Apartment holiday rentals in Podstrana

Apartment as described, slightly smaller that it appears but enough room for 2. Good cooking space with the required appliances. Nice size private balcony overlooking the pool area. Large pool area with a lot of sun beds to use. Pool area was kept clean. 10 minute walk to the beach with restaurants all along. There are local supermarkets however are more expensive, would be worth stopping at Lidl on route from Split. Overall a lovely stay and would return.

Boravak je bio fantastičan! Smještaj je uredan, čist i opremljen sa svim što je potrebno za ugodan i bezbrižan odmor. Domaćin je bio vrlo ljubazan i brzo je odgovarao na sve naše poruke, što nam je mnogo olakšalo komunikaciju. Jacuzzi je bio poseban dodatak koji je naš boravak učinio još ljepšim. Sve je bilo točno kao što je opisano i predstavljeno na slikama. Toplo preporučujem ovaj smještaj svima koji žele kvalitetan odmor i sigurnu uslugu! ☺️

Franc est un hôte très accueillant, serviable et à l’écoute. Il a d’ailleurs de très bons conseils à donner autant pour les visites que les restaurants. L’appartement est conforme à la description et amplement nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Une plage est à environ 5 minutes de marche. Nous recommandons ce logement pour explorer Split et ses environs. Nous avons d’ailleurs laissé nos conseils visites et restaurants dans le guest book dé l’appartement 😉 Encore merci à Franc!

Magnifique studio, à deux pas de la mer et de très bons restaurants, idéal pour des vacances reposante. Le bus à proximité vous amène facilement à Split. Ante est un hôte agréable, et très réactif, au moindre problème il vous répond dans les minutes qui suivent. Il connaît très bien les environs et peut vous recommander des activités. Je recommande et je reviendrais avec plaisir !

Marijana war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung liegt sehr weit oben und hat dementsprechend einen super Ausblick aber ein Auto ist hier empfehlenswert.

After finding the address (only a short drive from the main road but lots of tight curves and caution must be exercised) , the check in and entire stay were seamless. We did not actually meet Anita but her mom let us in and even welcomed us with baking. The apartment was very modern and well decorated. The hot tub, A/C, etc all worked well. The waterfront was only a short walk away and had a lot to offer. A good central base for visits to other places such as Omis and Split. Overall, a great experience.

Amazing hosts that met us after a much delayed flight itinerary. Super responsive with any inquiries I had. We would most definitely recommend this place if you like being away from split city center. Took literally 20 minutes to get to downtown split. Apartment was wonderful and had everything we needed as a family with two kiddos ages 9 and 12. Would come back if we head back to Croatia anytime soon.

Jases place was very nice, felt like home and was clean and cosy. The outside terrace was our favorite part and we most often spent the evenings there playing cards. Jase was also very helpful with instructions, recommendations and checked in on us assuring everything went well. Thank you Jase, we'll come back!

My second trip to Croatia and I honestly could not have wished for better hosts! Both Klaudija and her husband Nikola were unbelievably kind and thoughtful. From little homemade biscuits and jam to an evening of bbq food! I’ve never experienced hosts so lovely. There were tears when I left! The apartment was super clean and had everything you could possibly need - right down to a garlic mincer. I booked the apartment for 4 weeks and there was nothing lacking at all. Comfortable beds, impeccably clean bedding and towels and a homely feel to the apartment made my stay so enjoyable . The shower had good pressure too which is always a bonus! Podstrana is a good base to use for travel. Split is only a short bus or taxi ride away where you can book trips to other islands, attractions, and visit the old town etc. The isle of Brać is a 50 minute ferry ride from Split and well worth visiting. I will 100% be booking to stay at Klaudijas apartment again the near future.

Super apartman! Odlicna lokacija! Plaza doslovno pred nosom! Trgovine u blizini. Autobusna stanica na 2 min od apartmana ukoliko netko zeli do Splita skoknuti. Od mene preporuka! :)

prior to out arrival I contacted Doni to let him know we would be arriving at 10.30am and asked him if we could drop off the bags until we could check in. Doni responded no problem and that's what we did. We came back after official check in time and found that he had carried our luggage to the top floor apartment. The apartment was as described, neat tidy, very clean and spacious for the two of us. Balcony view was as described with cracking views Dawn to dusk. Would stay there again without doubt.

This is our second time we stay here. Very nice apartment with all necessary equipment. Our staying was wonderful.

Estuvimos encantados en este apartamento. todo estaba impecable y la cocina estaba totalmente equipada. Decorada con muy buen gusto. Nos recibieron con detalles en la nevera que nos alegraron la llegada y nos despidieron con un precioso detalle. pero ademas de todo esto, tuvimos un percance importante con una de nuestras amigas y todo fue amabilidad y deseos de ayudar por su parte. No me cansare de agradecer tanto a Ana como a los propietarios su ayuda, su comprensión y su amabilidad.

This was an excellent apartment in an excellent location. Jelena was always responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time staying in this wonderful place, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Coming from the States, it is so nice to find a place where you can walk everywhere! we loved this spot as dinner, drinks, the Riva, the marina, beaches, coffee and activities were all walkable. The highlights of the spot for us were D16 coffee, Articok restaurant, Diocletian Palace, and having a supermarket in walking distance too. I cooked an awesome meal on our first night and the kitchen was fully stocked. We had everything we needed. Swimming at the beaches to the west and Forest Park Marjan were also great activities if you run or are up for longer walks. Beautiful place!

Logement très lumineux et spacieux avec un accès à la plage facile. Hôte très agréable et réactive à nos demandes. Avons apprécié les moments sur la terrasse avec le coucher du soleil. Remarque : pour profiter de la climatisation dans les chambres il est nécessaire de laisser les portes ouvertes.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, spacious balcony area perfect for a family outdoor dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. Easy walk into the old town - about 15 minutes. Marina provided clear check in instructions and recommendations on restaurants which we tried out and enjoyed! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind after a busy day exploring then you should definitely stay here.

Josips place was great! The apartment was safe and comfortable. The terrace with the hot tub was great for evenings relaxing and taking in the views. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

The view is breathtaking. What you see is exactly what you get. The place is clean and nice also they were both very responsive with any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this apartment. Jolanda was quick to get back to us and no problem checking in at 10pm. Apartment was well equipped with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything including some welcome treats. The hot tub was amazing and very welcome after busy days out. A 10min walk to the old town and bus station with a supermarket around the corner. The shower runs on a tank so as long as no one spends too long there is enough hot water for 4 people. Jolanda also really kindly looked after our bags on our last day as our flight was late. Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful time at Marinas apartment in Okrug Gornji! She was great at communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed😊 The apartment was the right size for the three of us on a girls trip. The pool was amazing, clean and a great place to spend the day! There are many beaches nearby and restaurants!🏖️🍽️🍹

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten ausreichend Platz. Das Apartment wäre auch gut für vier Personen geeignet. Die Sofabezüge wirken etwas altmodisch, doch die sensationelle Aussicht auf das Meer und die grosse Terrasse mit Whirlpool, lässt einen das sofort vergessen. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Transport vom Airport zur Unterkunft war perfekt organisiert. Vielen Dank für alles

Location, location, location. Large, quiet, clean apartment steps from everything. Fourth floor walk up, but the manager (Duje) is terrific and even helps carry up some of your luggage.

Preporucam smjestaj, obiteljima s djecom. Apartman iznimno opremljen, prostran i čist. Divno dvoriste s igralistem i jaccuziem, privatnost i mir. Predivan pogled i blizina lijepe plaže. Stvarno smo uživali, preporuka za smjestaj i domaćina.
