possibly needed and then some! And when we got to meet the Allen family they were so friendly and accommodating! We would highly recommended using the Allen house!!

We enjoyed living like a local in Howard. The property was clean and so quiet, with views from each direction.
