Holiday rentals with a patio in Podstrana

The location is perfect, offering easy access to the beach while still feeling tucked away and peaceful. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The area is very quiet, providing the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. One of the highlights is the stunning views—waking up to such beauty every day was a real treat. The accommodation was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, making our stay comfortable. Highly recommended!

Frane and his wife were the most helpful and accommodating hosts, their hospitality was outstanding and they went out of their way to welcome us. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean and looked exactly as the pictures showed. The location was great, walkable distance to a local beach and fantastic restaurants. It was also easy to get into Split via a bus that was also within walkable distance. Frane was such a wonderful host, his wife had kindly prepared some food for us on arrival, which we definitely enjoyed! And they were both incredibly responsive and quick to provide local recommendations. We would absolutely return to Croatia and stay in this wonderful apartment again. Thank you Frane!

Clean and quiet place to stay with really nice view.

Davorka is one of the best host I have had yet. The area is beautiful and I can tell this will be the go to place soon. I visited in May 2025 and there is some construction and a new beach just opened. Davorka made sure we did not get lost by meeting us and driving us to the location. After that she welcomed us into the apartment and went above and beyond providing snacks and even fresh strawberries from her garden. She instantly made us feel like family. The area is in walking distance to the beach and a 10 min drive to old town. I highly recommend this stay. It fit 4 people comfortably with 2 bathrooms. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic experience and the apartment was everything we wanted and more. Beautiful and clean, a lovely location and great views from the balcony. Stobrec was peaceful and lovely with good restaurants and fantastic beaches. Ante and his wife were brilliant hosts and couldn’t have been more helpful. We would definitely return.

One of the best places we stayed in Croatia! The Host Viktoria was very kind and friendly in her conversations. Her grandmother, who welcomed us on her behalf, was also very kind ! Viktoria kept the apartment in very good condition and also left us Cookies and Cakes , which my son loved ! Overall we had a great experience and a comfortable stay here! Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting Split!

Very welcoming host, no complaints. In addition, the apartment is very well located (close to the sea and split) with beautiful decoration and all the necessary amenities. From the terrace, the apartment overlooks the mountain. Very nice view setting with a good value. I recommend the apartment for those who have a budget🙃.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful house in Croatia. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by stunning views and peaceful surroundings. The house is beautifully decorated with all modern amenities you could need. The large terrace with pool was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking sunsets every evening. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for perfect stay. Her attention to detail and hospitality truly made a difference. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Marijana was an excellent host and we had a great time with our little baby. She was very accommodating and gave us lots of helpful tips and was very responsive. We also really appreciated Marijana providing a travel cot to avoid us having to bring one with us on our holidays. The amenities in the house are great and the welcome pack was very kind. The location is a bit out of the way, past some dirt roads and an industrial estate but the house makes up for it definitely and great for family time by the pool and outside oven. Ubers to old town were only €7 so handy enough

Anita and Domagoj are great hosts. We are a family of five adults. We arrived quite hungry and were served delicious sandwiches by the hosts. The place is clean and well equipped. The surrounding scenery is beautiful and peaceful.

The house was great in a lovely little village near Omiš. Very peaceful, the outside area with hot tub was a great place to relax and unwind. Car definitely needed to get around, it was a great base for exploring the local area. Marko was a friendly and responsive host.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

The apartment was everything we hoped for and even more! Very clean, great amenities and the hostess is incredibly nice and helpful. Swimming pool is very clean and private, the layout is also great if you are travelling with small children and therefore easy to keep an eye on them. Bus stop is just around the corner so getting to Split without car is easy. The surrounding village is also very quaint and scenery is fantastic. I only gave 5/5 because 6/5 is not possible in this app :)

We were a group of 10 people, 7 adults and 3 children, who spent 1 week in the house at the beginning of June. We had a fantastic week and the house offered everything we needed. The house has a very good floor plan with the bedrooms separated from other areas, well equipped with everything you need, several toilets and a fantastic location. The upper floor is almost like a separate apartment, which was perfect for one of the families to stay in. The outdoor area with pool, ping pong table, outdoor kitchen, dining areas, small playground and sun loungers is very good and has an incredible view. We spent most of the time in the house and there were many hours in the nice pool. We went on a few excursions, including Split and Omis. Nice places that were a short distance by taxi or Uber. We went down to the village, about 1 km, every day to shop but also to swim in the sea and eat at the local restaurant, very nice and pleasant. It was simply a fantastic week and Jasna with family were very good hosts.

We had a pleasant stay at Petar's place. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped and spacious. The beach is very close as well as groceries and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

We had the most wonderful stay at Erna's property! The apartment is gorgeous and cozy, has lots of charm, and is in a lovely setting, just a few metres from the water. Everything needed was provided to us and the apartment kitchen was well equipped. We made good use of the bikes, outdoor kitchen (bonus) and paddleboard. While we didn't actually go to Split as much as we were planning, we ended up preferring spending time in our neighbourhood and exploring the rest of Kaštela with the use of the bikes :) Barbara and her husband were also very welcoming and we felt honoured to be invited to spend time with them. We will miss this place and its hosts! tips: best beach near the apartment seems to be a 6 minute walk to the right once leaving the gate. Kaštela is also to the right when leaving the gate. biking is possible all along the coast. the historic buildings are very charming. May be best to take the bus to Trojir as the highway portion doesn't have much of a shoulder. Thanks!

We loved our stay. Anamarija's place is absolutely wonderful. Very clean and modern with lovely amenities. We enjoyed the lovely treats upon arrival. The location is superb, very close to the port, the old town and beaches. Thoroughly recommend to anyone. The terrace is an absolute jem, with wonderful views. Thank you.

Stayed here with 2 other friends and had an absolutely amazing time, the place was spotless upon entry and the hosts provided extensive information on how to get into the place and it’s amenities. They are super responsive and helpful with any thing you may need, will definitely stay here again. Split is beautiful and this place is in walking distance of everything we needed. 5/5 stars as we have literally no complaints. Thank you for making this part of our trip unforgettable!

Very nice host, good value for money, perfect for family holidays

The apartment is exactly as described with modern, clean and high quality furnishings. There is plenty of spare pillows, blankets, towels etc with a fully operational kitchen and accessories. The local bar/restaurant area is 10 min walk away and shops within 5 mins. We did have a small issue with the key pad not working which gains access to the property (there is a set of keys that gain access to but it was left inside) and lucky the cleaner was able to let us in. Niki the host is very thorough and was quick to rectify the issue so overall the stay was 10/10 and would use this again and definitely recommend to all potential visitors. Lovely property and a great location.

Ivana was a great host, she arranged a taxi to our arrival and helped with everything, from suggesting places to checking in/out. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and modern. Thanks to the air conditioning and the fan in each room, the apartment was pretty fresh. I think the location is the perfect compromise for a more quiet spot and beaches. Also getting to the center of Split is fairly easy, a 15 minute drive even if at some times there is a lot of traffic. Our stay was amazing, we had everything we needed at Ivana’s place, we highly recommend it.
