Monthly Rentals in Polk Township

The house was perfect for our three day visit. It was cute, clean and cozy. Our only disappointment was the lack of kitchen supplies (the kitchen was severely lacking in supplies). There were no kitchen utensils for cooking at all, as well as no mixing bowls, cooking trays, knives etc. We were unable to prepare any meals that required cooking. Luckily it was a girls weekend so we settled for salads but we had a refrigerator full of food we couldn’t use which was inconvenient. There was also a very strong chemical smell in the house. We ended up opening the door and windows to air it out which helped but it was over powering for the first part of our stay. All this being said I would rent this home again I would just plan our meals differently.

My husband and I had an excellent stay with our two dogs! Nancy was so nice and helpful…she gave great restaurant and hiking recommendations! Our pups loved playing with her sweet yellow lab and getting love from Nancy! They did not want to leave when the trip was over! The bed was also very comfy. Highly recommend, and we will definitely stay again when we are back in the Poconos!

The house was clean, Milan was very responsive, and the pool was great for the kids. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The Madeline is a great place to stay as my group wanted a quick getaway from the city vibes. Reaching the Madeline was no hassle, there is a driveway to accommodate vehicles. We felt right at home as soon as we stepped in. Unfortunately, we arrived when it was a rainy weekend and didn't have a chance to explore many of the recommendations that are found in The Madeline. Staying in at the Madeline didn't make us feel cooped in though because the whole aesthetic of the house made it so therapeutic and the furniture (couch) made you never want to leave (because it was so comfortable)! We put to use the game room (which the host provides you a video tutorial on how to utilize the gaming table beforehand), which entertained us a lot. Farmer markets and stores are located 4-5 minutes away. Anthony was a great host as he was very responsive via phone call and text. Ultimately, my group and I loved the Madeline and look forward to visiting again!
