Apartment as described, slightly smaller that it appears but enough room for 2. Good cooking space with the required appliances. Nice size private balcony overlooking the pool area. Large pool area with a lot of sun beds to use. Pool area was kept clean. 10 minute walk to the beach with restaurants all along. There are local supermarkets however are more expensive, would be worth stopping at Lidl on route from Split. Overall a lovely stay and would return.

Franc is a very welcoming, helpful and attentive host. He also has very good advice to give for both visits and restaurants. The apartment is as described and amply necessary for a pleasant stay. A beach is about a 5-minute walk. We recommend this accommodation for exploring Split and its surroundings. Fantastic location and a beautiful apartment

After finding the address (only a short drive from the main road but lots of tight curves and caution must be exercised) , the check in and entire stay were seamless. We did not actually meet Anita but her mom let us in and even welcomed us with baking. The apartment was very modern and well decorated. The hot tub, A/C, etc all worked well. The waterfront was only a short walk away and had a lot to offer. A good central base for visits to other places such as Omis and Split. Overall, a great experience.

What an amazing stay! The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and had a breathtaking view of the sea. It was perfectly equipped with everything we needed—coffee, basic condiments, a dishwasher—you name it. From the moment we walked in, it felt just right. A special word about the hosts: I’ve never encountered such friendliness, warmth, and willingness to help. Daniel welcomed us personally, gave us a tour, explained everything clearly, and stayed in touch throughout our stay. His recommendations on what to do and where to go were spot on. Since we arrived on a Saturday evening and most shops are closed on Sundays, they even stocked the fridge with some essentials. And when one of us had back pain, they kindly provided a pain relief gel. Truly unforgettable hospitality. Highly recommended!

Jases place was very nice, felt like home and was clean and cosy. The outside terrace was our favorite part and we most often spent the evenings there playing cards. Jase was also very helpful with instructions, recommendations and checked in on us assuring everything went well. Thank you Jase, we'll come back!

My second trip to Croatia and I honestly could not have wished for better hosts! Both Klaudija and her husband Nikola were unbelievably kind and thoughtful. From little homemade biscuits and jam to an evening of bbq food! I’ve never experienced hosts so lovely. There were tears when I left! The apartment was super clean and had everything you could possibly need - right down to a garlic mincer. I booked the apartment for 4 weeks and there was nothing lacking at all. Comfortable beds, impeccably clean bedding and towels and a homely feel to the apartment made my stay so enjoyable . The shower had good pressure too which is always a bonus! Podstrana is a good base to use for travel. Split is only a short bus or taxi ride away where you can book trips to other islands, attractions, and visit the old town etc. The isle of Brać is a 50 minute ferry ride from Split and well worth visiting. I will 100% be booking to stay at Klaudijas apartment again the near future.

Great apartment! Great location! A plaza literally right in front of your nose! Shops nearby. A bus stop 2 minutes from the apartment if anyone wants to go to Split. Recommendation from me! :)

prior to out arrival I contacted Doni to let him know we would be arriving at 10.30am and asked him if we could drop off the bags until we could check in. Doni responded no problem and that's what we did. We came back after official check in time and found that he had carried our luggage to the top floor apartment. The apartment was as described, neat tidy, very clean and spacious for the two of us. Balcony view was as described with cracking views Dawn to dusk. Would stay there again without doubt.

We were delighted in this apartment. Everything was impeccable and the kitchen was fully equipped. Very tastefully decorated. They greeted us with details in the fridge that made us happy to arrive and they said goodbye to us with a beautiful detail. but in addition to all this, we had a major mishap with one of our friends and everything was kindness and desire to help on her part. I will never tire of thanking both Ana and the owners for their help, understanding and kindness.

This was an excellent apartment in an excellent location. Jelena was always responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time staying in this wonderful place, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Coming from the States, it is so nice to find a place where you can walk everywhere! we loved this spot as dinner, drinks, the Riva, the marina, beaches, coffee and activities were all walkable. The highlights of the spot for us were D16 coffee, Articok restaurant, Diocletian Palace, and having a supermarket in walking distance too. I cooked an awesome meal on our first night and the kitchen was fully stocked. We had everything we needed. Swimming at the beaches to the west and Forest Park Marjan were also great activities if you run or are up for longer walks. Beautiful place!

Very bright and spacious accommodation with easy beach access. Lovely host and responsive to our requests. Enjoyed the moments on the terrace with the sunset. Note: To enjoy the air conditioning in the bedrooms it is necessary to leave the doors open.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, spacious balcony area perfect for a family outdoor dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. Easy walk into the old town - about 15 minutes. Marina provided clear check in instructions and recommendations on restaurants which we tried out and enjoyed! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind after a busy day exploring then you should definitely stay here.

Josips place was great! The apartment was safe and comfortable. The terrace with the hot tub was great for evenings relaxing and taking in the views. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

The view is breathtaking. What you see is exactly what you get. The place is clean and nice also they were both very responsive with any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this apartment. Jolanda was quick to get back to us and no problem checking in at 10pm. Apartment was well equipped with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything including some welcome treats. The hot tub was amazing and very welcome after busy days out. A 10min walk to the old town and bus station with a supermarket around the corner. The shower runs on a tank so as long as no one spends too long there is enough hot water for 4 people. Jolanda also really kindly looked after our bags on our last day as our flight was late. Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful time at Marinas apartment in Okrug Gornji! She was great at communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed😊 The apartment was the right size for the three of us on a girls trip. The pool was amazing, clean and a great place to spend the day! There are many beaches nearby and restaurants!🏖️🍽️🍹

Amazing hosts. Father met us on the street and showed us in. Views are amazing. This is the top floor and feels like a penthouse. Hot tub was a nice touch!

Location, location, location. Large, quiet, clean apartment steps from everything. Fourth floor walk up, but the manager (Duje) is terrific and even helps carry up some of your luggage.

Beautiful place with incredible view of the sea. Great and communicative host. Possibly a better suit for families than our interrailing group due to respecting noise level of neighbourhood.
