Holiday rentals with a pool in Podstrana

We had a great time in our Airbnb in Split. The area is beautiful, the villa is spacious and stylish, and there is a lot to do and see nearby. To get to the house a car is really necessary as was clearly stated in the advertisement so we were glad we had arranged a rental car. Anka and her family were incredibly hospitable, always easily accessible and helped us excellently where necessary. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. Our stay was amazing. The property was everything listed and more. Ilderin was the most helpful host, from meeting us to guide us to the Villa, to the arrival tour of the local area and even wowing us with a meal of the local cuisine. The villa itself was immaculate and extremely well equipped. The setting is idyllic. We were very sad to be leaving and can't wait to visit again.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

Beautiful stay in Croatia in this superb villa, for a quiet moment by nature with a beautiful pool, sea view and close to Split, easy to access by Taxi and Bus. I highly recommend their accommodation ✨

We had an amazing stay at this house! The location was perfect - calm, quiet and with a breathtakingly beautiful view. The house was very well cleaned and the kitchen well equipped, which made it easy to cook yourself. The little extra on arrival, with cheese, cold cuts and drinks was a very appreciated gesture. Especially when you arrive late, after the grocery stores have closed. The pool was lovely to cool off in and the ping pong table contributed to many fun moments. Access to a washing machine was very practical. Grocery store and restaurant were within a comfortable distance by car, which made it easy to shop and eat out if you wanted. Jasna and Jelena were available and very accommodating in communication. They arranged both a high chair and a travel bed for us, as we had a baby with us in the travel party. We can only highly recommend this accommodation and would love to return!

If you enjoy peaceful surroundings out of the city this is the place for you! It was clean, simple and beautiful for a restful few days after exploring the area. And I was very helpful and answered our questions quickly. I highly recommend this home!

Fantastic nice place, absolutely lived up to expectations. Beautiful view! All we needed in terms of facilities. Very practical with three bedrooms + three bathrooms. A little annoying with barking from dogs in the distant neighborhood, but nothing that spoiled the good overall impression. We will gladly come back and can safely recommend the place to others. Perfect for a family of 5-6 people.

It was a very good place to stay! Beautiful surroundings, close to a beach and with stores within walking distance. Bus connections to central Split was sufficient for our stay, although not the most frequent.

Mr. Vjenceslav was super nice, funny and helpful. The apartment was also found without major deficiencies as shown in the photos. We would definitely recommend this place with great views.

Petar and his family were honestly great. If you are wanting a clean well kept place to stay which is a 10 minute uber away from split. We couldn’t recommend the place more!

This is an exceptional apartment, split over two levels with first floor bedroom and bathrooms and living and kitchen space above, leading to a large balcony. Yes it is set on a hillside and yes the pathways up from the beach are steep, but the view of the whole bay made the climb worth the effort. The apartment is very modern and bathrooms spotless. The pool is a decent size and whenever we were using it we had it to ourselves. Apartment comes complete with James Bond style hatch opening to the rooftop! There was a mix up with check-in but the owner quickly responded to the message on Airbnb and got it sorted. The apartment is possibly the best equipped we have stayed in with plenty of crockery and utensils and chopping boards etc and plentiful supplies of toilet rolls, linen, towels (for bathrooms and for pool). Driving and parking can be challenging. We will miss our evening BBQs on the balcony watching activity on the water and the sun setting. Book now, you won't be disappointed

Anita was a wonderful host, proactive in her communication and provided very clear instructions (super helpful for us weary travellers many hours delayed on arrival). Her flat is super homely and comfortable and a quick taxi ride into the city. Would recommend

We had an incredible time! The location of the apartment was ideal with less than a 10 minute walk to 3 different beaches! There were multiple supermarkets also in 5 minuet walking distance. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped which was ideal for us as we made most of our food in the house. The apartment is small but perfect for a week’s stay for two people. Thank you Enis!

Great place, great host, great location, great beaches (careful on the left side of one beach there are tiny sea urchins that nobody seamed to notice) at 6 minutes walking distance. very quiet and peaceful neighboorhood and the hosts are so adorable you feel at home.

Elena was a spectacular host. She picked me up at the airport and took me to her home. It was a bit difficult to find the first time as it is on a pedestrian street but we quickly found our way around It is 5 minutes from EVERYTHING.. the beaches , green market, the palace and old town … The patio and pool made a perfect place to relax after a long day sightseeing

If you are on the fence about booking here - do it. Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip - with Tomi it genuinely felt like we were staying with family. The house itself was clean and cozy, with a beautiful backyard to enjoy lazy mornings or cool evenings. The location is amazing. You are a short walk to the downtown center, waterfront, and restaurant area. We also took the bikes to the park for a couple beach days while we stayed here which I highly recommend. Lastly, we cannot say enough good things about Tomi. He is an incredible host - extremely attentive to the little details, has amazing recommendations on how to spend your time, and is a lovely person to talk with (with lots of historical knowledge about Split). He will be as hands-off or hands-on as you want him to be. His mantra was "it is no problem, you just sit back and relax" and that truly elevated our experience. You will be treated better than at a 5-star hotel! Thank you for everything Tomi!

I highly recommend this place! The house is located on a hill, a little above the village, which allows for a spectacular view of Selca and the sea from the terrace. The home is only rented to guests in the summer, with the owners living here in the remaining months - you can immediately see and feel this homey vibe and character. Feel at home, the kitchen is as well-equipped. The layout of the house, spacious tears, and a large patio allow for 6 people to function comfortably. There is a vegetable garden, nicely maintained garden plants and flowers. An agency lists a home on Airbnb, but guests are greeted by homeowners, very welcoming and helpful. Many times during their stay, they accommodated us with their own products - vegetables, eggs from a nearby chicken coop, and delicious olive oil. The pool and hot tub are cleaned regularly. A home located in a quiet part of the island, which is a big advantage. There are lovely intimate, rocky beaches nearby (access by car, but no problem with parking). There is a large convenient food market in Selca.

Amazing location, the view from the terrace and bedroom is breathtaking, the house itself is fantastic-very well maintained , it has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Kitchen is very well equipped with pans and pots, cutlery, dishwasher, oven, washing machine. There are multiple AC in the house to keep you fresh, towels and nice white bedding. Next to the pool there is a shower with fresh water, sun beds, umbrellas and a big table to eat al fresco. We couldn’t check in early, but the host let us park one of our cars at the house ahead of time. He welcomed us with a bottle of white wine. We were 4 people and loved it here. We felt we had a lot of privacy and plenty of space. Highly recommended.

Very clean, great facilities and lots to do in the villa. Well laid out and new amenities in kitchen and living room. Amazing place!

Villa Nareste is located at the top of a hill, nestled in front of high cliffs with a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea! The place is spotless and spacious. We enjoyed using the swimming pool and sitting out on the deck. The kitchen was well equipped and the hosts kindly offered use of any food. We would highly recommend for those who enjoy a quiet and peaceful location and aren’t afraid of a steep uphill drive to get there!

We (two couples) had a wonderful time at the villa in Kastel Kambelovac. The sea view from the terrace and the master bed room is wonderful. We enjoyed the heated pool and the sea, that is directly in front of the garden, only protected with a small door. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We lived 10 days in the house and we got new bath towels and bed sheets in the middle of our stay. We also used the grill in the garden and had Sea bass from the fish market not far away. There is a very good restaurant only 5 minutes walking distance. You can also reach a lot of restaurants when you walk along the beach to Kastel Stari or Kastel Novi. Very close is a Beauty Salon called Samsara where you can get various of fantastic massages. Trogir ist not far away and worth to visit. We had a wonderful time at the villa. Our host was very courteous, friendly and helpful. We would book the house again at any time.

We had a wonderful break at this lovely spacious villa. The pictures do not do it justice. The hosts could not be more helpful and hospitable. They made us feel right at home - getting the mix of being at hand whilst giving us our privacy to a ‘T’. A simple taxi ride away from the beautiful cities of Split and Trogir. And easy to explore the lovely Kastela villages Would recommend this villa to others.

We had the best stay. The place was spotless and a dream vacation home. The view was breathtaking and every detail was thoughtfully thought through. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay at. We recommended the warmest.
